| We had four children under 4 yrs. so the pool was perfect. Shade was available, it was accessable from the house yet fenced in. Nice views. Working bikes and beach equipment was appreciated. We took advantage of the dock and used our dingy boat to tour the canals. Plenty of room. |

The Bay House was a perfect spot for our wedding
ceremony and reception. All the guest were very
impressed with the location and had a wonderful time.
The design and location of the house is ideal for a
relaxing and fun vacation. |

| WOW! The house is perfectly situated in proximity to neighboring houses and accommodates one to roam freely without the confined, boredom of a hotel suite. This has been the most quiet, relaxing vacation. I enjoyed the fresh, spacious design, bay views and sunsets. |

| I loved this house - the layout is wonderful - the 3 master suites are perfect when you are more than one family traveling together. The amenities, the bikes, kayaks and pool were great. My favorite thing by far was sitting on the upper deck watching the beautiful view of the sunsets over the bay. We will be back! |

This house has everything you could wish for in making your vacation one you will always remember. Views of the sunsets from the house are breathtaking. The house was designed with such careful thought and decorated with a true designers touch.
So much for a family to do with their children, from biking, fishing,and kayaking, to just relaxing by the pool. A memorable and perfect vacation home. |

| What a beautiful house and we had a great time! The only thing I would add would be a separate toilet in the awkwardly large powder room. Will definitely keep in mind for next year's choice! |
