| Just returned from our visit to Disney World! We found your vacation home to be very well maintained, clean, as well as convenient to the park! It was great to come home to a relaxing, quite home each evening. Your attention to detail for our needs was a plus! The maps you provided were used daily! Most important, Andy was available to take my phone call any time I needed to ask a question before and during our stay. I highly recommend this home to others. All transactions were up front and as agreed. Thank you Andy and Tess for sharing your home. |

| Our stay at Terra Verde was in a word wonderful, truly a home away from home. After a full day at DisneyWorld or a road trip to the beach, arriving back to our spacious, well appointed, clean and secure townhome capped off our day. in addition to the top notch accomdations, the Terra Verde complex was spotless and beautiful with a great pool and clubhouse with many ammenities. And finally to you Andy and Tess we want to pass along our sincere thanks for a memorable stay at your townhouse. Thank you for a beautiful and well cared for accomodation in a great complex. But more importantly, thank you for your personal and patient touch. From answering our questions to simply keeping us informed throughout the process. we really appreciated this more than you can know. Would we stay again - absolutely. Would we recommend Andy and Tess' place to any and all - without question! |

| We truly enjoyed our recent stay at your townhome. The townhome was clean and well furnished making it a great "home away from home" for our family. Adny & Tess were also great in providing information and answering questions prior to as well as during our visit. The location is perfect for a Disney vacation and we will definitely consider another stay next time we are in the area! |

| My family and I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a hassle free accommodation experience. From the first phone call with Andy we were impressed with the degree of care, personal attention and detail that went into our booking. The online payment was easy, as was the refund of our security deposit which was received two days after our return. The condo was very well appointed, clean and fulfilled all our needs plus some. We will definitely be back in the future! |

We just got back to Massachusetts and we miss Terra Verde already. What a great townhouse. First let me say what a pleasure it was to deal with such great people. Andy was so professional, quick to answer any concerns and great to talk to if you needed anything. Tess has a beautiful home, it is decorated just like it is home... clean in every concievable manner, and you need for nothing. We didn't want to leave. We have rented from many different places over the last few years and we were happiest with Andy and Tess's place. Anyone reading this do yourself a favor, don't think twice about renting this townhouse!!! You cannot go wrong. The resort is beautiful and clean and the staff treats you like you live there, the ammenities are more than you will ever need, and it is no more than 10 minutes from everything. Thanks Andy and Tess we had a blast.....

| We just returned from a wonderful stay in this townhouse. The kitchen had anything a cook could want. It was clean and very nicely furnished. It was a pleasure to stay here and we will definately return in the future. |

| We just got back from a one week stay - the townhome felt like home! It was clean, and stocked very well with everything we needed for a great vacation. I have 3 small kids and everyone slept wonderfully. Much much better than a hotel - we will definitely stay again and recommend to others!!! |

Your townhouse was very relaxing to return to after a day at Disney. The kids sure did enjoy the t.v. in there room. It was close to Disney and away from the traffic. Andy and Tess were great to deal with and answered questions promptly.

| What a incredible place to stay when your in Orlando! The Dent's home was imaculate, it was everything they said it was and so much more. The home has everything any family could want for a vacation home not to mention that awesome patio with the jacuzzi what a delight! The Dent's are extremely helpful and profesional. | Our one week stay in this home was wonderful. It is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. If you have younger kids, they will appreciate the small Mickey TV in the one bedroom as well as the games and kids books that were provided in the family room. The walk to the pool is less than 5 minutes with small children. The hot tub was also a nice bonus. The pool area with a basketball court, volleyball court and playground was nice for the whole family. Thanks so much for helping make our vacation great! |

| Thanks for a great place to stay during our visit to Orlando. Everything was great! We were vacationing with our children and grandchildren so your place gave us room to enjoy each other without being crowded. | I really enjoyed the house and I love staying on the property. The oweners were very helpful in getting the home ready for our stay. The house was fully equip with all appliances we had to use. The one downside was there were no street lights on the townhome side. I look forward to staying on the property in furture. |

The property is exactly as pictured and very clean. It is truly a "home away from home" feeling with all of the conveniences. It is in a really nice resort area within minutes of Disney World.
Andy is very prompt from the first contact until the end, including the deposit refund. There is a personal touch in dealing directly with the property owner as guests are well taken care of with whatever issues that may arise. It was one of the best vacation experience that we discovered on this trip. |

| Upon arrival we found the townhouse to be immaculate and very comfortable. All the amenities were in good working condition. It was a definite bonus to use the hot tub after a long day at the parks. The Dents were prompt with returning our calls and answering questions. The resort was also nice, clean, and had a family/community atmosphere. I would definitely recommend for others to stay here. |

| We very much enjoyed our stay at the Dent's lovely condo. It was warm, cozy and very welcoming. All the amenities we required were present and the Dents were very helpful calling us back very promptly to our minor questions. We were also quite impressed with the clubhouse and the amenities offered by the very helpful staff there. The Disney resort, Sea World and Discovery Cove were all a comfortable commute and very easy to find with the helpful directions provided. We will (and have) definitely recommend this home to other vacationers. |

| We had a great time staying at the Dent's townhome. It is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The kids loved the Disney themed room! We also loved how quickly the hot tub heated up...we were able to use it the first night that we were there! The proximity to WDW is wonderful, and there are grocery stores and restaurants close by! Thank you to the Dents! |
