| Dear Ajay, We want to thank you for our recent stay in your beautiful condo.We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening for cocktails. With the pool and barbeques right there, we had all the comforts of home. The beach was close by as were the golf courses making our stay very pleasant. My ohana and I would like to say "Mahalo a nui loa" (thank you very much), for allowing us to use your townhome. Yes, we are from Hawaii, and majority of our stays at Hawaii townhomes and condos have not failed us, to include yours. We have found that majority of them are spacious and pretty well equipped with appliances. Yours went a little beyond as you had included items in your food pantry that we could use without replacement. The pool was a big plus for us at we rarely use a pool, only the beach and so this was a treat for all. Mahalo |

| Ajay, Our family had a wonderful time staying at your place in Ko Olina. You have created a very easy process for guests. Everything was exactly as promised from the beginning of our trip to the end. A special thanks to Dawn with the housekeeping service. I called her to help me find a doctor for my son who got ill during our trip. She was very kind and helped us find a provider nearby. We hope to stay again next year. Thanks again. |

Ajay,
We would like to express how wonderful your townhome was to stay in!!! Not only did we enjoy how nice it was but also that it was very clean. We were impressed with how fully stocked it was with everything we needed from beach towels to kitchen appliances. It really made our stay in Hawii very comfortable. We have rented condos in various places before but this by far was our favorite and the most comfortable. I want to thank you again for allowing us to use it and we would refer you to anyone we knew looking to rent in Hawaii.

Ajay, what can we say. We were totally blown away when we entered the townhouse. I recall watching these units being built a year or so ago and never expected them to be this beautiful inside and out. The home is furnished very comfortably not to mention that the kitchen was fully equiped as well. The pool close by was a great benefit. We could watch the house while sitting in the hot tub. The kids loved the pool. KoOlina Golf club greens were being refurbished but we still golfed with the sandy, lumpy greens.. Anyways, I wanted to thank you again and will be referring your unit to our friends.

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ko Olina villa and have highly recommended it to several friends already. Ajay's unit was tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and most importantly, provided all the comforts of home. The resort was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. We stayed in Waikiki on the last night of our vacation and wished that we were back at Ko Olina. |

It was clean, stocked with everything that we could wish for, in a perfect location, and large enough to accommodate the 7 of us easily. Our stay at KoOlina, was wonderful, the condo is very nice, clean, roomy, so nice to have a tv in everyroom. We used them all. The pool was great and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recomended.

Ajay, our stay at Ko Olina was perfect. The condo
was wonderful, roomy, and clean. The gated
community felt safe, the pool was so close! The
lagoons are only a 15 walk away for the kids. We
stayed a lot at the home with two infants, and were
very happy. The internet/computer, high chair and
playpen were great bonuses! Thanks also for being
so accommodating when we arrived so late after
our lost luggage and personally guiding us over the
phone to the unit!! We hope to stay again, soon! |

| Our stay at the Ko Olina Kai condo was wonderful. The home was clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. the view of the pool just of the lanai was very nice, and it is a short walk ( 2 min) to the gold clubhouse at Ko Olina ( one of the nicest courses I have ever played) and about 10 minutes to the calm and lovely lagoons of Ko Olina. The pool also has nice barbecue cabanas as well. The property is extremely secure, and the owner was very nice to work. highly recommended. Thanks. |

| We enjoyed our vacation in AJay's condo in KoOlina. We stayed 30 days and this condo was like our own home. It is furnished very comfortably in all rooms especially the kitchen. Our guests enjoyed their time with us. I asked AJay for a highchair and playpen for our granddaughter and it was their when we walked in the door. I would highly recommend staying in any of AJay's properties and we hope to stay again soon. |

| My family (me, my wife and our 3 children) greatly enjoyed our stay at Ko Olina. Our villa was beautifully furnished, in excellent shape, and situated right next to the pool. The beaches up the Leeward Coast were beautiful and surprisingly deserted. People in Hawaii were very helpful and friendly and we had a great vacation. I highly recommend working with Ajay, who was very friendly, honest, and patient (when we got lost driving to the villa). We will certainly be back. |

I was very impressed with the condo, but more
importantly, Ajay and his attention in handling the
details of the renting of the condo. He was totally up

| This Townhome in Ko Olina is everything you could ask for in a vacation destination. It is furnished beautifully and the Kitchen is fairly well equiped for a rental unit. Its location in the community is close to everuthing:Pool, BBQ, Golf Course, excellent resturants and excellent walks. I hope we can return again. |

| We really enjoyed our stay. The place is decorated to the 9's (even our friends who visited us commented on how beautifully it was decorated). This place could sleep a small village. Three bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and blow up mattress. You can imagine how much room we had since there was only 3 of us for most of our stay. While not located in the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, we had lots of restaurants in walking distance (if we decided not to cook); the beach was only a 10-15 minute walk away and the pool was just out our back door. If you enjoy golfing, you're surrounded by the Ko Olina golf course. I definitely will recommend this place to my friends and family. |
