| Your place was so clean! The beach chairs and other supplies were really appreciated! Your location is just perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. Loved having dinner on the balcony. Plenty of room for baby, mom, and grandparents, too. Thanks. |

| Everything was as described. Very well maintained, clean and best of all... recent upgrades. Had 3 adults + 1 child and plenty of room. Reserved parking spot and rooftop deck were great features to have included. Short walk to all Ocean Beach has to offer. Transactions were flawless and effortless. Centrally located to everything the city of San Diego has to offer as well. If returning to San Diego, will work vacation plans around availability of this property. Highly recommend. |

| We spent 5 days and had the most wonderful stay. We have 2 puppies and the rental was perfect for us and for our pups. It was very relaxing and private and the rental was beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach is easy. Rental is close to dining and shopping. WE LOVED IT!!!!! and we will return soon! |

Very clean, bright and cheery all new accomodations. Ocean Beach Community is a unique CA beach experience. We enjoyed walks to the beach, coffee at local shops and lots of friendly diners & shopping along the way on Newport Ave. Easy driving to all the best attractions in San Diego- very relaxed with free convenient parking at the rental-we will be back! Stop into Bella Donna's for a great facial from Johanna
