"We had a wonderful time at the Blue Heron! Everything we needed was there: great dock, comfortable lodging, kitchen, grill and the fire pit for those chilly evenings in the fall. We enjoyed playing Old Kinderhook, which is about 2 minutes away, and fishing (successfully!) from the dock. The owners are great to rent from, and I hope we can return soon!"

We very much enjoyed the house, and most of all the dock area. We had plenty of room for the family to relax, swim, and fish. Our boat and jet ski were stored nicely in the well-maintained dock. Look forward to renting again.

| Our family really enjoyed our stay at Blue Heron Cottage. It was clean & spacious and fit our needs perfectly. The owner is organized and responsive which made renting a pleasure. We have great memories of time on the lake and watching the moon rise over the ridge. |

VERY nice place!!! Great house and the dock is SUPER!! VERY nice people to rent from. Close to Ha Ha Tonka and the custard stand that is just a hundred yards away by water ROCKS on those hot summer days!
Only drawback is at the end of the week you need to leave this great place! |

"It was a pleasure to deal with you and be able to use your place for that last week in June. The layout of the place was really perfect for what we needed. The three boys used the room with the bunk beds in the lower level, the grandparents and ourselves in the upstairs bedrooms. In addition, this was our first visit to the lake and it was a really nice place to be with great fishing right from the dock. Our seven year old is proud to say he caught the largest fish (16 inch bass off the dock). We had a great time exploring the water and state parks via the boat as well. There are truly some beautiful sights to see within a short distance via boat or car!"
