We stayed here in June 2009 for 1 week. Amazing! Wonderful! Gorgeous! A-4 is right on the water and you provided us with everything we needed. The community was very quiet and we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The property manager on site was very friendly and helpful as well. My party rented 4 of your condos at this property and everyone was extremely pleased. We all can't wait to go back.

Happy Thanksgiving! and how thankful we are to have spent Nov 15 to today in what used to be our condo! We owned A-4 from 1987 to 2004, then sold to Stephanie who just sold to the Zeiners. What a beautiful remodel Stephanie has done- fun to be home to a familiar yet different place. Our wish for the Zeiners is for many years of relaxation and renewal here. Mahalo & Aloha!

| I would like to take this time to personally thank Stephanie for the opportunity to stay in her beautiful condo. My husband and I celebrated our 10th Anniversary on Maui, and had the honor to stay here. Everything about our trip was PERFECT!!! There was absolutly nothing we needed that was not thought of in this condo. Centrically located to everything and everywhere we wanted. The beach really felt as if it were ours, since there wasn't another for miles. And if in Kihea for a visit, stop by Bada Bings Italian restuarant for lunch or dinner. Easily the best food we had!!! Nice upgrades and great location for touring; central
to the island and adjacent to 4 miles of undeveloped
beach. Safeway's have ahi tenderloins ($25/lb but
worth it) and poki to die for. Most of the guest we met
were multiple repeat returns and we would definitely
stay here next time on Maui. |

Thank you so much for your hospitality. We enjoyed a convenient and close beach access and shower. The grass was a nice change from the sand when we wanted it. The view & whale watching from the lanai was awesome. Sunrise?...what can we say-beautiful. we found it very peaceful here after 2 weeks in Kihei. One week in this piece of paradise was not enough. We the loved the updated tuscany decor. You've thought of everything! We enjoyed the personal touch and your thoughtfulness. We were very comfortable and we look forward to our booking for next year sometime-but 4 weeks-can't wait. Our 3rd year in Maui and this week was the best by far! Very romantic too! Your recommendations for night life, etc.. was bang on!-great intertainment. Thank you to Andreas too! Aloha and Mahalo til next year. p.s The shell collectin we are taking home was a bonus!

What a beautiful place! Everything we needed was provided to make our stay even better. Several mornings we almost had the beach to ourselves and many times saw whales in the bay. Even a female-large female with her calf doing 3/4 jumps in the air!! Could have done with some less rain on the 28th & 29th but hey, there's so much more we got to see on other parts of the island. When you learn how to control the weather you'll be a wealthy woman! Of course, today is beautiful so we're soaking up a few more rays of sunshine before we go back to freezing Iowa!:)

Breakfast was great at Charley's, Gazebo's and Ruby's. booking with Andreas at barefoot made life so much easier.. plus lots of good insider tips! Don't overlook the scenic walks along sugar beach!

Maalaea Bay is the best of the est on Maui. this location on miles of beach has been wonderful for walking, beach combing, and swimming. We absolutely loved your condo! We came to Maui to get married (7/21/06). all of our family & friends rented condos in this area, the accomodations were perfect. You have a beautiful spot here, what an amazing view:) we are headed to Dominican Republic for our Honeymoon, and we are sad to leave Hawaii... But we will definetely be back again!
