I want you to know how much we enjoyed our stay last week. Not only is the view spectacular, but the cabin accommodations are perfect for a group of 5 couples who prefer private bath / bedrooms. The furnishings are beautiful and the entire house is well arranged. Our group of 5 retired couples usually rents a different place each October, but after visiting Monument Place, all want to return there next year.

Our group has been traveling annually throughout the Southeast for the past few years and I must say that this one rates in the top 3% of all. Thanks for everything and one day we will return. We had such a wonderful weekend at your beautiful home...it was perfect - only an hour from Atlanta, but it felt so far away. Enjyed the hot tub, fire pit, foosball, and pool table. Something for everyone. Perfect for a couples getaway with all of the big beds and each with their own bedroom.

On the last day of our retreat I once again look out over the mountains and praise God for every leaf, every color, every cloud. I pray that all who enter this place are able to see the amazing wonder of God in everything that surrounds you. I pray that you are here in the fall to see the changing of the leaves and that during your stay you take at least one morning and leave the comfort of your bed to watch the sun rise over the mountain tops. Thanks, Frank and Trish. We received the deposit in the mail today.
We (and all our family members) really loved the house so much--the architectural design, the wood/stone choices and all the natural light, all work together to make the interior space so very pleasant and appealing. With so many of us there, we never felt crowded, and each
little family unit has its own space and privacy, which was so nice. The kids could watch TV and play video games downstairs while the adults enjoyed the great room area. The deck and the view of the mountains was the coup de grace, and we all just wanted to be out soaking in the
panorama as much as possible. After that month of 90s and 100s, having the wedding weekend of highs in the 70s on the mountain was pure heaven, and it made the wedding ceremony just perfect (though a bit breezy!).
The kitchen was wonderful and very well equipped overall.
Overall, we thought it was just such a lovely house and we felt *very* much at home there. It made me want to look at property in the area and find or build a weekend place for us one day.
For future reference, in case you are asked by future guests who are planning a wedding, I wanted to let you know that the Party Tyme store in Jasper was very good and delivered tables, chairs, wedding arch, champagne glasses, and so on, to the house, and that we had good service
from Deb's Bakery for a wonderful and relatively economical wedding cake and from Floral Pleasures for wedding flowers.

My wife and I were married at Monument Place in June 2007. The house and view were incredible! All our guests really enjoyed themselves and had nothing but good things to say about the home.

We stayed in your other house (Paramount Place vrbo number 31067) and fell in love there. This time we brought all of our kids (ages 26,19,17,15) and fell in love all over again. We actually functioned as a family here. No rushing - no cell phones, nothing but family fun. We all cooked together and sat down at the tables and ate together. Everything about this place is wonderful. The sunrise is unbelievable. The nights filled with laughter and love. We are rarely all together at one time. So this was perfect. We can't thank you enough!

| Frank is a wonderful host, he made sure we were all set and had everything to needed for the weekend. The house is amazing and is actually more beautiful than the pictures. The view was outstanding. Amicalola Falls is just 5 minutes down the road and it only took us about an hour and a half to get to the house from Norcross, GA.
