What a wonderful stay our second time here! Our son, who was two and a half the first time, is now five, and our daughter(almost 2) had a wonderful time. The lego's in the closet were a real "treasure" as my son exclaimed with glee upon their discovery.

We greatly appreciated the opportunity to dineat the Beach Club, and found the food and setting to be ideal. And, not to be forgotten, your dinner tip on the Mission Ranch was well timed. The opportunity to dine less than 10 feet from Clint Eastwood doesn't come often, and we did our best to keep eyes forward for, well, most of the evening.

| Phil, Thanks so much for your great hospitality. Despite some rain showers, we had a chance to walk to the two nearby beaches and marveled at the stark contrasts. We also walked the few hundred yards to Mission Ranch, for a great dinner. No designated driver needed. Beachwalk's wireless internet was a snap and your list of local restaurants was helpful. The kids enjoyed a day at the local aquarium and Village Corner is a great place to eat, any time of day or night. Most of all, we enjoyed the lunch you arranged for us at the Pebble Beach Tennis Club. Prices were reasonable, view was magnificent and kids were welcome. All in all, a great getaway. We'll be back. I was on the internet looking for a special inn or B&B and then VRBO popped up and I was led to BeachWalk. During our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed taking in the beauty of the California coast. Lunch at the Beach Club was a wonderful experience...thankyou for the reservation. In Carmel, we enjoyed romantic dinners at the Mission Ranch and the Forge in the Forest. Katy's was great for breakfast. Frank will remember his golf experience at Pebble Beach forever! I especially enjoyed the beautiful front patio when Frank was golfing. I love the landscape - the fir tree in front, the flowers, and the pair of birds with blue tail feathers( we don't have this kind in Dallas so I have to look up what they are.) The beaches, beach-combing for sea glass, Katy's place for brunch, Gianni's Pizza (Monterey), Piatti's for Italian, Rio Grill, etc. I did the "Carmel Walks" walking tour this year and really learned a lot of new things about Carmel. Thank you so much for opening your lovely home to us-"BeachWalk is simply wonderful. This was our 1st vacation(without relatives)with the boys(ages 3 and 2yrs)and the house and location were perfect. We enjoyed many meals at the Barnyard as the boys enjoyed playing outside there; every day at the beach, either Carmel River or Carmel; the Monterey Aquarium; and Big Sur/Pfeiffer Beach. Jason cycled every day, a few times up the coast(17 mile drive)and thoroughly enjoyed it. We would love to come back! Again, Thank You for everything!

Thank you very much for renting us your home-and the welcoming bottle of wine and bubbles for our kids! How thoughtful! This was a perfect location for us; our 16 month and 3 year old children were at the beach every afternoon and sunset and squeezed in time at the playground around the corner. The Carmel River State Beach is less crowded, less windy, and as picturesque as the beach at the end of Ocean Ave. in town... being able to walk there was the best.
Everything we needed was here in your lovely home. Thank you again for the care you clearly put into making this a nice place to stay.

BeachWalk is a wonderful house for our get together. Carmel to walk around and "Shop" plus great food. We enjoyed the 17 mile drive and the lunch at the Beach Club in Pebble Beach. Mission Ranch is a fun place to eat and so is The Grill on Ocean Ave. Then, we spent a fun couple of hours in Monterey at the aquarium. Thank you for renting your lovely house.

