| WE just returned back to Oregon 2 weeks ago, and I wish that i was still there! Kailua is not only one of the best places to stay, but this beautiful home made it even better! Just a 3 min walk to the beach, my 5 year old had the best vacation of his life! He ran outside and grabbed a boogie board every morning begging me to take him o the beach! How could i resist with the beautiful beach that we had to play on! Your home was perfect size and very clean! It was perfect for our family! Not to mention just minutes away from friends and family that live in the area! Thank you for sharing your home, I hope to return back! |

| My family and friends just returned from nine days at this beautiful vacation house. The property is immaculate and there are lots of little touches that made the stay a delight. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, the bathrooms are serene, and the kitchen exceptionally well-equipped. There's even a CD player with a docking station for your iPod. The house comes with boogie boards and inflatable floats, beach chairs, snorkel gear, a rolling cooler for the beach, and beach buckets and shovels. Lots of comfortable chairs and space on the outside decks to get away from everyone. The house is on a quiet street with no traffic. The beach was great for boogie boarding...the waves were not too bad for the kids, ages 2-5, to enjoy. It's easy to get to Honolulu and other points on Oahu. We are truly looking forward to vacationing in this house again next year. Thanks to Rocky and Darlene! |

| We loved your hale, we stayed here in Nov 2006, The decor is so welcoming, being the first ones in after your remodel was a bonus. The beach equipment was very appreciated, we used it every day. We felt so safe and relaxed here, even on the beach at 3 am, mahalo Shannon & Rocky for answering all our questions and getting us the boogie boards. We have recommended your place to everyone. |

| The listing says is best...this place is first rate. Everything was beautiful, the house, the furnishings, the setting, the beach. The beach was a short, private walk away, perfect for the grandkids and grandparents among us. The waves (in May) were big enough for boogie boarding, but weren't so big that the 5 year old couldn't enjoy them. My sister particularly enjoyed the latte's from the market on her morning walk on the beach (about a 15 minute walk down the beach, behind the public beach park). The washer and dryer and the wireless internet were a pleasant surprise. Honolulu was easily reachable...less than a half-hour away. This was an excellent choice for our family. |

| We rented this property the week of Thanksgiving 2006. This rental was not only clean & beautifully furnished,but had great access to the clean, safe beach nearby. Forget the fancy resorts,, this was the best place we have ever stayed. We had everything we needed for beach fun...snorkel gear, boards, towels, beach chairs. This property is located on a quiet street and we felt complete privacy, but we were not far from all the places we wanted to visit. Thank you Rocky, for providing what we needed when we arrived - the crib for our grandson, and the extra bed we needed for a couple of days until our daughter got married. The weather was great, the rental was fantastic and the occasion was festive! We returned to Boise and I immediately ordered a CD of the group Kalapana to take me back to Kailua anytime I needed a retreat! Thank you for a wonderful week. |
