| We have spent several winters in Trilogy. This is the second time in this house. It is one of best supplied house that we've stayed in (cleaning supplies, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and many other things). It has always been very clean. Overall, it's just a great place to stay. |

We enjoyed our stay in your LOVELY HOME!! Lots of room in kitchen to move around in while cooking & entertaining.
TV in Master bedroom was nice to have.
Very quiet neighborhood. Our 7 week
stay( Dec 15 2008 - Jan 31 2009 )went way to fast!!! THANK-YOU for sharing

| Our month long stay at your home was truly enjoyable. Your home is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. The Trilogy complex with it's amenities added to the enjoyment of our stay. Retail and restaurant options were close by and convenient. All in all a great place. We look forward to renting again. |

| We were comfortable from the very first minute. Your home is ideal in every way.Anything we may have needed was there. It is the perfect home to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the patio. The new San Tan Freeway makes it possible to go anywhere in the Phoenix area quickly.We look forward to coming back next year to enjoy all tha amenities and take a balloon ride. |

| We spent two months in this home the winter of 2008 and found it to be very, very clean, quiet, and beautifully appointed (3 TVs). The den/office is a perfect set-up for your computer and printer. You don't have to bring much other than your clothes. This property has everything you need for your home away from home. |

Our stay in Gilbert was great, thanks to your lovely home and the wonderful facilities at Trilogy. We will certainly consider staying with you again. We found your home to be very comfortable and appreciated the classy furnishings. We also appreciated the great stock of cleaning agents that made our cleanup a lot easier. We enjoyed the facilities at Trilogy and liked living in a gated community. We found Sue to be very accommodating upon our arrival-the information she supplied us about the surrounding area was very helpful. And most of all, it was a pleasure dealing with you, Ryan. We had a comfort level with you from the start and you proved to be a person of integrity. Thanks for making our stay in Arizona a very pleasant one. We will hopefully return soon.
