| This was our first time in this condo and in Sports Village. We loved both. The condo is well furnished for a nice getaway and conveniently located near but not in St. George. We ate breakfast on the patio to a beautiful view. This will be our first choice for future trips to Southern Utah. |

Hi Greg,
I tried to leave a comment on your guest book, however, since I left a comment last year, the system will not let me leave one this year. Our stay in St. George was very memorable. Again, the condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean and well maintained. We were very comfortable there and hope to be able to stay there again next year. Thanks for accommodating us.

| We were very pleased with this condo. The bathrooms & closets were large. It was clean. We slept well. We felt safe & comfortable. We did not see one bug (that's very important to us). The price was great too. It had everything we needed. One of our children said "This is the coolest house ever!" |

| We would enthusiastically recommend this condo to anyone interested in a comfortable stay in St. George. The place is clean, fully stocked and the additional sports facilities were fantastic; you don't even have to leave for entertainment. We are a large family and require 2 hotel rooms when we travel. Staying at the condo was not only less expensive than a hotel, but we didn't have to eat every meal of the day out. Thanx Greg for a great time!!! |

We loved the condo rather then staying in a small hotel room while traveling it was very large and the price was great. We had stayed here for 5-nights in September 2008. We felt like it was home away from home after a long day at the National Parks it was very relaxing and a safe place to stay. In the evening we would take a walk around the complex late at night, everyone was friendly. Walmart isn’t too far away so we went grocery shopping and cooked in two nights and the kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The décor in the condo was beautiful and tasteful. It was nice to see they had two TV’s, at different times the men like to watch shows that the ladies didn’t so everyone was happy. The beds were very comfortable needless to say we slept well. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as it came in very handy also. We didn’t use the facilities activities in the resort. St. George is a very nice area and growing all the time.
Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us we thoroughly enjoyed it. We left your place and moved on to Flagstaff, AZ for the next five days and stayed in another condo which was nice but not as nice as yours. I guess we got a little spoiled :)

We really enjoyed our stay in St George. The facility was very clean and comfortable. It had about everything you need. It was nice to have a place that we could come to and relax after a day of touring. We always enjoy coming to St George and will definite consider this condo again. Thanks for your great hospitality.
Just an FYI. You might want to have the AC unit checked because we noticed that it made quite a noise when it started and shut off. Other than that we had a great time. Thank you again. |

We absolutely enjoyed our 4-night stay in early Steptember. We did not get the chance to try out facilities in the resort because we were busy in visiting nearby National Parks. After day long driving and hiking it was very relaxing to come back to this clean, spacy, and quiet condo where each of us could do our own things.
Owner were thoughtful enough to provide sun screen lotion. I wish there was a hair dryer; my wife did not bring her.
We told our relatives and friends to check out this condo first if they plan to travel to St. George.

The condo was great! The sheets and towels were extremely high quality and new. The decorating was tasteful. The bathrooms are large.
The service was excellent, the communication with the owner was superb. I really couldn't have asked for much more from this condo or owner.
The location is close to everything.
A couple comments about common areas: The family pool is newly renovated and the lap pool is well maintained. However, the pool table in the clubhouse is very old and poor quality, as is the exercise equipment. The homeowners' association needs to upgrade those items. |

I appreciate the heads up on the pool table and the exercise equipment. It will be addressed at the homeowners association meeting which is coming up next month.

| This condo is quiet, charming, and the perfect place to stay. The owner was a pleasure to work with; the unit was clean; spacious; and there are lots of activities at the resort to keep a person busy. I didn't pack a hairdryer, so that is the only thing the condo didn't have, but I made do without one. I will definitely be staying here again. |
