Comment Text: We loved this cottage. The breezes through the front and back windows were delightful, the lake beach was beautiful and the bay around the dock was teeming with fish and other wildlife. Our dog swam every day and considers it his best vacation ever. The cottage is on a barrier island reachable only by boat, which makes it quiet and private, but restaurants and the bare basic groceries are a 5-minute ride in the motorboat. Lake Ontario ranged from smooth-as-glass to 2-foot whitecaps while we were there in late June, so we couldn't kayak on the lake every day, but Sodus Bay was usually doable. Water is very clean. Owner is nearby and helpful. Cottage is well-equipped and in great shape. All in all, a great experience we plan to repeat.

| I have just rented #16 54th Ave. in Wild Dunes,SC and after being there only two days, I called the owner and rented the property for 2007.The house is great, the pool is spacious and access to the beach is short and easy. |

My family had a great time this weekend. The foosball table & the hot tub were the biggest hits. My kids could have done either of those all day. We also went horseback riding a couple times, went to Vogel & Helton Falls (it was really cold), and spent some time in downtown Blue Ridge. We had an awesome time!!!

I have seen this rental property when it was still being built. This is vacation one vacation rental I would love to rent every summer as I and my family love being on the river. The home is beautiful with everything one would want in a vacation home and close to grocery
stores and gas stations. |

We had a fabulous time. The place was wonderful, cozy and clean and the location culdn't be better. We especially enjoyed the personal service that the owners gave us and the many dining tips that made the trip even that much more special. We definately recommend this property, it's a very special place, we hated to say goodbye.

We loved everything about the property. The owners were so helpful with the actual booking, the villa was clean and well cared for and when we had a query the maintenance team were very prompt. Swimming in the pool after the heating had been on (December) was like stepping into a warm bath - it was so relaxing!
I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The spaciousness means that everyone can relax in there own space!
It was three weeks of bliss- what a way to spend Christmas and the New Year! |

| Really lovely clean and well maintained property.We stayed there for 4 weeks and had a great holiday. We really loved being near the water it was very tranquil and peaceful, the swimming pool was very relaxing and we enjoyed taking out the Kiaks and also cycling. The golf courses were superb and there were plenty of things to do and see in the area also a good location for touring. Plenty of good restaurants |
