| We had a very relaxing week in your condo the week of October 10-17, 2009. The sunsets were spectacular. The beaches were like flour. We had some nice waves early in the week, and hot temperatures too. We will definitely be back! |

| My family stayed in this condo the last week of April. We had wonderful weather, especially when it was raining the whole week at home. The condo was so bright and comfortable. The views were amazing. We really enjoyed sitting on the private balcony and listening to the waves at night. We really enjoyed the week and would love to come back again next year. |

| Aqua Villa #306...wow, what amazing views! Nicely decorated condo right on the beach that allows dogs...how can you beat that? We had a wonderful time. Our 2 pugs loved to lay on the balcony and watch the waves and people on the beach. Thank you for allowing us to bring them. |

| AV306 was a great condo with a fantastic view. You are close enough to the water to hear the waves. We saw the Dolphins every day. Anything I would want changed would be for the complex to open up the side yard for pets. |

Hello again,
Just wanted to say what a wonderful time we had. Even after the winds of Hurricane Ike it was still beautiful and the weather was great. We had the best time. If you want someplace to relax this is it...Also if you want to be very active you can do that. We chose to relax and watch the sun rise and set and enjoy the waves washing up on shore and walking the beautiful white sand beaches. What more can you ask for. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home. We want to return again next year (Good Lord Willing). There are some friends of ours that are interested also, sure will pass it along..

We just returned from what was a great week and we want to thank you for letting us stay in your marvelous condo - AV306!! The unit has absolutely beautiful views! There is everything in the condo that any vacationer could want or need. The weather was fabulous until Hurricane Ike started churning the Gulf on Wednesday. We had many great meals: Old Bay Steamer was fun and the food was good; Fisherman's Wharf; and our favorite, Staff's. We also had a great meal and good service at Captain Dave's in Destin despite the bad reviews we had read on line.
Thank you also for allowing the dogs and they also enjoyed the balcony!!
We certainly hope to make a return visit new year.

| My husband and I sat in the living room every afternoon during the young kids nap time and kept looking out and saying "It's so beautiful". No one in their right mind will want to leave this condo (#306). You dont have to bring anything for the kitchen. We had 2 teenagers with a bad attitude and left them in the spare room with peaceful results. There are games and some toys but who needed them with all the sand? The closet in the master is huge. The only downfall is that I dont own that condo =) |

We had a wonderful time, right on the beach, just high enough to see over the dunes to the surf. We forgot to pickup our beach towel the last day but the beach-service person, Brett, put it on the rail for us. Thanks, Brett.
Our dog, Rocky, eventually got used to the pet walk area at the side of the building, and we appreciated that.
Island Echoes is close to Tom Thumb and Publix so we could stock up without having to leave a lot of food.
We were three adults and Rocky and all of us are quite pleased about the time we had.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Island Echoes 2G Condo. The location in Fort Walton Beach was a great location for us. It is a little more laid back than right in Destin. The beach was absolutely beautiful and the condo was spacious and had all the amentities needed.
Rick at Skyventures was great to work with and communication was prompt and helpful. Thanks!

Thank you for allowing us to stay here. What a great view! We enjoyed walking on the beach and watching the dolphins play. The waves were huge! It rained one day, but only very briefly. We were fortunate that we had good weather! Our Westie liked it too. He liked standing on the balcony to watch the seagulls! After watching the sunset, we would grab flashlights and patrol the beach looking for crabs. Great food in FL! Great view! We had lots of fun!

| We stayed in Aqua Villa unit # 306 the last week of September 2007. Our main reason for selecting this property was its pet friendly policy. We found the unit to be very nice, with a great location and beautiful view. The private balcony is a great plus. The guest bedroom can easily sleep 5-6 kids; the bedding in that room is very accommodating for a large family. We plan to stay in this unit again and again for years to come. |

| I want to thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It was the most awesome vacation we have had. The view was so GORGEOUS from AV306. I could have stayed there forever. We were so relaxed and peaceful. We felt right at home as soon as we entered. It has everything you need and so clean. We want to return as soon as we can and will definitely go back. The dolphins put on a show for us every morning. The sunset was spectacular. The water and the colors of the water was so serene. The view from the 2 balconies was such a sight from the living room sofas along with the sound of the waves reaching the shore. What more can I say. We had a wonderful time. Thank you again. | our stay was great! the kids(18-23) had a great time just around the corner at the club.the view was awesome.i think that we enjoyed the balcony as much as the condo and the beach.the combo was just wonderful.p.s. by the way the balcony can hold 10.we will use you all again,hopefully sooner than later. we would like to try the cooler months just to see what it's like.but to sum it all up IT WAS GOOOOD!!!! |

| Beautiful view, being at the beach was as easy as walking downstairs. The condo had everything you needed, beach chairs, coffee maker, hairdryer, etc. The Wi-fi network worked flawlessly. Our pug loved coming on vacation with us. We look forward to staying again. |

We had a great few days. The kids loved the beach and the pool. If you have kids, take a flashlight to the beach at night and look for tiny white crabs, lots of fun for the kids. Lots to do in the area, very family friendly atmosphere. Destin Diner was very good ... We did the glass bottom boat and some parasailing. I wish we owned a condo here. We definitely want to return. Thanks for the comfortable stay.

