My sisters, brother-in-law, and I spent a wonderful family reunion weekend at Marilyn's home. I want to tell everyone how comfortable the home was and what a wonderful host Marilyn is. The back patio was an excellant place to sit and unwind after a day of seeing the sights in Albuquerque and Sante Fe. We shopped at the local grocers which had foods for both the vegetarians and meatatarians in our group. The kitchen was well equiped for any meal we wanted. The house was immaculately clean and well maintained. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque in the future. Thank you Marilyn for a wonderful experience!

We had such a wonderful time at your home which was centrally located to visit the surrounding area. My family from France was thrilled with your place and I want to thank you for being a part of making their trip so memorable.

Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your NM cabin for Thanksgiving. Your cabin is so beautifully decorated, yet it is easily kid and baby proofed! It easily accommodated our group's 4 adults and six kids (all under age five)! My tech saavy brother loved the wireless internet and cable TV, while my sister-in-law and I loved having access to an extra large capacity washer & drier to keep up with the kids' laundry. We had such fun with my brother's family celebrating Thanksgiving, playing in the snow (a treat for Tucson kids!), doing Christmas arts & crafts, and teaching our older kids to ride bikes on the dirt roads. The cabin is close to essentials like a full size grocery store, yet is in the mountains. It was a short drive for us to enjoy visiting the fabulous Albuquerque Zoo, as well as the great children's museum (Explora!). Thanks again for a great vacation week! -- Kiersten from Tucson

I wish I were back at this house right now! What a perfect weekend we had at Marilyn's home! The house provided a wonderful and beautiful retreat for the 4 of us. We were close to everything, including beautiful Sandia Peak. The house was clean, perfectly laid out, and way better than any hotel could ever be. STAY HERE!!!!! You won't be disappointed!

My family of 5 stayed in this house during the week of July 4th. It was spacious and tidy. Everyone enjoyed the layout. It was great to be able to shop at the grocery and make our own meals. Everything needed to have a nice visit is available. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary equipment, and the linens are clean. I also appreciated being able to use the washer/dryer to do laundry before beginning our journey back home.
Staying in the mountains, the temperature was significantly cooler than in the city. My children enjoyed walking around and looking at the lovely trees and listening to the birds.
Marilyn was always pleasant to deal with and graciously willing to answer any questions that I had. She also returned our deposit promptly, with no hassle.
We had a great time staying at this house, and you will too! |

We stayed in this lovely home from 4/16-23, 2007. There was more than enough room for my husband, myself and the other couple we were traveling with. We were thrilled with all the conveniences (dishwasher, washer/dryer, garage, internet access) and the beds were especially comfortable. The neighborhood was a great place to take a morning walk, too. Marilyn is the most gracious hostess and even took the time to mail us a few items that we had left behind. It was a great place to stay; hopefully we will have the time in our travels to return!

We were so pleased with the house and its floor plan (split bedrooms). We were accompanied by our four grown children and everyone was comfortable. Our hosts were so gracious in meeting our needs and answering our questions..and they live close by! The location is easy access to Albuquerque, very close to ski area ...and easy drive to Santa Fe. We would stay here again, any time of the year. 12/24/06
