| Cute, comfortable, and so relaxing. This cottage was perfect for my week stay in Grass Valley. The cottage was clean and welcoming and the surroundings calm and peaceful. I would recommend Vanessa's cottage to my family and friends, great location and convenient. |

| Vanessa's guest home was a soothing respite retreat for us when we were in midst of closing escrow on a house purchase in Nevada City. We stayed one month in her charming vintage furnished two bedroom unit. This property is situated at top of a beautifully landscaped hill that's quietly refreshing of mind, body and spirit. The private deck was especially appreciated each morning and evening. Vanessa has lovely energy that is expressed throughout this property. ~~~Marian and Steve |

| We stayed two nights in the comfortable, clean and well appointed studio and were very pleased with everything! We were minutes away from the historic town of Grass Valley & about 50 miles from South Lake Tahoe. While at the studio, we had privacy and the property is forested and so beautiful. Vanessa is warm and kind and made us feel welcome and at home. Thank you Vanessa! |