| We so enjoyed our visit and stay in Aqua Villa #105. The area was great. Laid back and a great beach. We have decided we enjoyed the area more than Destin; which is only about 6 miles away so you can still do the Destin thing. The condo was nice, clean, kitchen well stocked and so convenient to the beach and pool. And an extra bonus - a Tom Thumb convenience store about 50 yards away, which with 2 teenage boys, we visited daily! |

| Aqua 306 was a great place to stay for the entire family. It was located in the middle of things but yet not among the crowded beaches. The condo was equipped with all the kitchen appliances that was needed and the decor was very pleasant. The pool was geat for the kids and adults. I would highly recommend this condo and plan on returning in a few more summers! |

| Our whole family found our unit to be very roomy & tastefully decorated, but that wasn't the highlight. Our veiw from our balconies was exceptional, we could see dolphins from there everyday, along with plenty of sea gulls & even pelicans (I've never noticed that many in Destin before, which was always a disappointment). I LOVED the fact that I didn't have to cross a street to get on the beach & it was very clean (no seaweed). We were also much closer to all the places we like to visit than I thought we would be (shops & dining). Last but not least, we were thrilled to be able to take our 3 beloved Yorkies. I don't want to leave. Having a condo "on the beach" was the greatest. The view was spectacular ... we could easily see the dolphins from our balcony most every day. Even plenty of sea gulls & some pelicans too ... moreso here than in Destin. Eventhough it was cloudy the day we arrived, the entire week couldn't have been more perfect ... nothing but sunny skies & clear water. ... Thank you so much for letting us stay here & for letting us bring our beloved yorkies. We all hope to come back next year.

| The condo is great! Many extra touches were added to make our stay easy and convenient, such as beach chairs and umbrellas. Also, it was nice having 2 queens in the guest room instead of smaller beds! You don't usually find that in condo rentals! The property is well-maintained and very family friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. |

My two grandchildren and I stayed in this condo from April 14-21. We had a wonderful time. The condo is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kids loved the choice of beds in their room. The ones with the best view of the TV won out.
The view from the living room is spectacular. Everywhere you look you see the ocean and the beach. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We had the added pleasure of watching dolphins from the balcony on three separate monrings.
We had a wonderful vacation playing in the ocean, building castles in the sand and swimming in the pool. It was a vacation I hope to repeat next year. |

| We loved the condo and the view. It was quiet, peaceful, and quite comfortable. The sleeping arrangements in the second bedroom were very creative and just right for our three teenage/young adult boys. The kitchen was perfect, the location was great, and we enjoyed some great seafood dinners in Ft. Walton Beach and Destin. We visited Eden Gardens State Park, Destin Commons (shopping), the outlet mall, Airforce Armament Museum, National Museum of Aviation, the fishing pier, and best of all--the beach! We have never seen such a beautiful beach. Even though the temperatures were low 60s most of the week, we still waded in the ocean, played on the sandbars, and walked along the sea enjoying the views. It is definitely a location we will recommend to our friends. We really appreciated that our small dog was welcome. |

We really enjoyed our stay in this area. The condo is wonderful! Our little dogs had a terrific time too! We discovered the quiet beach and bay area along the Gulf seashore at the end of the road nearbye - just like our own private beach - we had a wonderful time. We also found anoter beautiful place at Rocky Bayou State Park - dolphins playing in the bay! Our dogs loved the trailsand beach there too! The outlet mall in Sandestin is truly a shopper's paradise. If you love a great steak, McGuires is the place! We hope to come back some time in the future.

| We stayed in this unit spring break of 05. We enjoyed our stay very much. The accomadations were clean and comfortable. We took our golden retriever with us and he absolutely loved the second balcony where he could lay and watch all the goings on. I would highly reccommend this unit to my friends. |

| I stayed in this condo this past summer (2006). It was the best! it was comfortable,roomy and I loved the end balcony! It was beautifully decorated and all the comforts of home were at hand. Televisions,VCRs, Dvd, microwave and laundry facilities on the property made it the best vacation ever! Oh and the beach and ocean were perfect!! |

We had a blast staying here. The beach is amazingly clean and beautiful and access is easy. Just go down a couple of stairs and you are on the beach. When we got up the first morning and saw the view out the window, my husband said, "That was worth the drive, right there." (and that was a 14-hour drive for us.)
Sunsets are spectacular too, but I really liked morning coffee on the patio overlooking the beach. There were lots of things for our kids to do and plenty of great restaurants right down the road. I didn't have to cook once! Everything was just easy and convenient. I can't imagine a better beach or gulf view anywhere. We'll be back soon! |

| Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. The view from your private balcony was breathtaking. I really enjoyed starting my day with a cup of coffee, a perfect view of the beach and the dolphins off shore. My favorite moment was spent one evening leaning on the railing and watching the moon reflecting off of the ocean. Your unit is very enjoyable and I plan to visit again in the very near future. I plan on recommending my friends and family to this spectacular beach. |
