| This apartment was truely wonderful, the view is incredible and needs to be seen in person. The owner was fabulous and makes you feel at home and welcome instead of another room number as a hotel guest. The apartment is spotless from top to bottom, with great amenities. Our host gave us a great orientation of the city and our bearings on where we were heading right out of the 41st floor to ceiling windows! We were a two min. walk from the subway, a five min. walk to GREAT restaurants and entertainment including the theatres. Not to mention if you have not seen Times Square thats only 4-5 min. away also. We ate in the apartment a couple of times, with this view and fresh markets within walking distance you should really work this into your stay. We will stay here each time we visit NYC without a doubt, and look forward to our next visit in December! |

All we can do is reiterate what other guests have said. We cannot imagine a better place to stay in NYC!! The owner has thought of absolutely everything. The apartment is extremely clean, very comfortably furnished and, of course, the views are to die for. The location is perfect - we walked only three blocks to take the subway to the US Open, walked to the theatre, and visited the wonderful restaurants on 46th street. It was a magical trip; this apartment was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much for making your lovely apartment available. We appreciate it!

My wife and I booked based on the reviews and the photos, which cannot capture the beauty of this apartment. The windows (almost floor to ceiling), the furnishings, the very comfortable bed, the walk-in closet…very nicely equipped for cooking. What can I say? Staying here has been a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for making our stay so fantastic. Your apartment is beyond the written description. George and I were mesmerized when we awoke in the morning, and when we returned in the evening. The lights in the night sky, and the NY skyline, are magical. And thanks for all your great suggestions: you certainly know the city! | Good morning from the center of New York City. We are reluctantly leaving your beautiful apartment today, and we have to agree with another of your reviewers: stop looking!!! We have had the best vacation imaginable, and so much of it is due to this wonderful apartment. We could not have asked for a better apartment or a better location. This is the perfect way to enjoy a vacation in New York City: here, we feel we have lived as a NYC resident and not as a tourist. The apartment is in perfect condition and we have had everything we need. When we arrived we couldn’t believe the views from all around the apartment, and we woke up very early in the morning just to see the light rise over the city, the skyscrapers, the Empire State Building, and the river (and, of course, the Statue of Liberty). Everything is much better than you described. Thank you one more time and of course we want to come back. We strongly recommend this condominium to anyone looking for the ultimate NYC experience: you will not go wrong renting this absolutely fantastic apartment. |

| We found this apartment to be immaculate, well situated and we felt very safe. The 24 hour doormen were helpful and friendly. The location is great for tourists. The theater district is exciting and busy. The view is spectacular from the apartment windows. We have already recommended this incredibly well equipped apartment to many friends. This wonderful apartment provided such an amazing retreat from the fast paced, hustle and bustle life of NYC. We enjoyed the stunning views of downtown, the Statue of Liberty., and the Empire State Building, day and night.
The owner of the apartment provided us with a list of restaurants, attractions, out of the way places, grocery stores, shopping etc. We saw a number of Broadway shows in the theater district, which are all within blocks of the apartment. We also dined at many great restaurants such as "Esca," a few blocks from the apartment. The food there definitely lives up to its reputation and was one of the many great recommendations given to us.
The apartment's central location and proximity to transportation to anywhere in New York City made getting around town a breeze.
We travel often and always stayed in hotels; we now, however, choose to stay in an apartment. This apartment is better than any apartment we have taken in cities such as Paris, London and in the South of France. It is better than an oversized suite in a top hotel. We will definitely recommend this gorgeous and conveniently located apartment to our friends. |

WOW! If you are lucky enough to come across this apartment when planning your trip to NYC, look no further
and consider yourself lucky. Right in the heart of the City, it is a spacious and stylish apartment with all the mod cons, and an amazing view (trust us the photo's don't do the view or the apartment justice, they are stunning).
The apartment is well decorated and has a good sound system.
We have stayed in Hotels in New York before, and found that staying in this apartment made our trip so much more comfortable, and enjoyable. The apartment is decked out like your own home, we even cooked at home a couple of times and just enjoyed the magic view in complete comfort (with a cocktail and tunes).
Our host was very accommodating and friendly, offering plenty of local knowledge and a friendly welcome.
We spent 2 weeks in NYC, and there was never a dull moment as the apartment was right in the thick of the action. With the subway virtually right at the front door it was so easy to get around.
But the good thing was, once you set foot inside the apartment well above the street, it was completely quiet and relaxing.
We can't wait to get back to NYC one day, and would definitely stay at this apartment again.

