We just returned from an eight night stay in this unit. This is the second year we have stayed in this condo and as before everything was great. This unit is on the 5th floor overlooking the pool and beach. Great views! This condo has everything to make you feel at home. The elevator opens up in the condo and the underground parking space is right by the elevator.
The on property restaurant is Ruth's Chris steak house. Great steak. These are usually only found in major cities. There are two excellent restaurants just across the street. The Back porch, a very popular seafood restaurant directly on the beach, and Grazie's a very nice Italian restaurant.
The Grandkids love the pool and beach and there are many other attractions close by.

| The Silver Shells resort is definitely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Our family has stayed in this particular unit the first week of May for the past two years. It has been a good set up for us since we are traveling with our two grown children and their families. Our two year old grandson slept in a pack-n-play in the master bedroom closet. We moved the two twin beds together in the third bedroom and I brought an extra set of king sheets and mattress pad for our son and his wife. The kitchen is equipped well and I actually cooked dinner two nights! (a first) The owner is very nice and helpful. The pool area is large and wonderful. Everything is very clean. We love Destin and will definitely be back! |

| We just got back from staying at this condo end of April-beginning of May 2008. We have stayed in numerous condos at Silver Shells throughout the years and this definitely was the nicest one we have stayed in. The other ones were not through this agency. Everything was as stated and any questions we had prior to the rental were answered promptly by the owner. I would definitely recommend this condo/Silver Shells in Destin. It is a lovely area/great vacation spot. |

We truly had a wonderful time at this resort. This condo unit is fabulous as well. It is exactly how it appears online and all of the information given is accurate.
The process of obtaining this unit for our stay was very easy from beginning to end.
We will definitely stay here again!

My family rented this unit in April of this year, and it is truly as nice as it looks on the web site, everything that was listed was there, and the view of the beach is spectacular, Also our
dealing with the owner was great and a very simple process. |
