| From the minute we found the chalet we knew this was going to be a great week. Once inside the whole house was picture perfect and so comfortable for us and with the extra bonus of pets being allowed our Lab enjoyed the country air too. Daily we saw deer and wild turkeys, sit and watch in amazement of how close they were to the chalet. Lee was great with directions for seeing the area too. We recommend this chalet to anyone. We will be staying with Lee again for sure. Thanks for making our vacation 2009. |

My family and I stayed in this amazingly beautiful home last summer and just scheduled to return again this summer. From the street gazing upon this house we were all so excited to see inside like a bunch of little kids on christmas. The windows definitely make this house even more stunning from inside and outside. I loved the morning sun peering in on us. Seeing the wildilfe walking by all those deer and turkeys. Oh and I can't forget to mention this little chipmunk that hangs out out front under the deck which we fed, very cute! My kids couldnt get over how cool and cute that was. We enjoyed the pool table had tons of fun. And after hours out venturing about that wonderful hot tub felt so good. Nothing like a hot tub in the woods at night while starring into the sky at all those bright stars. And off to bed which where clean and comfy. Lee you were easy to talk to and answered my million questions and guided us to places to visit. It was nice to rent from you and made us want to return this summer. We can't wait. Thank you so much for your hospitality!And building such an amazing home, I am so happy building memories with my family there.

I surprised my boyfriend with a weekend away from the city at this beautiful chalet, and it was absolutely amazing. Lee was wonderful at communicating with me, answering all my questions speedily and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I felt like I had my own personal assistant helping me plan a romantic weekend.
I absolutely loved the fact that our 2 dogs were welcome. We felt completely at home and relaxed, and we will be back and we have already begun telling all of our friends about this home and Lee. |

| This house was perfect for our 3-day weekend stay. The location is 5 to 10 minutes from everything you'll need --- stores, restaurants, skiing. It is well equipped and maintained. The owner makes the process very easy. He has lots of information to share about the area -- you'll find plenty to do! We look forward to visiting in the summer -- would recommend without hesitation. |

AND WERE VERY HAPPY THAT WE FOUND IT.
CENTRALLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING. WE SKIED
JACK FROST/BIG BOULDER, WHICH WAS A SHORT
RIDE. GOOD FOOD RIGHT UP THE ROAD AT BELLA
MIA, WHICH LEE HAD SUGGESTED. WE WILL
DEFINITELY BE RETURNING, MAYBE EVEN IN THE
VERY NEAR FUTURE. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, THE

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your beautiful Stephen Chalet. We've rented a cabin from another VRBO owner in the past, but your place surpassed the other rental in size and amenities.
It was great having access to an internet connection. I love taking pictures and took many beautiful photos of deer and wild turkeys.
Thank you for always being available to us whenever I called; even while you were on vacation.
It was a pleasure renting from you and I hope we can rent from you for many years to come.

My Husband and I have been coming up the Poconos for nearly 10 years for Nascar and this was by far the best accomodations ever. From the Hot Tub to the King Size bed it was wonderful. | My friends and I stayed in Lee's BEAUTIFUL home from 2/1 thru 2/6/08. The pictures of it were GORGEOUS, but they DO NOT do this home justice! PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP SHINES THROUGHOUT THIS HOME! There were NO corners cut here! The furnishings and absolute COMFORT of EVERY room were really impressive. We had a BLAST (with our GIANTS fanatic friends) watching the Super Bowl that weekend as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this house TO ANYONE! To be able to say that feels GREAT because our group of friends has been renting homes in this area for over 18 years..and it's nice to REALLY want to return to a particular home! Lee is SO ACCOMMODATING and so professional to deal with as well. Thanks again for everything, Lee! We will be back to visit! |

| This house looks beautiful in the pictures but it is even more breath taking in person. My family and I rented this house from Lee for Christmas and it couldn't have been any better than we expected. From the moment you walk inside you get this warm fuzzy feeling as if you are stepping into your own home, it was very well kept and had all the necessities you could think of, whether your traveling with children or just adults, everything needed is provided. My husband and I have decided to definitely rent from Lee again and recommend his properties to all of our friends. Thanks again Lee :) |

the house was beautiful! it was so comfortable with everything that you could ask for. We frequented the pool and lake that were so close by, and spent a tremendous amount of time in the hot tub and playing pool!
We lost count of the amount of deer that came so close to the house and filled our camera.
We hope to come back some time and will happily recommend your place to others.

| The house was absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. Everything we needed was close by. We enjoyed hiking in the nearby State Park and then returning to the community pool or lake for a refreshing dip. My little boy also loved the nearby playground. This is a great family vacation home. |

We went out each day to explore the area and found we couldn't wait to get back to the house. It was beautiful inside and out and very clean. Even the dogs were relaxed! | A bunch of us girls had a fabulous long weekend over Easter at the chalet. We cooked and BBQed, hiked and hot tubbed, played pool and scrabble and imbibed an adult beverage or two in complete comfort at this lovely home. Much more attention to detail and quality furnishings than our house last year. We would definitely rent from you again! |

Our family (via Susan DuBosq) rented a long weekend at your house over the Super Bowl weekend. We had a WONDERFUL time and made lots of new memories! The accomodations were superb! I felt like we were staying at a high-end resort and "home" at the same time! Even amidst the subzero temperatures outside, we were warm and cozy inside! Our son also LOVED the small sledding "hill" in the back yard! Keep up the quality accomodations you offer your guests!

Wow, what a wonderful place to get away from it all, yet still have the comforts of home. While researching places to stay in the Pocono’s, two things really attracted us to this house. The first was that it appeared to be new and clean. The second was that pets were allowed. This really meant a lot as we could have a true family vacation and not leave the dogs in the kennel for a week.
When we arrived, the house sure did not disappoint. The first thing we noticed when we walked into the house was how nice and new everything was. It really was "white glove" clean. The layout was open and airy. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable and not the cheep stuff you sometimes find in some of the other rentals. The Jacuzzi was a definite highlight as you could clearly see thousands of stars while soaking in it at night.
In the daytime, there was plenty to do. On our morning walks, we always saw deer and wild turkeys. In the afternoons we explored Jim Thorpe or one of the many nearby hiking trails.
We cannot stress enough what a pleasure it was renting from Lee. He was a professional and gracious host and always quick to respond. When we told him we would be bringing our baby, he even offered to provide us with a pack and play.
In short, we would recommend this house for anyone staying in this area.

The King Size bed in the Master Suite was the best night's rest my husband and I have had in a long time. It really meant a lot to us that our dogs could come along and curl up in front of the fireplace too! The jacuzzi was perfect and a true highlight!