What a wonderful relaxing vacation we had here in your lovely home. A perfect location and set-up; walking distance to the beach, a very well stocked kitchen, even the little touches like buckets and shovels just made BeachWalk the perfect place for our family. With a 2 year old, it was nice to prepare meals here and enjoy lunch out front in your lovely seating area. We were able to see whales playing in the ocean from Carmel River Beach, and sea otters, seals & sea lions at Pt. Lobos. We simply couldn't ask for more! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Though we come from a beach town down south, the boys wanted to go to the beach almost every day. Our best adventure was to the Point Sur Lighthouse. The 3 hour guided tour was led by a very amusing docent who gave us some interesting infomation about the Lighthouse and the Point Sur area. Sincerely,

Thanks for being exceptional hosts. Kathy and I are spending our 5th anniversary with you. We travel a lot-Hawaii, East Coast, Jackson Hole, Alaska, and Carmel 3 times this year. We think "BeachWalk" has been our best value to date. The real capper was getting us into the Pebble Beach "Beach Club" for lunch; that really added to the package.
We were able to relax completely, enjoy long walks and go to Big Sur. This was a very special time for us. Thank you.

BeachWalk was the perfect first vacation for our family and 11 month old baby girl Ava. We enjoyed your home very much. The beaches were beautiful, and the walks to town filled with sites. We would move here if we could buy a nice house in this area. Our (my husbands) parents came in for the last weekend. My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Bouchee', which was very, very good. We also had great take-out from both "Little Napoli" and "Tommy's Wok". This was a wonderful week for our family, and we look forward to many more fabulous vacations at Carmel-by-the-Sea. Thank you.

We had a fabulous time in Carmel and really enjoyed staying at our "Carmel house" as our two year old referred to it, and wish we could stay for "what is 100 + 100?" more days, as our four year old said, the night before we had to leave. After an 11 hour flight from London and a 2 hour drive from San Francisco, BeachWalk was not just a welcome, but wonderful sight...we all enjoyed a superb nights sleep in the inviting and comfortable beds. We enjoyed breakfasts at: Katy's, Friar Tuck, and Black Bear Diner. Dinners at: The Fish Hopper(Monterey), Mission Ranch-wonderful view, but not a patch on view from Beach Club in Pebble Beach. Also enjoyed Rio Grill and Hog's Breath Inn. Our preferred venue for pre-dinner cocktails was the pretty patio area with relaxing chairs and the huge fridge(not something we are used to in England) was ideal for storing a variety of cocktail ingredients, wonderful local wines and the odd carton of milk, juice and requisite food items too. The location of BeachWalk was also perfect; easy to get to downtown, to the beach, and the playground for our daughter to runoff any excess energy. Our only complaint: time passed too quickly-planning a return visit already.

Our stay at BeachWalk was unforgetable. The Bradbury's were very gracious hosts and were very helpful in taking time to give us the insider tips on things to do. BeachWalk is very comfortable and well equipped. It was our true home away from home. Big Sur State Park(Point Lobos) is a must see as is Julia Pfieffer. Chianti has great Italian food and Rio Grill is great too.(Crossroads shopping center) This is a beautiful area and we truly loved our stay.

We had a lovely stay here. The weather was beautiful. It was great to sit outside on the patio too! We were able to cook good meals in the kitchen and had some terrific meals at the usual excellent restaurants. We walked to Crossroads shopping center and to town a lot. Great walks along the Scenic Drive beach. And one day the weather was warm enough for swimming at Carmel Beach. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our visit here at BeachWalk. The house was very comfortable, quiet and with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed sitting out front in the beautiful garden area.
We found many things to do during our visit and particularly enjoyed Point Lobos, the Monterey Aquarium, Big Sur and the entire coast line through Pebble Beach and Asilomar by Pacific Grove. Katy's was our favorite breakfast restaurant, Mission Ranch for dinner and to enjoy the view from the patio. We also enjoyed a very nice dinner at Casanova's (Be sure to leave room for the wonderful dessert's!).Wer'e allready talking about a return visit to BeachWalk- it's been a great stay! "How fortunate we were to find "BeachWalk" on the internet and find the house even better than described! We enjoyed an early morning fire with our coffee, sitting on the patio, walking everywhere in the area, watching the sunset most evenings, and even walking to the delightful Mission Ranch. Three days of cool weather golf was not enough-the courses are great! We loved EmLe's for breakfast and the Rio Grille (among other eateries)for dinner.
