| Our stay at Almost Home was just great! The house was wonderful, very well kept and clean. We enjoyed it very much. Very peaceful and all the fixings we needed, except an ironing board and iron, unless we just didn't find it. Couldn't have asked for a better place. We took my mother there for her birthday and she just loved it! Can't wait to come back. |

| So precious. We stayed in the attic. Clean, romantic and cozy. It was great to have a guest bed since the bedroom is a small and very soft mattress. Enjoyed it. |

| We visited Fredericksburg for Memorial Day weekend with our 2 grown kids and their significant others. The Crawfish Festival was great fun! We had suites A & B and it worked out wonderfully. Everyone gathered in the kitchen, just like home. The house was very nice and clean. We could not have been happier with the stay. The house is full of charm and character. It is a bit of a walk to most of the downtown shopping, but very doable! There is a wonderful bar just a few blocks away...Hondo's. It was a great place to wind down Sunday evening with a drink or two and live music. Fredericksburg is a wonderful town & we will definitely be back! |

| My husband and I stayed at the Almost Home Guest House in Fredericksburg with our two best couple friends. We all live in separate cities (Austin, Dallas, and Houston) and don't get to see each other as often as we would like. We had planned the trip several months in advance and were all very excited. We had a fabulous time!!! The house was clean and the perfect set up for us (we had suites A & B). It's in a great location that allows you to walk down Main Street to shopping and dining. We are already talking about our return to Fredericksburg. |

| I and two buddies were doing some motorcycle riding in the Hill Country, and we wanted to spend one night in Fredericksburg. We found the Almost Home Guest House via the Internet and rented the entire home for one night. It was extremely comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. It beat the heck out of staying in a hotel! We would definitely rent again. |

I had a wonderful vacation to help me get away
from problems with work.. I stayed in "cabin C".. i
looved it.. it was perfect and just what i needed to
help give me a reboost.. (the pie place next door)..
out of this world.. i enjoyed the attic feeling
space.. awesome angles

| I rented suite A for my mother, my aunt & uncle and also my great aunt. they really enjoyed there stay. I was in Fredericksburg for a conference & took the opportunity to spend time with family. It was a great location to do so. Thank you for everything. |

| We celebrated my best friends bachelorette party at this wonderful little house and had an absolutley wonderful time. The town is beautiful and the house was just perfect. It couldn't have been better. The huge, comfortable beds made relaxing very easy. If your looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay right on Main St. this house is perfect. |

| We rented the entire house for our family Christmas this year. My wife passsed away this year and none of us wanted to have Christmas at our homes so we came to Fredericksburg. We had a good time and the house was outstanding. There were eight of us and there was plenty of room. Thanks for a memorable Christmas. |

| We visited the Almost Home guest house in November 2008 for my mother's 60th birthday. This was a surprise trip for my mom. There were seven ladies including her sisters and friends from all over Louisiana. We rented the entire house. The house was sooo comfortable! We especially enjoyed the size of the comfy beds. The jacuzzi was a huge plus. All seven of us stayed in the jacuzzi for a few hours every night. The location of the house was perfect. Fredericksburg is a great place to visit. We had fun shopping, getting massages at the Herb Farm, climbing Enchanted Rock, eating a lot of good food, wine tasting at various wineries, drinking German beer and of course listening to music at Luckenbach. We hope to return in the future to visit our new friend Joseph at the Texas Silver Rush jewelry store and to eat some more delicious pie from the Pie Shop (which was complimentary by the way). | My family & I were evacuating from a hurricane & needed somewhere to stay, after 10 hours of searching for an available room, I stumbled upon this wonderful home. It was certainly a dream & we had the comfort of being at home, I couldn't have asked for a better option....thank you very much for helping us out in this time of need! | This is the second time we have stayed here and it is wonderful. Plenty of room. The hot tub was great. Close enough to main street that it is easy to get to everything, but far enough away so it is quiet. We will stay again. |

| There were seven of us on this year's trip to Fredericksburg, so we took the whole house. It was wonderfully comfortable and could not have been more convenient. We were delighted by the decor, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was JUST the thing to have at the end of a long day shopping. The complimentary pie from the pie shop next door was a nice (and delicious)touch. We will definitely go back! |

| Stayed in the attic "C" suite this past weekend with my wife on a Texas wine excursion. Very cozy and surprising well lighted and furnished. Watch those slopped walls if you are 6'1" like me, as this is an attic space. |

My girlfriends and I rented Suite A at ALMOST HOME for a Spring Break Get-A-Way and couldn't have been happier!! The beds were so comfortable that is was hard to get up in the morning and the deck gave us the perfect opportunity to take in a cool breeze! We might make this our ALMOST HOME every Spring Break!

| I decided to rent the entire house as Christmas gift for my wife. It was one of the best ideas I have ever had to where it helped strengthen my marriage. | My husband and I, along with another couple, rented suite A for a wonderful weekend. We toured wineries and did some shopping in town. Our Saturday evening ended with us making dinner in the fully stocked kitchen and relaxing in the hot tub. This is an awesome place to stay and we will definitely be back. |

We had 7 ladies in our girl's getaway group and made "Almost Home" our accommodations for a fabulously fun weekend in Fredericksburg. This guest cottage was very clean with nice amenities, an extremely comfortable/homey atmosphere (loved the beds but no time for naps) and in a great location for taking in the shopping and restaurants in town. We appreciate you offering up your home to us for the weekend and your restaurant recommendations were great. We will definitely return to Almost Home again. A special thanks Nicol for working with us to make our event go so smoothly.

Each day we just took a quick walk and were at all of the great shops and dining establishments on Main Street. The home was clean, well-stocked, and very, very comfortable. | Our family stayed here with friends. The home was comfortable and childfriendly. The adults enjoyed visiting, shopping, Lukenbach, and eating. While the kiddos enjoyed being with us, the pie lady, the HUGE bath tub, and movie time in the giant beds all snuggled together. The last day we all went to Enchanted Rock to end out our family fun weekend. Thank you! |

My family rented both units A and B for the
Christmas week and had a very nice time. The
house is pleasant, the location is good, the beds
are comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, and
the hot tub is great. Only negatives are the uneven
temperature in the house and the small kitchen
table. I would definitely stay here again.
