| We were very pleased with our stay in Unit 15. It was open, bright, private and quiet. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen was good to work in and well stocked (even some nice surprises that previous guests probably left) which came in handy. We liked that there was a full-service grocery store nearby in Lincoln. It's a lovely area, 10 minutes from the Kancamangus Highway. We would definitely stay here again. It was our first experience with VRBO and we were pleased with the experience. |

| We had a great family vacation at the Jack O Lantern. Unit 15 was extremely comfortable and nicely outfitted for cooking. Great place for young children-biking-pools-local entertainment. Golf course is in nice shape with reasonable green fees. Overall a great place to stay. |

| We just finished our fun filled week at your condo and we had a great time. We invited my 2 sisters and husbands up for a 2 day golf tournament right at the JOL golf course.When they left my kids and grandkids arrived for the rest of the week. We did all the great kids stuff, Storyland, Mini-golf, and lots of swimming in the pool. The place was great with plenty of room.We hope to vacation there again next summer. |

| This condo was a wonderful retreat for our large family! My husband and I brought our four children for a fun filled family vacation and stumbled upon this listing! TONS of space for the little ones to roam - so much more convient than a hotel room!!! The area is very quite and traffic free. The kids brought their bikes and rode with no hazards. The indoor pool and spa were perfect for the "rainy" days! The kitchen was well styocked with cooking essentials and saved us alot of money by allowing us to cook at "home"! The kids loved this condo close proximity to all the area attractions! Ken answered all our emails promtly with respect. We recieved our deposit back in three days!!!! We WILL be booking again for next summer! Thank you!!! |

| Thanks for sharing your condo. with us. We were in the area with two other families to support our daughters as they played in the Plymouth Invitational Softball Tournament, 10U division. The girls took second place in the tournament! The condo. was ddeceivingly large on the inside. The children loved using the crayons, foosball table and visiting the pool. We also had a great time tubing on the Pemi. River. Thanks again! |

We had a plaesant stay at the condo,the place is clean, neer every thing(grocery,liqour store,ski ,ect,ect). The facilities (hot tub,swiming pool,games for the kid) ar very interesting.

| We had a great stay at this centrally located condo that enabled us to ski Tenney, Loon and Cannon. The jacuzzi was perfect for after skiing and nothing makes kids happier than beating their parents at foos ball. |

| We stayed first weekend in February, skied Cannon and Waterville which were close enough by. Loved that is was a minute off I-93, we didn't have to travel an extra half hour on dark snowy roads. Very easy to get to. We had 2 families that had never overnighted together before, and I was pleased the place was designed so we each had our own space to sprawl out. Thanks again. lisa |

| This place was fantastic! A group of us wanted to get out of Boston for the weekend and had an awsome time. It's a very cozy place with fireplace and everything you could need to have a great weekend away. I would highly recommend staying...as long as it's not one that we want to go back! :-) |

| We stayed at your condo over the Thanksgiving holiday. The unit was large and well appointed. My wife cooked a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed the snow by a warm fire and had a nice ride over the kangamangus to do some Christmas shopping at the outlets. We would definatly recomend your unit to anyone. | We stayed at JOL Unit 15 for our annual family foliage trip during the Columbus day weekend. We had a great time. It was very conveniently located so we could easily get out and about. The unit itself was clean and had all the modern amenities including Wireless internet (big plus for some of the family). When we weren’t out and about we had had a great time just playing games and lounging in the family room with the wood stove fire going. I would definitely recommend to others. |

We had a great time, your villa is just the right size. There was plenty of room for my wife, son and my in-laws. Enough in
house entertainment to make the few evening hours pass quickly. I would recommend this villa to any of my friends.
If we come back we would also considering staying here again.

| We stayed in your condo between July 26 and Aug 2/08. We enjoyed the condo and resort tremendously with plently of space for our 4 kids and my wife's parents. The big screen TV and the cable selection was a huge hit with the kids as was the pool. We would recommended it to others and will keep it in mind for another trip south of the border. |

My husband and I were at the Condo from 8/25 until 8/29. We had a wonderful stay. The Condo is perfect -lots of room, very clean and extremely confortable. Our son and his family joined us on Wednesday of that week. There was plenty of room. The children and adults as well enjoyed the foosball table. The TV was great. The weather was perfect. We golfed and took advantage of the pool. The washer/dryer was a big plus especially with two children in the house. The kitchen was well equiped - although we could have used a tea kettle but a pot did just as well. We used the grill to cook some steaks - grill was also a plus. Would definitely want to return again next year. Our granddaughter wants to know when we are going back.

Labor Day Weekend 2008.
2nd year at the resort. The group of us ride up on Motorcycles and ride thru NH, average 800miles.
The Resort is absolutely perfect for our group. Resort is spacious, homey, great views, all the comforts of your home while away. The Resort just adds another Fabulous touch to our weekend away.
We are all looking forward to staying at the resort Labor Day weekend next year and hopefully many years after.

