| This property was very comfortable and spacious. We had a family reunion in the summer and it was great! Amenities are a plus and the giant spa was great for the kids. It was within a walking distance to all restaurants and Pier 60. We also used Cambria and Bay Esplanade beach house which are 2 minutes from this property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! |

| What a find! The staff has thought of everything we needed for a perfect family reunion. It is huge, clean, cute and right on the best part of the gorgeous beach. We walked everywhere and spent a lot of time at the Pier that had cheap or free activities for everyone in our group from the little kids to the teen and adults. This property is amazingly well thought out for big groups. The rental company even helped us with suggestions for prepared food for our big group and activities that everyone enjoyed. There is a lot to do in this area. we plan to make it annual trip. |

| We had the best family reunion ever. The beach is unbelieveably gorgous and the sunsets were spectacular. The house has everything even wireless internet. We walked to everything or rode the trolley. The owners were terrific. We will be back again for sure!! Thanks. The Bronson Family |
