| A wonderful place to stay! We stayed at the condo in late October 2008. The place had everything you needed- from the kitchen to bathroom to beach toys. It is decorated very nicely and feels brand new. The location to the community pool, local shopping and beach is perfect. All within walking distance. We hope to have the opportunity to stay there again someday! |

What a wonderful vacation in this beautiful condo. Everything you need for your beach vacation is supplied. Fully stocked kitchen, beach items (boogie board, snorkel equiptment, coolers, etc.) Most owners lock these items up for their personal use only.
The condo is spotlessly clean and very well appointed. We will definitely go back to this condo. |

| The condo was everything we expected and more. It is very well stocked and clean. My husband, children (10 and 8) and my in-laws were very comfortable here. It is close to the grills and the pool. It is also within walking distance to the Kings Shop. The Queens Marketplace is nearby and Hapuna Beach (absolutely the best beach in Hawai'i by our standards) is within a 5 min. drive. We definitely will try to rent this condo again if and when we return to the Big Island. |

| WONDERFUL is how I would describe our stay...we felt so at home in the Condo that it was hard to leave. You truly do have all you need to have an enjoyable time. My daughters particulary loved all the water toys and I loved being able to bring home all clean clothes thanks to the washer/dryer and laundry detergent. Dan was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in answering my various questions! We really can't wait until we can return and plan to stay in unit B3 again. |

| Beautiful condo in a great location with everything we needed! Dan was a great host, easy to communicate with, and very attentive -- making sure everything went great with our stay. We were pleased that everything was as nice, if not better than advertised. We loved the location as it was close to all the beaches we enjoy (Hapuna, Waialea, A-beach, etc.), an easy walk to Kings Shops, and right off the fairway (beautiful view from the lanai). We'll definitely try to book again for our next visit! Mahalo! |

| What a beautiful place to stay. It it well decorated and stocked with everything you could need. It is just a short walk/drive to an excellent beach for kids. Daniel was professional and very easy to work with...he even worked hard to accommodate my request to have high speed internet available upon arrival. I would definitely work with Daniel again on this rental. |

When my wife and I made our first trip to the Big Island, something magical happened, we fell I love. We were looking for a vacation spot, but instead, we found a paradise. For the last three years, we have been treated to an absolute dream. If it were possible, we’d come back here every year. I’m tempted to not say anything here at all. That is because I would like to keep this place a secret. That’s selfish I know, but once you have stayed here at the Matson home on the Big Island, you’ll come to feel much the same way. Part of the appeal of this place is that it is still relatively unknown. For such a spectacular place, the Big Island still lacks the large crowds you might expect. I believe the reason for that is because people here want to keep it that way, and so it has remained a well kept secret. Everything about the Matson home makes it a gem, the location, conveniently located on the sunny Kona coast, is just a short walk from one of the most scenic beaches I have ever had the pleasure to explore and less than three-hour drive from Volcano’s National Park. (An absolute must see.) As for the Matson home? Well, it’s not unlike a large luxury suite you might find at one of the high-end hotels near by, but at a fraction of the cost. The Matson’s have anticipated just about every need. I only wish my kitchen were as well stocked as this one. When we are here, in the morning, we make a light breakfast and head out to the lanai with a cup of coffee. I tell you, there is nothing like sitting on the lanai, having the soft, warm trade winds blowing past you as you watch the clouds curl around the beautiful Koaloha Mountains. WOW! And if you don’t feel like making a meal, just walk over to one of the many delicious restaurants at the Kings Shops. In the evening, we get the kids set up at the house and my wife and I head to Roy’s, our absolute favorite place to eat. (I suggest Roy’s Original Hawaiian Blackened Island Ahi!) What a delight to have a place like this to unwind after a day out visiting the incredible sights of the Big Island. To be able to see the magnificent waterfalls that surround this tropical paradise, then head back to the house where you can get cleaned up. Then after watching a breath-taking sunset, relax with a glass of wine under a billion stars out on the lanai. Makes me wish I were there right now. I highly recommend that you make the Matson home your Hawai’ian destination, but you have to keep it a secret, We wouldn’t want it to get out. Aloha and mahalo again Matson family for allowing our family the privilege of staying at your home.

Beautiful new condo on Golf course. Everything as advertised and more! Condo was fully equipped with everything you could ask for, bar-b-cue utensils, soap, shampoo and towels. We stayed there for one week with 2 small children, (1 and 3 years old) during October of 2006. Daniel was very accommodating and professional setting this up for us, even making sure there was a portable crib in the condo prior to our stay. Pool toys, children's books, beach chairs and boogie boards were also there for us. We would not hesitate to book with him again and we highly recommend this condo to anyone. Sincerely, Art Hanson |
