We recently stayed at Derral's condo # 1002 for 4 weeks in April & May 2009.(Sunrise) We are yearly visitors to PCB and have stayed in a few condos including Sunrise. We have to say that Derral's condo was fabulous.Very beautifully decorated,clean ...we felt like we were at home. One very important mention is the fact that Derral goes out of his way to be extremely accommodating.A real pleasure for us to deal with him. | We had a wonderful vacation, the condo is beautiful and the beach is awesome. The nearby Pier Park really adds to this destination, last but not least the owner was very nice to deal with. |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise. The condo was absolutely wonderful and the pictures reflect the real thing. The only problem we had was with the pool area. The kiddie mushroom was turned on only 1 time during the whole week and the 2nd pool was not heated at all the whole week. |

| Our stay in #1002 was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in the front door it felt like home. It was beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything you need to make a vacation enjoyable. I look forward to many more stays in this great unit. Lari Caso |

| Sunrise Beach is a great place to stay! It is new and beautiful. The condo was fantastic! It is decorated so nice and my family felt right at home and enjoyed our beach trip very much!! I highly recommend renting from Mr. Dobbs! |
