Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days in late February '09, after 13 new inches of snow the mountain was great from groomers to cliffs.
We enjoyed the Ariel tub in the master bath, fireplace, hot tub around the corner, sauna and a great dinner at Maxwells in town. Kitchen has everything you need. Although we didn't use the free shuttle, it's nice to know it's there, with very limited parking in town. Little things like a stack of hangers in the closets and great sound system for dvd/tv were a plus!
It was a great location for the dog too. Plus no lift lines. Ride the Peachtree lift up to ski down to the base lodge for tix (easier than walking), or pre-purchase. Mary at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. And the owners were great to deal with as well. Overall a great home-away-from-home.
