| My family rented this house because our daughter was getting married near by. There are so many positives to say about this place but the most important is how nice Ms. Alice was to work with. As for the house we had 11 adults and 3 children in it for 3 days and than just 9 adults the rest of the week. It never seem crowded. I guess it's because of all the sitting. The pool and yard made the stay perfect. The beach nearby was beautiful and we hit the shops and restaurants. Everything you want is close by. One thing I have to point out as a negative is the floors are very slippery when wet. Just wanted to be honest about everything. The house is well stocked with things above and beyond what you would expect. It was clean and we were very blessed having found it on the vrbo site. |

| What a lovely home and a very pleasant owner! We had a wonderful time and it was great to have this "home away from home" with everything you could want. The home was spotlessly clean and the pool was fabulous. We highly recommend this property and its fabulous owner, Alice. Hope to visit again sometime. |

| My family stayed here the first week of Oct. 2008 and I can't say enough good things about our experience. We loved the house!! We felt very safe, the neighborhood was quiet and we were minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. We had so many things provided with the house it literally felt like we were staying with an old friend. Thanks so much Alice!! |

| We loved our stay in this house and cannot wait to rent it again this winter. It was clean, large and very comfortable! The owner was a delight to work with! I highly recommend it and I am very picky! |

We loved our stay in this home. This house had 7 adults and 4 grandchildren in it and we had plenty of room...The location is great and the pool and pool toys were great..We would like to stay here again..

My family and I rented the dwelling from 17/06/08 to 23/07/08 to attend my sister's college graduation and family get together.
The experience was a home away from home. The house was comfortable and adequately spacious for our large crowd of fourteen including four children. All of our needs seemed to have been anticipated. Everything we needed was provided for in the house. My family has voted - this is definetely a property we will be pleased to rent again!

| If you are searching for a spacious, clean, family-friendly, well-located rental house in Boca Raton with a delightful landlord, search no more! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beautiful pool was a hit -- my kids loved all the pool toys, and we enjoyed using the grill. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and centrally located to everything you need. The house is spotless and lovingly decorated-- our family of 5 had more room than we needed! Alice, the landlord, lives closeby. She is kind, personable, organized, helpful and honest. She was an absolute joy to do business with, which is often a rarity these days. We will be vacationing here again! |

| I stayed in this beautiful house in Jan 2008 for 5 days and I can not say enough wonderful things about it. Great location the beach is very close and just amazing Alice is the nicest person, you will want for nothing when you are there, I have rented in the past from this site and have done well but this house and Alice is the jackpot! Thank you for a great time and we will be back!! |

| My cousin Ken Morrow, myself and two others stayed in theis lovely home from March 19th to the 26th. We had a great visit, the house is very accommodating and we felf very welcome and secure. I highly recommend this house. It is close to the beach and Interstate 95 for easy travel, a great place to stay.. |
