My wife and I stayed in the condo for two months and loved every minute of it! The condo is in an excellent location in Tucson. You can walk to nice restuarants, the grocery store, or a number of other services. The condo is in an up-scale and very safe area in Tucson so everything around the condo is beautiful. It is quite and the balcony offers great views. Again, Stephen is great as he truly wants your stay in Tucson to be good. I would recommend this condo to any of my friends any day of the week.

All of the comments about this unit are so consistently positive, and I can only say that they all resonate with our stay in this condo. From the moment you begin communication with the owners, you should have a sense of what your experience will be like. And when you arrive at the condo you will be welcomed with a generous basket, flowers, local publications and brochures, and a unit that lacks nothing as far as amenities.
You will be comfortable and in a wonderful location to experience the beauty of Tucson. I would recommend this property with complete confidence.

You really get a mountain view as promised! We felt
Stephen and Kate were very welcoming for our visit
with a huge gift basket of goodies. This condo was
perfect for our needs and even more spacious
feeling than shown in the photos. They keep it very
neat ,clean and beautiful. We loved the location
which is very convenient to our favorite hiking
spots. You are literally five minutes from the
gorgeous Sabino Canyon trails or the Ventana
Canyon trails. The condo was wonderful to return
to at the end of the day, very relaxing. The best
thing was that you didn’t have to part with the
fabulous view of the mountains, they greet you in
the morning and are the best part of the setting
sun. The condo is tastefully decorated, has all the
conveniences in the kitchen, and it was a short walk
to the hot tub/pool area. We liked having the
grocery store and the delicious Italian restaurant
within walking distance. You are in a close
proximity to many great restaurants, hiking trails,
spas and golf. Stephen was very helpful and was
always available when we needed him. We would
definitely recommend this condo and the hosts for
your visit to Tucson. We hope to return some time
soon.

| My daughter and I spent a week in Tucson over Spring break, and we were lucky to have this condo as our home base! The pool is very nice and felt quite private. The location is convenient to stores, hiking, and getting to many Tucson attractions. Stephen and Kate really care about their guests. They made "moving in" very easy and welcomed us with notes, flowers, and fruit. The condo includes all the conveniences. There are lots of stairs, however, so vacationers looking for easy access need to be aware that stair climbing is required. Stephen and Kate even made sure that we got perfect weather while it snowed back home! |

We had the good fortune to stay in this unit for a week in February 2007. It accommodated 3 adults quite comfortably and had all the ammenities - even a blender and margarita glasses!
The location is ideal for hiking, biking, running or horseback riding. We were in Sabino Canyon almost daily soaking up the atmosphere and exploring. It was definitely one of the hi-lites of the trip.
Stephen and Kate went above and beyond the call to provide us with information based on our interests - even shared their favorite Mexican restaurant.
Next time we will spend extra holiday time at this location. We highly recommend this unit - and the sunset views from the balcony.
Its the ideal location for many day trips: eg. San Xavier del Bac; Nogales Mexico; Arizona Desert Museum; National Parks; Mt. Lemon. Hope we get a chance to visit again soon.

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stephen's unit. The pictures really tell the story. Comfortable furnishings, beautiful decor, complete kitchen, washer & dryer,lots of extras, plus the wonderful pool and hot tub area. And I can't leave out the view! Stephen and Kate were wonderful, answering all our questions about the Tucson area. |

| We stayed in this lovely one bedroom condo for a week in Feb. Very nice furnishings, new and clean, and a nice fruit welcome basket along with flowers! The owners were extremely helpful when we had a computer problem...they came over to the condo to set our computer up with their system. The location is great for several hiking areas...Ventana Canyon and Sabino Canyon. The only complaint is the traffic noise...they are close to a busy street so if you like the window open at night you'll hear traffic. I would recommend this upstairs condo to anyone. |

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo for 9 days in Dec 2006. The condo was terrific, exactly as nice as advertised-- well equipped, new appliances, beautiful mountain views, close walking distance to supermarket and nice restaurants. Stephen and Kate were terrific (nonintrusive) "hosts". They provided us with local hiking and horseriding info (which we indicated were our interests), we rec'd a beautiful "welcome" basket, and they went as far as to find us a safe and reliable taxi for our Christmas day return to the airport. They went way above and beyond the call of duty for us!! We would recommend this condo to any couple looking for a nice getaway, in a beautiful setting. The large hot tub and beautiful pool were especially nice, after our long days of hiking in the local mountains. The condo is ideally located to many fantastic hiking trails. The only drawback that I can think of is the Tucson rush hour traffic, is to be avoided. After our 2nd day we easily found alternative routes to avoid the city !
