| Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. We loved the second level deck with pool view and fabulous sunsets. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. We'll appointed vacation rental that made us fell right at home. |

| What a great home for a family vacation!!! The home is spacious with very comfortable and kid-friendly furniture. The well stocked kitchen is great for making meals at home. The beds were great, with top quality linens. The pool, jacuzzi, and patio for enjoying the sunset are just awesome. As great as the home is, the best thing is the hospitality of the host. Sharon provided us with toys and strollers for the kids, beach supplies, and coupons for us to use at Legoland, etc. She even checked in on us a couple of times during our stay to see if we needed anything else. You just couldn't ask for a better host. When we make our way back to the San Diego area, Sharon will certainly be the person I reach out to first. |

We had a wonderful week in this Duplex in Carlsbad. Having the heated pool meant that out kids always had something to do, even when it was cloudy and cool. The duplex itself was very comfortable and nicely furnished. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 5 kids. The location was convenient to all the activities, yet allowed us to be away from the hustle and bustle so we could relax. The weather was better a little in land too. Our neighbors in the duplex were very friendly.
We'd recommend this property to everyone. |

I would like to thank you for the use of your property over the Christmas season. The home was certainly big enough for our crew and very comfortable. Everyone had a great time and thank you again so much for the baby items you had available for us. They were so nice to have. Everything was great and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your place to other people. Hope you had a good Christmas and I wish you all the best in the New Year.
