| Dear Nick: The Myrtle Beach condo was perfect for our annual vacation with our three daughters and eight grand children. The floor plan and in-room facilities made everything easy, and the proximity of the beach to the pools accommodated the ever-varying wishes of the kids. June 19-26, we stayed in this beautiful condo with friends and family, 14 in all, there was plenty of room and the views are breathtaking,we had stayed in the hotel before but this unit has become our family favorite, we intend to return next year and if all goes as planned we will be right back there, thanks for everything,the Shewalter magill and fultz families. |

| We stayed the week of June 6 to June 13.The place was fantastic we did not have to bring anything but ourselves.We had 4 adults and 3 kids and ample room and privacy for all.I was impressed with all the amenities.The views from the balconys were beautiful.Will definately be back.Thank you for this beautiful place. |

| The condo was very nice with a wonderful view. We could see all over Myrtle Beach. We all loved the large pool under the building. It was very warm water and we did not have to worry about getting too much sun. |

We stayed in your condo the second week in July. It was wonderful. Very spacious and comfortable. I loved the layout of the rooms. Everyone had plenty of private space and a large living/dining area for activities. The location was great, the view was incredible. We just loved it! The parking garage was so convienent. Other condos we have rented had very limited parking. I would highly recommend this condo. We would love to come again.

| We stayed in this condominium for a week during the month of August. There were ten of us and we never got in each other's way. The condo is very spacious and it looks just like the pictures. The balcony is very nice and since it is an end unit, there is a nice view. |

| We stayed for 1 week in this condo. You could see for miles from the balcony. We went with 7 adults. The set up for the rooms were great. We all had plenty of room but still had privacy. The kitchen was large enough for all. It is just a short walk to the beach. It is right off the pool area. The one extra bedroom had its own balcony with a good view. We all had a great time!! |

I want to make sure that our comments make it into your guestbook as I think any prospective guests should be apprised of the fantastic accommodation that this is. I stayed there with my wife, brother and his wife and my two sisters. We range in age from 57 to 72 years in age. We felt that we were living in luxury and being treated like royalty. The unit was exactly as described and maybe even a bit better. We stayed for 1 week and wished it were longer. The location was perfect and the view from the balconies was breathtaking. I thank you for your fast and pleasant response to all my little questions and assure you that our next trip to Myrtle Beach will be spent with you (at least in your condo). Thanks again. Walt |

| Thanks so much for a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach. Your condo is a great family getaway. It is right on the beach and so close to everything we want to see. The unit is very clean and nice. For a group of eight or more this unit is perfect. We all just enjoyed our stay. By the way, this is our second year at the same unit so that tells you how great it is. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. I have never met Nick and Tina but whenever I would speak to them on the phone they were always polite and willing to help. Again thanks to Nick and Tina for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful condo right on the beach. Great place for a family vacation. |

| The rooms and veiw were great! The only complaint I have is the lack of parking for handicap persons. My boyfriend drives a handicap van and we had to park across the road which was no big deal but other's from the Reef were also parking there so it left us with little room to manuever his van which has a lift. The rooms were very accessible and we really enjoyed them. The security guy was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed seeing him every day. Would love to stay again but due to the lack of parking, we probably would not. |

| Absolutely LOVED this place! Plenty of room for extended family w/out having to worry about being TOO close. Everyone had their own TV which w/ teenagers, was a blessing! View from the balcony was awesome, and kitchen had plenty of utensils for cooking. Highly recommend this one, and owners were a pleasure to do business with. 5 stars! |

| This codo is the perfect place for family's. We had 13 people staying, 6 adults and 7 childern, and there was plenty of room for all. The kids loved the x-box. The pools are perfect for kids and the grounds are clean and well maintained. Great week of vacation. |

| Nick's Grand Atlantic unit was awesome! Our family visited there for the Christmas holidays and we had plenty of room (and beds) to spread out. A great resort in an ideal location. The kids liked the kiddie pool and lazy river while the adults liked the view from the unit as well as the indoor pool. I highly recommend this unit - 5 stars! |
