| This condo was just absolutely amazing! Fully furnished, warm and cozy, very inviting and a home away from home. Brought my family to stay here and we all were very impressed the moment we walked in. We are definitely coming back next year!! |

| This was the best Christmas ever! I have three girls in college and two other young adults in our lives that accompanied us. The skiing was great! People were great! The Sierra Manor was awsome! All the ammenities we needed. Up grade kitchen utensils. Jeff even had a Christmas tree in the livingroom. This was a memory we will never forget! Life is about memories with loved ones! Thank you! We will return. |

| The place is amazing and by far the best place we stayed in Mammoth in terms of amenities, location, and over all feel of home. The house is well kept and modern. We enjoyed the well supplied kitchen and big screen T.V. The parking and location of the townhome is convenient. Jeff is a very helpful and wants his renters to have a great time. We love to come back again. |

This place is AWESOME! The kitchen is better stocked with appliances then my own at home. Jeff thought of everything. This place is titled correctly "home away from home." The minute you walk in the front door you feel at home and comfortable. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

| My wife and I shared this townhome with 2 other couples and we had a great time. The unit is clean, beautiful and well supplied. The location is very convenient. We received 5 feet of snow in the 6 days that we were there and the crew was very good at keeping the snow removed from the parking area. We would definitely love to come back. |

| The townhouse was very comfortable. We loved how the kitchen was stocked with excellent cooking utensils and amenities. The beds were comfortable and the interior of the unit was so well put together and beautiful. Parking was great. The unit is in a great location -- easy access to Chair 15, grocery store, etc. Thank you for making this available to us! |

| This home was by far the most comfortable and luxurious place we have stayed in at Mammoth. As a family traveling with 4 teenagers, we had plenty of room, which was a treat. The kids loved the amenities like the jacuzzi and the sauna, as well as the fact they could walk anywhere. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again. Jeff obviously put a lot of thought in to creating this awesome home, and not only does it show, but you can feel it. |
