| We so enjoyed our week there. We planned the week for us and our children and families to celebrate my husband and myself retiring. Everyone was thrilled with the house, location and Delaware. We will definitely rent this house in coming years - it was perfect. Thanks again. |

We celebrated my friend's 40th birthday party in this house and it was such a success, they immediately asked for an encore vacation. Only issue is getting everyone to pin down the next date.
It lived up to the expectations set by what you see in the website - the best one I've seen for vacation rentals. I've seen the positive comments posted and I cannot add more. It's a wonderful place for a family bonding time and some R&R. This was our first time in DE and we are so glad that the experience had been outstanding.
Ralph and his team were very professional and accommodating from reservation time until the return of the deposit. They know how to take care of the customer well. |

| The house was everything described and then some. Spacious, nicely furnished, and can handle lots of folks. We had great weather and had a very relaxing week. |

| We had a great time, the house is very nice plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay the pool was nice, but a bit small. Only thing I would add is a hot tub to make it complete. |

| This house was wonderful. We had a family reunion and it was perfect for us. Many other family members came over for dinner one night and still we were never cramped. In a house that big you may expect the air conditioning to not be able to keep up but it did and we were there during the first week of August which was extremely hot. The pool was also wonderful as we had children and on the days it was too hot to be on the beach that kept them happy. We all agreed to keep this house in mind for the next family reunion...it was perfect. |

| Fourteen people (adults, kids & teenagers) all found this house to be near perfect. Location to the beach, stores and restaurants all within walking distance is convenient. This professionally designed and decorated house was clean and had all the ammenities you could imagine. |

| This is definately a YaYa kind of place! Lots of "get together" room and lots of "get away from everybody" room too. We found it to be so big we'd forget which floor we were on!! It was great having internet access to keep in touch with our families, email and local news too. It's big enough that a few more twin beds could be added in some of the rooms because the house is certainly big enough to accommodate more sleeping space. Beware....we YaYa's will be back. |

| We absolutely LOVED this house--it was beautifully decorated, had great accommodations and was in a terrific location. Our family has never stayed in Fenwick Island before but we all agree we would like to return here for another vacation. We especially liked the large kitchen with the unusual island :) and our youngest member of the family (who turned 1 year old on Friday, June 16, 2006) loved roaming around the large living area. We couldn't possibly find anything we didn't like about this home. My family has been staying in Fenwick Island for the last 12 years. Each year we try out a different property, but have never found the perfect place for us. Next summer will be the first time we will repeat a home. We love this house - the location, the decor, the floor plan, the pool.
It is the kind of place you dont mind being stuck inside if the weather is bad. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent in Fenwick. |

While I have been staying with the Edwards family for the past 10 years in various Fenwick Island properties, we have never stayed in a more perfect home.
The accomodations were excellant for our 3 families. Having king-size beds was nice, but having TV & VCR's in each of the rooms was an added benefit. As well as having the computer available to our family.
The interior was decorated beautifully and with just the right amount of whimsy.
We had the best week at the beach ever. Even when on Tuesday it was nasty out, we didn't mind because the house welcomed us to stay in.
My only negative comment is that I missed not having HBO on the cable TV and when building another property, you might think about putting the bedrooms on the top level so that in the morning you don't hear the stampede of feet.
