| We spent two weeks in January in the penthouse. It was a wonderful experience. We could enjoy the morning and afternoon sun and the midnight stars from the rooftop deck. Then, we enjoyed the late afternoon sun on the balcony outside the living/dining room. The pool was impeccable. Often, we were the only people using the pool, so it felt very private. We experienced a couple of cooler days, and therefore really appreciated the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this property to others. |

A little piece of heaven! What isn't great about Casa Allegria? Stunning views, trendy yet peaceful decor, and a wonderful little town of adventure. Imagine waking up everyday and taking your breakfast to the roof top to watch the sunrise. Incredible! You will love walking around town, waving hello to Alexia, the new baby dolphin, and relaxing on the porch. Of course, falling asleep to the ocean waves and breeze wasn't to shabby either!
Can't wait to go back and visit the nearby ruins in Tulum.
You will love it here!

I spent the month of february at Casa Alegria and it was a very pleasant experience. I knew immediately when I walked in that I had made the right choice. The penthouse was as advertised. It is bright and airy, very nicely furnished with great views from both decks and the rooftop. It is well stocked so that we could prepare and serve any meal. The bedrooms are large and comfortable each with great bathrooms, great views and at night we could hear the surf and feel the breeze. We seldom used the air conditioning. The front deck was my retreat. Out there I read for hours, dined and watch the sights on the marina. Family and friends who visited off and on thought the rooftop was wonderful. There they lay in the sun and at night we had a drink and enjoyed the breezes and the sunsets. We found that we had the large pool to ourselves most of the time. Puerto Aventuras itself has many interesting features and we met many interesting people. It is a short drive to any number of place worth the visit. The owners and their management people were very helpful in making my visit so pleasant and for that I want to thank them. See you next year!!! Ed McParlan

If you are looking for a fabulous place to stay in Mexico - LOOK NO FURTHER!! We just returned from Casa Alegre - and it was more spectacular than the pictures indicate! The only thing between the condo and the ocean is a row of multi-million dollar single family homes. The condo is situated on a beautiful street just between the ocean and marina...which allows for refrshing ocean breezes through the condo (or, if you prefer AC, they worked great and had individual controls in each bedroom!).
This was our first trip with our 2.5 year old and 8 month old girls. We had only visited Mexico on cruises, so I was a little nervous (the fear of the unknown!) -- but was up for adventure! The trip from the Cancun airport was so much simpler and comfortable than I could have even imagined. We used CancunTransfers who had a new, clean van, spoke great English and brought car seats and played a Disney DVD for the girls! I wouldn't even hesitate to rent a car and drive either. The drive was a straight shot down a 4 lane road.
It was so easy to stop and shop in Playa del Carmen on the drive down -- and we fell in love with many local products -- that are so much better than the US counterparts (salsa and anything with sugar instead of corn syrup!).
Puerto Adventuras (PA) is a great little community -- everyone is so friendly. It seemed so safe (even at night) to walk around. There were a lot of great things to see/do/eat!
We purchased day passes at an all-inclusive resort that is literally a 2 minute walk away. It was so nice to and be able to experience the fun "beach club" atmosphere, then be able to return to our comfortable, spacious accommodations of Casa Alegre. (instead of a cramped hotel room!).
Casa Alegre is SO well maintained and clean...even to the mom of a crawling baby...who will pick up and try to eat everyting in her path!
Our 2 1/2 year old sat in front of the condo and cried and cried when we had to leave....she's been talking constantly about going back to "her house by the beach in Mexico".....we can't wait to return!

| My husband, our 2 children (age 6 & 8) and I had the privilege of staying at Casa Alegria Nov. 4-15th, 2007. We booked a last-minute flight and Lucille and Gerardo were willing to accomodate us on short notice just prior to their own stay. From our initial contact to our post-holiday communication, we have been thoroughly impressed with our tropical condo rental experience. From the photos online, the place looked spectacular, and we thought the rental rate was fantastic. When we arrived, our already high expectations were exceeded! The condo was well-managed, immaculate, and luxurious in every regard. We found the atmosphere to be quiet, private, grand and welcoming. The ammenities offered in the condo, Puerto Aventuras, and the surrounding area were perfect for our family. We have taken much delight in showing off our holiday photos to friends and family and bragging about our incredible accomodation. We are already scheming when we may be able to return. Forget the 5 star all-inclusive resort... Stay at Casa Alegria... You won't regret it! |

| Casa Alegria, how can we sum it up for you? It’s the definition of anyone’s paradise. If you enjoy a luxury condo with views of a quaint, peaceful Marina and the wide open ocean blue then you have arrived at your destination. Casa Alegria is a beautiful property that showcases the tranquility, ambiance, and culture of Mexico’s sought after Riviera Maya. My wife and I travel quite often and always prefer tropical locations. We found the property of Casa Alegria to be one of the finest vacation rental properties that we have had the privilege of enjoying. It was extremely clean, nicely decorated and provided all of the amenities that we required. This property offers you a rooftop Jacuzzi with big time views of the Puerto Aventuras coastline. The back of the condo has a patio deck off of the living room, and the bedrooms, which are very private, have their own bathrooms. Parking was a cinch and an elevator is there to take you up and down to this fourth floor escape. In our travels, we have found that its not often that you can travel to a tropical location like this and have high speed internet, cell service, and dish/cable TV simultaneously. | Our family recently returned from this property in Puerto Aventuras for our last Family Spring Break trip with our soon to graduate senior daughter. The area was absolutely perfect, it was a bonus to watch the marine life, especially the dolphins at Dolphin Adventure, everything is close to walk to, convenient taxi service when needed, the condo itself was fantastic! I couldn't decide where to sit and have my coffee in the morning, up on the peaceful private rooftop, on the quiet patio from the bedrooms, or overlooking the beatiful marina and pool area! It is a great family oriented area where we felt very safe and day trips outside of Puerto Aventuras were easy to arrange, we visited Tuluum, Xel Ha, and Playa del Carmen. I would go back to this same location in a heartbeat! |

My husband and I joined one other couple for a most relaxing and fabulous stay at Casa Alegría.
The views from both the marina and the ocean side are spectacular. We found ourselves
enjoying every area of the condominium. From breakfast on the marina deck watching
the fishing boats depart and arrive to star-filled evenings on the roof-top garden
overlooking the magnificent view of the ocean.
We purchased groceries and enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped and
beautiful kitchen. We even had a small dinner party with a few people we met in the area.
Casa Alegría is stunningly decorated, spacious and ever so welcoming.
During the day we enjoyed site-seeing around Puerto Aventuras watching the dolphins and dining in the
local restaurants, especially our scrumptious dinner at Tiramisu. Lunch at the
Italian Bakery was very delicious! We took a couple of day trips to the Mayan ruins of Tulum
and Playa del Carmen. Our favorite, however, was snorkeling right off the beach in Puerto Aventuras.
We can't wait to go back.