The flat is so well decorated, cozy and romantic, they are candles everywhere!
We cooked at home every night and just enjoyed the view.
Staying in this flat was the perfect New York experience for us europeans!
Right in the Theater District, with plenty of restaurants, shops and shows. Within a walking distance to lovely Bryant Park, where I used to have lunch at the reading room.
Thank you for your advice on the musicals, we went to Mary Poppins, Hairspray and Chicago and they were fantastic!
We will highly recommend this place to friends and family!!

Arriving in New York City on a dark, cold and foggy night felt just like a scene from a recent Batman movie!
However, our apprehension was immediately allayed when we were warmly greeted in this stylish apartment.
The condo is modern, spacious (ample storage provided) and extremely comfortable; providing all of the amenities that one could desire. This even encouraged us to stay in and cook in the modern and well equipped kitchen on a couple of nights.
The location of the condo was fantastic – just far enough from the noise but a close enough walk to all the shows on Broadway and the hustle and bustle and glitzy lights of Times Square, with all its shops, bars and restaurants. Transportation needs were easily met with the convenience of having access to the subway or buses virtually at your doorstep.
This was invaluable as you can explore all of New York so easily. An added bonus of this great location was the outstanding views over the Hudson, across to The Empire State building and into downtown NYC and The Statue of Liberty in the distance.
Our host’s personalised touch made the trip all the better. He certainly cares for and looks after his visitors with his outstanding attention to detail, excellent recommendations and fine hospitality.
We will most definitely stay again and happily recommend the condo to friends and acquaintances. An impersonal city was made extremely personal, a home away from home. It was a fabulous stay overall and the quality of the accommodation and our friend’s thoughtfulness really made this a great and memorable holiday for us.
We would be delighted to stay again without any hesitation!

"Our stay in this lovely apartment was wonderful.
Until you see the views for yourself, you cannot appreciate them. We watched a cruise
ship move up the Hudson River, we could clearly see the Statue of
Liberty in the distance, and we could see the Empire State Building to
the west (the owner gave us a blurb from "Time Out NY" explaining the
changing lights). The location is great: theaters are close by, the
subway is at the end of the block, and hailing a taxi is quite easy.
My husband is from NYC, and even he was impressed with this wonderful
apartment. It is clean, nicely furnished and maintained, and the
kitchen is well-equipped. The owner, who lives next door, placed some
fresh flowers outside our door, and on our last night, left us some
very decadent and very delicious pie from his recommended "Little Pie
Company". You will not go wrong when you decide to make this apartment your NYC home".

They say the most important thing to consider when purchasing real estate is location location location. The same can be said for choosing a vacation apartment. My wife and I were nervous booking a vacation apartment from New Zealand half way around the world especially as it was the trip of our life time spending 5 weeks in New York.
Well we needn’t have worried, from the very first email the owner proved a wonderful source of information even allowing us to send pre booked tickets to his place to take advantage of internet discounts.
Arriving late at night was no problem and he was there to greet us and make us feel right at home and man what a home. The apartment is sensational and once we saw the views at night (and during the day for that matter) we new we had to revise our plans to include at least a few nights staying in to watch the city that never sleeps.
The rooms are just superb and the walk in wardrobe is excellent at hiding all of the stuff we brought with us and bought whilst there. Flat screen TV with surround sound in the lounge and bedroom provided plenty of chill out background while the Boise sound system worked perfectly with our ipods.
This apartment is brand new and just so well spec’d that it was almost a shame to eat out each night, but eat out we did and this is where the owner's place comes into its own. In five weeks we never had to walk more than a few blocks to find somewhere “local to eat” in fact it was never more than a few blocks for eating, broadway shows, movies and of course shopping.
When we did want to go further a field the subway is literally just below you and provides underground access to Times Square and makes it easy to get to the places a bit further away.
Cap all this off with the owner's willingness to help make your trip even better by providing local insights and recommendations and I can not say enough about how brilliant our stay was. Without question our trip of a life time was substantially enhanced by being lucky enough to pick the right place to stay.
How good was it, well Pam and I are busily planning our summer 09 trip back and we won’t stay anywhere else that’s for sure.

