| We were very pleased with the beautiful condo. It's even prettier in person than in the photos. The view is drop dead gorgeous. The pool and hot tub were fun. It's convenient to so many beautiful sights, we visited the Grand Canyor, Zion, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, but Snow Canyon right there in St. George was as good as any. We look forward to our next stay in Denise & Luc's condo. |

We fully enjoyed this quiet, clean, beautiful and spacious condo. It has everything that people needed. If you play golf, this is the place you should stay; period. The owners, Denise and Luc, are responsible and helpful people and they make you feel welcome. A truly home away from home. Thanks you for let us staying there. We'll be back!

Coming from Florida we enjoyed the
Richards condo for the month of July. The condo is
clean comfortable, and an excellent base for you to
explore the wonderful things this area has to offer.
Those of you who enjoy vegas- will love the shuttle
express 19.00 per person each way. With the
cheapest cng prices in the country. This is an
unbelievable bargain. Nice honorable people to
work with. totally enjoyed our stay. Ed |

| We stay in St. George three to five times each year and this condo offered the very best accommodations and setting we've ever enjoyed. The Richards have created a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere in their home that has all the amenities and in a location convenient to all things in and around St. George. My wife loved the security aspecets of the condo and Blackrock complex, as well as the interior comforts of the condo. Our children simply had a ball at the pool and doing what kids do best. We are already planning another stay later this year. If you stay there once, you'll want to stay again. You won't go wrong here. We recommend it highly. |

We enjoyed our stay in the new, spacious, nicely decorated, condo on the 8th green. Everything worked, and we had everything we needed.
The great view of the golf course and the cliffs and mountains provided great scenes for painting when we were not on one of the many golf courses.
St. George provided a variety of activities that we enjoyed, including museums, galleries, historical sites, shopping, and of course, the beautiful natural scenery of Snow Canyon, Zions and Bryces Nation Park, etc.
We hope to be able to return again soon. |

Beautiful condo with all the amenities of home. As an avid golfer, the location on the 8th green of Sunbrook's Black Rock 9 was perfect. Even when I was not playing, I could watch other frustrated golfers attempt the difficult par 3!
The owners rapid response to a minor wireless internet issue was indicative of the customer service we received.
Great place for a relaxing month in St. George! |
