Another great vacation here. The home is very clean, peaceful and relaxing. Found a nice quiet park called Shingle Creek within walking distance.

| Had a wonderful time in this villa. Was very clean & tidy and had everything you could possibly want or require. Felt very comfortable and wish I could have stayed on much longer than my 6 days. The villa was very central to all attractions and amenities. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any of my friends and would definately use again. |

Agree with all the good comments already posted. A great villa in a very peaceful location. Nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything you need, including extras you don't usually get like the PC and bikes, etc. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi.
Will definitely recommend to others and hope to be back again. |

| I am very happy to rent this house. The house was perfect, very very clean, gorgeous pool, nicely decorated. Everything was perfect, only 5 minutes to Wal Mart. But to visit Florida, it's too much far from Miama or Key's. And there are a lot of storms during August, I recommend anoter period. Thank you for a very nice vacation. |

| We loved this place, it couldn't have been more perfect!! The pool and hot tub had really good heat most nights. The location is perfect - really close to everything you need including only a 10-15 minute drive to Disney. It was also nice because it was off the 192 far enough in a nice, secluded neighborhood which was VERY private. Home was very clean and the beds were really comfy. Overall, would recommend to any close friend or family! On a side note: don't buy ticket for anything before - there are MANY booths set up on 192 that have tickets for less then half the cost!! Would've cost us over $800 we spent $200 for 3 days! If you look you can even avoid the timeshare guys and just buy reused tickets. |

We stayed four days in Orlando and enjoyed our stay at Wishpering Oaks, good location in a pleasant and quiet area.
The villa is very nice and well equipped, nothing was missing. We really appreciated the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi.
We had a great time in Kissimmee. |

Our fortnights stay & holiday was excellent. This was our 5th visit to Orlando. The villa was great and any advice/info required before and during our vacation was provided excellently by owner Terry.
As usual, our holiday was based around numerous days at the various adventure parks, intertwined with rest days at the villa and a little shopping (with 3 females there was no option !).
The time spent at the villa was really good, with everything you could want really ..... the heated jacuzzi was a real favourite, with the pool being heated a bonus also. The use of a P.C. came in handy also and the kids used the available x-box/games etc as well.
The villa location is probably the best we've had only 10/15 minutes from anywhere really. All the facilities you need and well maintained.
Thanks to Terry & Sue for providing us with lovely accomodation.

We, of course did all the touristy things whils in Florida but it was always a great feeling to know that we could return to the villa and relax and gain the strength for the next encounter that was on offer. We can do no more than highly reccommend this villa to anybody who were thinking of taking a vacation in the Orlando area. First Class. |

What more could you ask for in a holiday villa. Everything was as described, with all amenities (Disney, shopping and eateries) within a 15 to 20 minute drive.
There was something to do for all age groups at the villa and it is obvious that Terry and Sue have taken a real interest in this property by adding so many little touches to make sure you have a ‘home from home’.
There’s plenty to keep everyone occupied with the Pool and Jacuzzi giving you that added enjoyment, especially for those lazy days between theme parks. Defiantly somewhere I would recommend anyone to stay and hope to visit again sometime in the near future.

| Whoever rents Terry's villa can only have one thing to say about it! SUPERB.The location is perfect for getting about. We have been holidaying in Kissimmee almost every year since 1996 and still enjoy our trips there. We have also rented other villas in Whispering Oaks which have since been sold on, so we were very pleased to find Terry had a villa to rent there, as it is a delightful area to stay. Hopefully we will be returning as we have still got things to see and do. Florida is a place to suit all ages.Thankyou Terry for letting us rent your lovely villa. |

We had a great stay in your house. We only used two bedrooms but it was so much more relaxing than a hotel - definitely worth it. I liked the garage too. It's nice to get the car inside.
The house looks great, even smells great and we all loved the secluded pool. I'm sure we'll be in touch again. |

I cannot recommend this villa highly enough! It was fantastic, close to Disney and yet still in a peaceful quite location for when you have had enough of Mickey and his friends.
Everything in the villa was perfect (and a lot was included in the price).
We had only intended to come to Orlando once, but we had such a wonderful holiday we are thinking of coming back and hopefully this villa will be available, if everyone doesn't catch on ;o)

When you said "close to everything" you weren't kidding - it was a quick drive to both disney and seaworld. I was very impressed.
Such a quiet neighborhood too, it was just what we were looking for and so luck to have found your house with all the other houses you have to look thru on the site.

| What a great house! Everything was spotless when we arrived. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. We spent two days at the parks, one day at Cocoa Beach and the rest of the time relaxing at the house (well, we did shop a little bit). Terry and the management company were great to work with. We had a really wonderful Christmas and New Year. The villa exceeded our expectations,we have stayed in several private homes, but this one has been the best. All the personal and practical touches ensured we felt at home and we really wished it was!
Its location is great, we used the John Young Parkway to get upto the Florida Mall (20 mins), we went onto the Orange Blossom trail at Central Florida Parkway or a bit further up at Sandlake Road. It is a much better road than the OBT - not nearly so busy. The mall at Millenia is really nice, go up the JYP and turn left onto Americana Boulevard the mall is on your left. A Walmart 3 mins from home (depending on the traffic signal) was brilliant. Restaurants - McCormick and Schmicks at the Mall at Millenia is lovely, get there before 4pm and the lunch menu is very reasonable, the fish dishes are lovely and my son can testify that the burger for $7.50 is just the best! Joes Crab Shack on the 192 just before the turning for Celebration is a really fun experience.
After a family discussion we all agree that this is the villa we want to stay in when we return to Florida, it made a brilliant holiday fantastic. Thanks Terry and Sue!

Lovely Lovely Villa. The best Orlando Villa we have stayed in. With so many Villas being effectly the same it was the little touches that made all the difference.... Use of PC & Internet, Free Phonecalls Locally & to UK, Jacuzzi, Heated Pool, Playstation, to name but a few.
The owner, Terry, was extremely friendly and informative both before, during and after our stay.
Whilst many Villas in the Orlando area are described as being just 15 minutes from Disney we know to our cost how untrue this can be. Our longest drive to a Disney Park or Seaworld was 20 minutes.
You won't be disappointed with this Villa!

My family and I had visited Terry's villa in October 2003. This was our second visit. We found the villa to be extremely clean, tidy and comfortable and catered for our every need - a real home from home.
The pool was especially welcome after the hot Florida days in the theme parks.
The children also enjoyed the additional television and Playstation in the second bedroom. My older child also used the free internet facility.
The villa is well positioned, being only a short distance from the Orlando theme parks and close to the I.4 allowing easy access along the 192 to the Gulf coast and also Busch Gardens. Highway 192 is only a few minutes away with a whole host of retaurants, shops etc.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends, family or anyone else who was looking for a villa holiday in Orlando.

The house was fantastic, far exceeding our expectations - spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. It is close to theme parks, shopping and restaurants. We even went "scrumping" for oranges at the end of the road! We loved the hot tub, internet, Playstation and "Disney" room. We visited at Christmas and even found a tree and decorations in the attic (hope you don't mind, Terry). Can't wait to go back.
