| We had a wonderful time at the Sunshine house. The drive to the house was gorgous and the house had plenty of room for our family. A well equipped kitchen so we could cook and have a great family vacation together. We will recommend this house to our family and friends. Thank you, Angie Rexroad |

| We are very impressed with this very comfortable and rustic home. The views are wonderful. The hot tub (wooden) is so much fun and despite temperatures in the teens, the water is perfect. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this for a family get together. |

| We brought in international guests for a series of business meetings. What a terrific place to house them - much more cozy and quiet and comfortable than the hotels! Plus having a great kitchen and food so everyone did not get sick of restaurant food. Also, the easy access back and forth to downtown as we needed made it very convenient. Good hosts, too! |

| It was a wonderful home, tucked away above Boulder just enough so you can relax in peace, but we found we could easily go out on the town. We stayed there for a weekend and it felt like a real home. Highly reccomended, bring blankets to snuggle up on the back porch at night and see the SPECTACULAR view. note to bring food and toilettries. |

| Gorgeous Getaway, minutes from downtown Boulder but peaceful and quiet. The deer are almost always there.It's eco clean and spacious. The owners are really great and helpful, I highly recommend this home as a vacation rental. |
