We have just returned from our fantastic holiday in Florida. The villa was lovely and exactly as described on the website. Everything you could possibly need (and more) was provided. The villa was clean and tidy and well presented. The pool setting was lovely, looking out over the golf course. All instructions and directions were perfect and we had no problems at all in finding the villa.
Thank you Dawn and Ian for an enjoyable stay. I would thoroughly recommend this villa for anyone wishing to stay in the Orlando area. Helen, Essex, England |

This was our 4th visit to Florida and the 3rd different villa we have stayed
in, yours is by far the best we have stayed in. I would struggle to think
of anything you have missed.
We utilised everything from the swimming pool to table tennis, from tv to x-box.
The furnishings are excellent and certainly made us feel home from home.
Both my sons and I are avid golfers (we managed to play seven rounds while
we were there) so the positioning of the villa on the bunker at the dog
leg brought us hours of entertainment and most mornings a handful of lost
balls.
We found the villa to be very clean & well maintained.
We had a great holiday and this was only amplified by your villa, you
should be very proud of what you own and what you provide.
Many thanks from our family for letting us use your villa.

WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM OUR 3 WEEKS AT YOUR BEAUTIFUL HOME,I HAVE TO SAY AS A RETIRED STAFF OF BRITISH AIRWAYS THAT IN THE LAST 20 YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN VISITING FLORIDA WITH MY FAMILY,WHICH INCLUDING THIS STAY AMOUNTS TO SEVEN VISITS,THAT YOUR HOME OFFERED US EVERYTHING THAT A LARGE FAMILY COULD WISH FOR.IT IS A CLEAN AND BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED VILLA WITH SUPERB VIEWS BACKING ON TO SOUTHERN DUNES GOLF COURSE,A VERY QUIET AND SECURE AREA WHICH WE LOVED AT THE END OF A BUSY DAY IN DISNEY,THE FOOD AND SHOPPING FACILITIES ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE,WHICH IN MY EXPERIENCE WITH 8 CHILDREN IS ESSENTIAL 24HRS A DAY AS YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT TIME YOU WILL BE RETURNING HOME AS THERE IS SO MANY PLACES TO VISIT ALL OVER FLORIDA. BUT WHENEVER WE DID RETURN WE JUST RELAXED IN THE POOL AREA WHICH IS BEAUTIFUL WITH BRAND NEW FURNITURE,DAWN+IAN HAVE CATERED ALSO FOR THE CHILDREN NOT JUST WITH AN EXCELLENT GAMES ROOM IN THE GARAGE,BUT ALSO WITHIN THE VILLA THERE ARE LOTS OF BOARD GAMES AND X-BOX GAMES IN THERE BEDROOMS,TRUST ME IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SPEND A BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY IN FLORIDA AND YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR A HOME THAT CAN CATER FOR A LARGE FAMILY,AND CAN GIVE YOU COMPLETE COMFORT AND LUXURY THEN LOOK NO FURTHER ,I FOR ONE WILL BE RETURNING IN THE FUTURE AND I WONT HESITATE IN RECOMMENDING DAWN +IANS VILLA TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

| We have just returned from a 2wk stay in you fantastic villa.The villa has everything and more anyone would need for a great holiday.The villa was spottlessly clean and well maintained.We all throughtly enjoyed our stay.We would highly recommend anyone looking to visit Orlando to stay at Dawn & Ian's home.We will certainly hope to stay there when we next visit. Well Dawn& Ian you have one hell of a great property !We have been to Florida on many occasions and this was a great location.Lovely well maintained spacious villa,on a golf course,secure and safe.Easy trip to Disney etc and nice and quite to come back to.Great near by restaurants.
Golf course was challenging off the back tees with some 180 bunkers in play so you need to be accurate.
Thank you for your help and look forward to using it again in the future.

Had an absolutely fantastic time at Dawn and Ians villa. Would love to have brought it home with us- it was better than our own home! The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything, and more, that we could have wished for.
It was an easy 15-20 min drive from Disney. Wal-mart at the entrance to Southern Dunes was very handy to have nearby and it was nice to be able to walk to it.
My husband thoroughly recommends the golf course which he played on quite a few times.
When we next return to Florida we shall definitely come to this villa again and would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

Well,we have just got home and may i say what a fantastic villa. We were like WOW when we walked in,it has every home comfort and the qaulity is first class we will be recommending this to family and friends, you allso cater very well for the kids to. | We had a fantastic time in your villa and felt right at home the very first minute we arrived. The out of hours instructions to receive the key box number worked very well. The ease in which you can get to all the major attraction is a bonus. The villa was very clean and has everything you require to have a great holiday. |

This is our third year at Southern Dunes, the first at Dawn and Ians place, it was certainly the best of all of them, the peace and tranquility looking on to the golf course was great, we very much enjoyed all the games that were provided as this led to fun and games in the evenings, our reccomendations go out to all who wish to have a fab time.

We have just returned with our family after a wonderful vacation at your villa. Everything about it was perfect and the space was incredible. It was a real home from home. The pool was great and the views were just wonderful. Our grandchildren had a great time playing with all the lego and the extra buggy was a godsend for going to the parks.
Thanks Dawn and Ian - you thought of everything! We'll certainly be returning.

What a wonderful time we had at Dawn and Ian's villa in September 2006. It really was a home from home. The villa was fully equipped with anything that we might need, and Dawn and Ian even bought a stroller for our visit which was very condsiderate and saved us a lot of money not having to rent one in every park. We would definitely recommend anyone thinking of renting this property to go for it and do it early as I'm sure when everyone get's to know about it there will be a considerable waiting list. What great value for money, pool was terrific, my 3 year old loved it and the space was fabulous.

We stayed at the villa in June 06 and thought the accommodation and equipment was excellent. We have stayed at Southern Dunes before and think it is one of the nicest estates in the area. The location of the villa, walking distance to Wallmart was an additional bonus.
Would recommend this villa to other guests. |

We would like to welcome you to the guestbook for our villa. We have only recently set up this facility on our web site (April 2006). We bought the villa in September 2004, and spent a lot of time and effort making it into the sort of place we want to spend our own family holidays in. We have been renting the villa out to our guests since April 2005. We have always asked our guests for their feedback. All the comments we have received have been positive. Below are comments that have been e-mailed to us. We also leave a book in the villa for our guests to write in, and we will be adding these comments after the summer when we have visited our villa ourselves.
We had a great time on holiday. Your villa is really lovely and its so big and airy, and is extremely well furnished. I don't think I've ever seen so much Lego in one place! The sofas are very comfortable and the tiled floors were lovely and cool underfoot, particularly when you came back from a long day out and about. I would definitely recommend it to others. Carolyn

| We have rented in Southern Dunes for many years and have finally found the vacation home worth going to. The owners have provided so many extras that it truly makes the vacation a relaxing one. They have paid attention to the details that so many of the other homeowners miss. They have obviously tried(successfully) to make their vacation home a special one. The only downside for us is, that it is already booked for our weeks next year...it would be great have all year to look forward to going back again! |

| We stayed at 2032 Hemingway Avenue in July 2005. What a beautiful, impressive, well presented and maintained property. Every detail has been thought about to make our stay one of the best holidays we have had. We felt at home as soon as we arrived, the house is spotlessly clean, within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. There is also a wealth of very useful information left in the property from which we were able to plan our days of shopping and entertainment. We will certainly be returning! |

What a fantastic villa. The owners have thought of everything you might need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. It was great to come home from the parks to be able to chill out in comfort. Everything promised on the web site was there - and more.
The pool area was very private and there were lovely views over the golf course.
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone, and will definitely be going back ourselves. |
