| We rented this condo for two weeks in August and it was great. The condo is very well appointed, spacious, and the location was very convenient. Eric was excellent providing us with valuable information on Panama. We will definitely rent from Eric again! Thanks for everything, Eric. |

| We stayed for one week and really enjoyed the facility and the amentities. There were alot of things to keep you busy and entertained in the area, through out the night also - casinos, resturants, bars, shopping and rent a car places(if needed). We really loved this area for vacation. KIDS COMMENTS: The place is open to many places, such as Piex Piex and Via Espania. I liked the playground, it was very fun. The pool was a blast of fun, also. The gym was A BLAST OF FUN YET. |

| As described on all previous reviews, this apartment was very comfortable and cozy, as well as centrally located. Eric was a great host and always taking care of any request and questions. It was a great experience and I will definitely love to stay at their property again. |

| We were very pleased with our stay in Panama City. Eric's apartment was beautiful and right in the downtown area where we were able to walk to everything, even a grocery store. This was very handy for us and also enjoyed several restaurants in the area. There is also a lovely swimming pool that was great after our walks. Eric was so much help to us, getting a driver for us and telling us who to talk to about tours. We are looking forward to coming back to Panama again, and when we do, we will defiantly call Eric! |

| There are 22 previous reviews that pretty much cover everything. Spacious apartment, tastefully decorated, centrally located...what more could you ask for. And Eric, our host, made it all so very easy - to arranging for our pick up and return to the airport, to providing assistance and suggestions prior to our arrival. My Husband, my sister and I stayed in the Primavera Condo this past January. The apartment is in the heart of Panama City, and provides easy access to everything. Within walking distance, you have Via Argentina which has plenty of restaurants and night life. In addition, it is located very close to El Rey supermarket as well as several pharmacies. The apartment is well decorated, very clean, well maintained and very comfortable. From the moment we opened the door we felt right at home. The owner, Eric, was extremely nice and very helpful.
This is not the first time we stayed in Panama; of all the places we have stayed at, this was definitely the best. We are planning to go back to Panama City and hope to be back at the apartment soon.

| We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in the apartment. The location is excellent; the furnishings are tasteful; the entertainment and Internet facilities are outstanding; and the landlord, Eric, is a gracious gentleman who is only a telephone call away to provide assistance if and when needed. This apartment is ideal for exploring Panama City and its environs. The surrounding neighborhoods are filled with many fine, moderately priced restaurants, and there are a variety of stores and businesses nearby offering a wide range of products to visitors. The apartment's location coupled with Eric's engaging personality and hospitality results in our strong endorsement for using it for a short or long-term rental in Panama City. My husband, daughter and son-in-law travelled
together from Canada to Panama for me to have a
total hip replacement. Since there were 4 of us a
condo seemed to make more sense than a hotel
and would allow us each to have some space while I
recovered. It turned out to be a wise choice.
Luck alone brought me into contact with Eric and he
was quick to respond and answer any questions we
had.
The condo was in a lovely location and the area was
close enough to stores to pick up groceries or take
out food from nearby restaurants.
The rooms are very large and the decor lovely. We
felt right at home. Eric went out of his way to be
helpful and called on a regular basis to see if we
needed anything and to inquire about my surgery.
He is fluent in both speaking and writing in English
which is very helpful.
Would not hesitate to recommend this condo to
anyone whether for holidays or medical reasons.

| our family staying in this property for the whole month of December 2008. we were very, very pleased the the accomadations and our host erick. the apartment was centrally located to every place we wanted to visit. also the views of Panama city from our apartment or the social area of the apartment are spectacular. our host erick was every attentive to our needs and questions and was a great resourse. we are looking forward to a future stay in Panama at this location. |

| Eric was a pleasure to work with--went out of his way to accommodate us. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and very well maintained. Location is great--in easy walking distance of many restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, etc. AND on a quiet street, which in PC is a big plus. |

| This place was as described Eric was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. The showers were great and film channels for the kids. The Internet and laptop was useful and cell phone. We were picked up from the airport and Eric provided us with any information we needed. Much better than a hotel and there were a lot of shops in our area We would definately stay there again. |

| I must say that I agree with everyone else. The condo was exactly as described on the website - nicely decorated, spacious and fully accomodating. Eric was an incredibly easy host to work with as well. It was the best way to spend time in Panama City, and I strongly recommend it to others! |

