Stayed at cabin over an October weekend.
Very nice, spacious cabin. Private pond
was a nice touch. Generally quiet,
peaceful house among tall trees. Hot
tub was impeccable. Most hot tubs at
rental properties are disgusting, but
this was crystal clear and clean and
also a very expensive brand. The master
bedroom is huge with it's own huge
balcony. All amenities are exactly as
described and we had everything we could
possibly need for our stay. The spa-
like towels in a basket just inside the
hot tub area was a great idea and my son
said the pull out bed in the living room
was unusually comfortable! Great
owners, great communication with us and
you can tell they care about the
experience their guests have. Have
every intention of staying there again.

My sister and I just spent 3 days in your cabin. What a beautiful cabin. All the comforts of home.
It was much more than we expected. Very clean and nicely decorated.
Everything was much nicer than we expected.What a beautiful area. The owner that I dealt with was Roger. Very very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. And I have already recomended this cabin to my friends.

| We spent a wonderful week at the Ponderosa Pines Cabin, and had the perfect family vacation. The cabin was very clean, and the location was great! | Me and my friends stayed here a few weeks ago and it was a great time!! The Cabin was wonderful and even better than we could have hoped for! | Just returned from a wonderful weekend at the cabin. The rental exceeded all expectations. You can tell the owners have gone the extra mile to make sure everyone feels at home when they are staying in the cabin. Lots of little personal touches and extras all over....from all of the "homey" decorations to lots of board games and movie selections to allow the family to spend real quality time together. We can't wait to go back and visit again. |

| We just got back from a wonderful stay at your cabin. The weather was perfect, the scenery was gorgeous, and our accomodations were all we had hoped they would be. It was great to sit out on the back porch and watch the birds and ducks in the pond, while listening to the creek flow by. The cabin had all the modern conveniences of home while still keeping that woodsy feeling. Everything was first rate, and we can't wait to go back. Thanks for providing the location for a memorable stay. |

| The stay in this cabin was wonderful, we received exactly what was promised. The six of us really enjoyed ourselves and I would recommend this cabin to anyone who is interested in a getaway to the White Mountains. |

We loved it!!! Everthing was very clean and very inviting. Really apprecitated the fact that what we saw on the internet was in fact what we received!! Great location and the only way the trip would have been better is if the fish were biting!!!!

| We really enjoyed celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at your beautiful vacation home. It was a wonderful and unique experience for us. The bear decor throughout the house was delightful - we especially liked the big (stuffed) bear "welcoming" us in the entry. The hot tub was fantastic! Everything was clean, the master bedroom upstairs spacious, and the king mattress very comfortable (and I'm very particular about mattresses - husband thinks I'm more sensitive than "The Princess and the Pea"). We found the notebook containing nearby restaurant menus and flyers of area attractions especially helpful. It was also really nice to be so close to the things we wanted to do: eat out, hike, shop. We spent more time than we'd planned to just lounging around the house: sitting on the deck enjoying the birds, water, and pine trees, watching movies, and soaking in the hot tub. We hope to stay again! |

Another wonderful stay at the Ponderosa Pines Cabin. The change in decor was exceptional. The fish in the pond were really biting this year. Owners are a real pleasure to work with. Thank you for accomodations which allowed us to create some more great family memories.

| Our children loved the cabin. The children's movies were a big hit with our 5 year old and he also loved the air hockey table. The cabin was clean and spacious for the four of us. We certainly appreciated the additional toddler amenities of a high chair and toys. Thanks for sharing your home with us. |

What a BEAUTIFUL Cabin !! Very clean,and the decor so beutiful. The pics on the web site Does Not even do it justice. The owners are wonderful, helpful people to deal with. The cabin has many amenities that make it more like home. The jacuzzi was a PLUS, not to mention the pond that our children absoulutly loved. Another extra that made the stay special was the stream that was flowing at the time right behind the house just feet away from the deck,the sound of the running water was so relaxing and just the extra touch for a R&R weekend. We will definately stay here again. Well worth the money !!

| We are artists and came up for the art show this weekend. Although the wind was brutal, we were so excited to go back to the cabin and sit out by the fire and soak in the hottub! The owners were wonderful to do business with and the cabin location and condition were perfect! We truly enjoyed our time and will definately be back! |

| Everything was handled professionally, from inquiries for booking a reservation to the return of the deposit after our stay. Owners were very helpful with questions about the property, as well as attractions and activities in the area. The property is great and very well maintained. We arrived and found the entire property cleaned and ready for our enjoyment. Satellite TV was great and availability of TVs in each room is a very nice plus. Decks on the back, off the kitchen, as well as upstairs from the master bedroom really add a lot to the enjoyment of the property. It's a great place to stay and our family would definetly consider staying again. Thanks for letting us have a wonderful vacation. |