My family ( 8 of us ) had a wonderful stay at this Condo. It was very clean, roomy, and comfortable. There is plenty of bed and living space. It was everthing we were told it would be and more. The "Jack" is very easy to get to in the heart of the beautiful White Mountians with plenty to do and see.
We highly recommend a stay here. A wonderful family oriented, children friendly Resort.

| Great condo, location perfect to see sights. Especially good for large groups. We stayed there and enjoyed the outdoor pool and used the tennis court. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was under construction though. I would recommend this highly, very well equipped and afforded privacy for large groups as well as common meeting areas. |

The boys especially enjoyed the soccer table, HD TV. We barbequed, used the outdoor pool & were very close to the sightseeing which we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this condo. Jack O'Lantern resort is very peaceful & quiet & scenic. I could not have faulted the condo in any way. |

We asked our 3 grandchildren and daughter to vacation with us. They came. The condo layout was private (for grandparents) and plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the wide screen TV; and the grandkids especially enjoyed the TVs in “their” space. The kitchen was well equipped (although it could use a very large glass baking dish/bowl). The location was great!

Labor 2007 my spouse and I and 3 other couples stayed in the condo for the first time. This was our 5th annual NH Motorcycle trip and always rode by and thought how beautiful. Just as we thuoght the accomodations were spectacular. Could not have asked for a better stay.
We are all looking forward to our 6th annual trip this year and staying at the condo again.

| Our extended family (8 adults and 2 small children) stayed at the Condo for 3 nights in May. It was clean and had almost everything we needed, except a cheese grater. There are lots of things to do nearby if you like golf, hiking and the outdoors. I would recommend it. |

| We stayed at unit 15 for 3 nights. There were only 5 of us but with one 17 year old with a lot of school work the extra room was well appreciated(as was the wifi). The children especially enjoyed the wide screen TV. The condo is very clean and well equipped. We would certainly stay again. |

I returned home last night from a visit to NYC with my husband and daughter to find my deposit check waiting in my mailbox! We truly enjoyed our stay in your condo. My 29 year old daughter, husband and I cross country skied at Lincoln woods on two days, shopped around, ate at Gypsies and a great sandwich-coffee shop. At night we watched movies on your large screed TV sitting by the woodstove. The accomodations were clean, spacious and the views outside the livingroom were outstanding!

We had three families (6 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 9-3). The layout of the place is great - plenty of room for everyone - and plenty of privacy! The place was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the foosball table upstairs and the adults loved the wide screen tv. We all went on the Polar Express and had a fantastic time. The location is terrific and we will keep it in mind for future getaways.

We a family of 5, stayed in this spacious condo for 1½ week in september.We enjoyed staying directly on the golf course, and played a lot of golf. The condo was clean and well equiped, and with a big tv screen.
We can recomend the lake mirrow drive, and going to the top of Mt. Cannon. |

| My inlaws who have been dealing with health issues joined us for a few days and were amazed with the place. It was very clean, spacious, and the view of the golf course and the Hobo Railroad was great. The kids and I would stand at the picture window and watch the golfers take their balls out of the sand trap and throw them in the fairway. Every now and then, one would notice we were looking. Nah, nah, caught you! It is a great location to do day trips from. Had a disaster at work when the A/C went out in the computer room. The wireless Internet was a great help. Or hindrance, depending on your viewpoint. Work says vacations are sacred, except for me. Would definitely consider staying here again the next time in New Hampshire. |

| The condo is very nicely furnished, and was comfortable and spacious for our two families with small children. We were very pleased and happy to have found this condo for our vacation. It is centrally located and very easy to find. We especially enjoyed having the towns of Woodstock and Lincoln nearby, and frequented their shops often. If you stay here, try ordering a quick takeout dinner from Frannie's Place for some home cooked, budget friendly foods. Although we are not golfers, the golf course proved to be a great place for our morning jogs, with its beautiful trails and friendly staff. Thanks, Ken, and we hope to make this a place for future vacations. We definitely would recommend this rental to anyone! Thanks so much! |

All the amenities of home - thanks so much for having a huge selection of cookware available - it was great to not have to lug up too much stuff - the condo was very spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool and game room. The adults loved the big screen tv and the incredible access to snowmobile trails. Most people know the Loon Mtn. area for skiing but there is some of the best snowmobiling available in the Northeast in this area! We'll be back! |

| We had a really great time on our weekend. We skied at Loon Mtn, swam in the pool and watched The Patriots game on the biggest tv I have ever seen! Our kids love the pool, hottub and foosball table and we got enough snow for making snowballs and sledding on the hill behind the condo. The stacked wood for the woodstove was nice. | We had a great time at Jack O'Lantern resort in late Octoboer, golf was great as was the foliage. Plenty of room for the five of us and very comfortable. Kids loved the warmth of the wood stove and the many attractions available in a short drive from the resort. Some great night spots in the area as well, for dinner, music, and dancing. Highly recommend rental of this unit. |

Our first visit to Unit 15 was very relaxing. We were there in October when the foliage was at peak, very colorful. There is everything you need and the unit is very clean. It is walking distance to the pools. We will be going again, that is for sure.

Welcome to our online guestbook. We had been searching for a vacation property in New Hampshire for over 2 years. We researched North Conway, Laconia, Sunapee, Ashland, Thornton, Lincoln & Woodstock. After we discovered Jack O'Lantern Resort we knew our search was over. We chose this area over the others for many reasons. The condo is located on the first fairway of a golf course. It is also just 10-15 minutes away from 3 major ski resorts. The Lakes Region is just 20 - 30 minutes away and the picturesque Franconia Notch State Park is a 15 minute drive. We are also located right off Route 93. The condo has both indoor and outdoor pools as well as a grassy play area and playground for children. There are only 50 units in the resort which is small when compared to some other associations. This allows you to come home and relax in a very quiet setting. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