This condo was perfect for the four of us - two
bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with
two twin beds. The AC worked great, which is
always a good thing. The place is nicely decorated,
located in a safe and convenient area, within
walking distance of a great Italian place - Napoli.
In addition, Eric is easy to work with and very
helpful. He secured transportation for us to and
from the airport with Bernardo. He also provides
maps and guides in the condo to help you get
around Panama City.
I would highly recommend Eric and his condo to
anyone looking for a place in Panama! |

| I have stayed in the apartments that are offered by this family. They are great persons and always willing to help with information. Yaria has a great taste when she decorates each of these apartments. I can not choose a better place for my stays at Panama. I have stayed in hotels but is not the same. I recomend these apartments any time. |

| This is truly a luxury apartment in the heart of a great part of Panama City. The price is what any downtown hotel would charge in the US. The kitchen, satellite TV, A/C, Cable internet service, parking, and beds were everything one could expect. The location, just off Via Espana, gives access to virtually everything you could want. Cabs are cheap and plentiful, though I had little problem driving in the city after being lost a few times. (n.b. Panama City has few street signs, so it is hard to know where you are even with a good map). My kids loved the pool and there were plenty of good restaurants in the nearby area. I think Panama is an undiscovered paradise and when I return I plan on staying at the Primavera again! |

We stayed for two weeks at Primavera 10c and we were very pleased with the accomodations. We had everything at our fingertips to make our stay as pleasant as possible, and our host Eric Rodriguez was gracious and helpful. The location in Obarrio was centrally located to make the rounds of Panama City as well as having all the other necessities such as restaurants and supermarkets, etc. We would recommend the Napoli, El Trapiche, and Manolos as excellent choices within easy walking distance.
The staff at the building was helpful and friendly, not to mention the folks living there full time who welcomed us as one of them. |

My wife and I were guests at the Primavera condominium located in the city's central district of Obarrio from January 6 to February 8, 2008. We found the condo clean, spacious and comfortable, as advertised, and in several other respects exceeded our expectations. The condo's owner, Eric Rodriguez, was accommodating to a fault.
Amenities such as restaurants, banks, post office, high-end clothing stores, Rey's supermarket and the Farmacia Arrocha were all within a short walking distance. Two of Panama's largest shopping malls, rivaling those in North America, are just a two dollar taxi fare away.
In summary, the weather was wonderful, the people were friendly, and the restaurants were great, expecially Alfredos on the causeway, Madame Changs, and Rino's Italian Ristorante.
We would unequivocally recommend Eric's condo to anyone interested.

Rented for 29 days and didn't want to leave! Restaurants too numerous to count with in walking distance. Great vacation condo for all ages, including small kids. Located in a VERY SAFE area. Everybody we met was really nice. Would rent again. Would recommend to family and friends. Eric and Yaria are wonderful people!

| I stayed in this very nice apartment during the month of December 2006. It is "as advertised", fully equipped, in a nice building in a good part of town. It is very close to the Via Argentina, which is one of my favorite areas. Everything you need is within walking distance. Eric and Yanna were very helpful with everything, and even had set up a Skype account for me before I arrived. The pool area is very nice also. |

We like Eric and Yaria`s appartment. We feel like home, the decoration is very nice and with very good taste. We found everything we need inside the appartment and outside because it is located in a very convenient area with banks, stores, supermarket, etc.
We came with our teenage daughter and our cat. We all feel very confortable in this appartment. Besides Eric and Yaria are very nice, they had helped us with everything we need, they are very friendly. We are very grateful with them, from the beginning they made us feel at home. |

| I have not ever stayed in this unit only because of unavailabilty, but I can tell you that Mr. Rodriguez has been very helpful to me regarding info about places to stay, places to go, how to travel locally and just about answer any question with an untiring attitude.
