| This was a wonderful home away from paradise. The beautiful backyard enabled the family to spend quality time having fireside dinners and a game of bat mitten during the afternoons. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, just right for our stay. Cisco, the Australian Healer, was a welcome site everyday. |

| We had a wonderful visit to Santa Barbara and couldn't have been more comfortable anywhere else. The gardens are beautiful and the atmosphere relaxing. We felt at home and extremely comfortable. We hope to visit again soon! |

| Our stay at Las Tapias could not have been nicer. The apartment, the gardens, and the location - were all ideal. And the hosts were lovely people who enhanced our visit with their hospitality and excellent recommendations for restaurants, etc. The accommodations were comfortable and very well-equipped, with luxury touches. |

What a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere--perfect for a getaway of any length. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, especially with the fireplace! After the first night, we wanted to move in! The location is quiet and convenient, and the garden is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Santa Barbara sunshine. The hosts were terribly friendly and accommodating, but we never felt like we were in the way or "sharing" the space. What a treasure--we will be back for sure!

The apartment at Las Tapias is very comfortable and
overlooks exquisite gardens.We were within easy
walking distance of downtown and there was
convenient public transportation outside the door.The
hosts are gracious. If you want to be in downtown S.B.
this is the place to be! |

| This is a lovely and comfortable apartment that we used when renovations were taking place at our home. The neighborhood is beautiful and verey close to downtown, the beach and all other Santa Barbara attractions. The owners are verey easy to deal with and accomodating. |
