| 5/16-5-18/08. My UCI roommate from 1979 and I met here to celebrate our 50th birthdays and revisit our old haunts. The property was amazing, very clean, spacious, well decorated and the owner, Russ, was wonderful. We loved the roof top deck. The kitchen was well equipped and we made dinner there after shopping at the closeby market. The beach bikes were a huge plus. We rode them all over including taking them across to Balboa Island on the ferry. The beds are very comfortable. This house is ideal for two individuals or two couples to share and the location is excellent. |

| We loved our stay at this property! It was very clean and beautifully appointed. It didn't feel like a rental at all and had everything we could possibly need. We loved that there was a grocery store within walking distance. We are always a bit nervous because we travel with twin toddlers but this worked out so well and everyone had a great time. We would definitely return! |

| There isn't a better place to stay in Newport Beach than this beautiful and conveniently located townhome. We have 3 teenage daughters and they loved the closeness to the beach, the beach cruisers, boogie boards and surfboards! My husband and I loved the view from the terrace and the privacy it afforded us! Everything in the house is exquisite and being able to have our dogs with us was the icing on the cake. Russ has thought of everything, from the wine, chocolates and fresh flowers on arrival, to the bathrobes, beach towels and quality linens for your comfort! There is also a very personal reference book for restaurants and things to do in the area! A paradise - we will definintely be back!!! |

| I have stayed at this townhouse twice, once as a couple, and once with a baby in tow. I loved taking moonlit walks with my husband and daytime strolls along the boardwalk with my baby. The location is incredibly convenient for a family because you can just pack up the stroller and be at the beach in minutes. The rooftop deck is fantastic - beautiful views of the ocean, yet completely private. |