There is much good that can be said about this apartment: fantastic view, it’s new and fresh, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, well-equipped, comfortable and cozy, and a joy to come home to. The owner, without being intrusive, makes himself available whenever I had a question about restaurants, theater, touring, etc. We would have a coffee or drink every week or so, to catch up and trade touring or theater or movie suggestions (I was in the apartment for an extended stay).
Without hesitation, I would recommend this apartment. It is in a well-located area, and it is very safe and secure and felt like a haven from the bustle of the city. You will be near all major transportation, and within walking distance of all theaters and some mega movie theaters. And if you have never lived on a high floor in a NYC skyscraper, this will be a real treat.

| Just saying our experience was positive at this amazing condo would be an understatement. This vacation to NY was our first trip to a city we quickly fell in love with. It was not just the amazing views and the tastefully decorated condo with first class amenities. It wasnt even that every popular thing you would want to do in NY is right out the front door. For us, it was helpfulness of the owner and his actions that provided us the support we needed to assure a great experience. His genuine caring went way beyond just collecting a fee for our stay. Matter of fact, we were so impressed that he cared so much, we wanted to get a gift for making this trip so special for us. We searched for something that he would enjoy. (What do you get a guy that has everything so special in NY right outside his front door?) After careful evaluation we came to the conclusion that the gift he would probably enjoy the most is for us to give back to others behind us by purchasing a guide book to help navigate around NY City, highlighting the special places to visit in each area of the city. Thank you for our most memorable trip ever. |

Before this apartment was listed on this site, a friend recommended that I stay here. Although I usually stay at the Four Seasons, for one week, the price difference was so tremendous, I decided to give it a try. I couldn’t have been happier, and will stay here again without hesitation. The owner keeps this apartment as though he lived there. There were extras like yogurt, soda, mineral water, bottled water and coffee supplied. He provides his guests with top quality sheets and towels. The apartment is exquisite. And, last but not least, the view is spectacular: I could see the Statue of Liberty and the Hudson River more clearly than I have ever seen them from any hotel. All in all, this is a highly recommended accommodation.

| My wife and I decided to spend a week of our vacation in New York City. Because we like to have breakfast at home, we wanted to have a kitchen. Someone referred us to this apartment. We were very happy with our choice. Although transportation is nearby, we were within a 15 minute walk of all theaters, Rockefeller Center, Fifth Ave., Madison Ave., Central Park, and some great restaurants. The owner is also very helpful with anything you need, whether it is extra cream for your coffee, or with directions and restaurant recommendations. This is definitely our place to stay in NY from here on. |

| Last month my wife and I stumbled upon this "oasis" in New York City. This apartment is centrally located. The view is astounding, and it is furnished to the highest standard. The location cannot be beat: near to everything. And the owner is more helpful than any hotel concierge. Not to be missed, and priced really well (check hotel prices in a 5 star, which is what this is, and then look at this). |

Last month I needed to visit New York City on business. A friend of a friend referred me to this beautiful apartment. What an apartment! Words cannot describe the comfort, the view, the luxury of this accommodation. It is well located, near all subway lines. When it rained, the owner explained the subway system to me (I was concerned that I would not get a taxi) and I made it to my appointment on time. This apartment is a real find.
