I spent all of December in this casita and I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. As soon as I arrived I was impressed with the beauty of the natural surroundings, the neighborhood and the casita itself. It's clean, functional, quiet, close to the beach and the people in the area are very friendly and warm. I made many lifelong friends during my stay here and I can't wait to come back again. There is so much to do around here! I spent a month and feel there is still so much more to discover. If you are looking for small, charming place for one or two people, don't let this opportunity pass you by. |

| My husband and I have stayed in this casita for the past four years, since it was newly built and found it perfect for two. The accommodations are comfortable, everything is new and in working order, and the owners are gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect. The public tennis courts are a block away, there is a park across the street and it is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. A pleasant 1/2 hour walk along the beach takes you to Guayabitos for shopping or dining. Or 1/2 hour walk through the residential neighborhood and over the suspension bridge to La Penita for additional shopping and the Thursday market. The central location and the included amenities make this one of the best priced properties in the Guayabitos area. Highly recommended. |
