We stayed at 30 Huron this past weekend 10/3-10/5. What a great place to stay. It was 2 blocks from everywhere, not once did we have to caught a cab. the bus stop was right on Michigan Ave, the free trolley was there, the red line was right there. There were restaurants galore. The condo was perfect, we went with another couple and the bedrooms were far enough that you still had your own privacy. the condo was nicely decorated and had everything you could think of. Loved to sit by the windows and just look out. You could see forever. I definately would stay here again. The residence there in the elevator were very friendly and gave you some great restaurant choices that the average tourist don't know about. Wish we were there for the summer to enjoy the pool, it felt like it was heated but we didn't have enough time.

Dear Renee, I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the condo. The amenities, location, everything is just perfect. Your web site does not do it justice. There were four of us, two couples and the rooms sizes, decor, everything was loved by all of us. What a great way to enjoy a beautiful city.

We stayed at this wonderful 25th floor condo for four nights. It exceeded our expectations. As mentioned by other guests, the condo itself, as well as the building, has many special amenities. We enjoyed the phenomenal view from all rooms, the comfortable beds and clean good quality linens. The kitchen was well stocked and had things like sugar and spices that were a plus when only staying for a few days and eating "in" occassionally. We appreciated the welcome packet with detailed information about check-in and check-out and a list of attractions with directions complete with bus nos. and train info. The location is perfect and we would definetely recommend this to out of towners and consider it again for future vacations. The only suggestion I would make is a 'how to' page on using the TV. With three remotes it was confusing, but luckily our 15 year old figured it out! Thank you!

This is an excellent place to stay. Condo was great for our family. Loved the grills and pool area. Grocery was close, most areas we wanted to see were within walking distance. Rental process was easy and info was thorough. Would do this again when in Chicago. Thanks for the great experience!

This is the best choice in Chicago. It has a great location, near Michigan Av. You are very close to the subway and you have lots of restaurants an a couple of very good supermarket around. The apartment is even better. Two very conformable bedrooms, a big living with a dinning table and a great tv. A very big and well equipped kitchen. The price is very good and the owner is very serious and helpful. Finaly, even though we didn't use them, the building has a big pool, barbecues, a gym and a meeting room with free internet. I will definitely recommend to anyone this apartment.

We spent three nights in the unit at 30 East Huron in late March 2008. The unit is modern, well furnished and well maintained. With one bath, it was fine for our family but might be a bit tight for two couples. The building is very high-end, with a 24-hour doorman and lots of amenities. The location is excellent, just 2 blocks off of North Michigan Ave. and easy to get to from the Kennedy Expressway. This is much better than a hotel room.

We stayed in the condo for four nights during the weekend of the Chicago marathon. What an excellent opportunity for our entire family to stay together and much more fun and affordable than a hotel. Literally two blocks from Michigan and awesome restaurants, delis and grocery stores within a 2 block radius. Easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to so many great places including Lake Michigan, the John Hancock Center and Navy Pier. Renting the condo was easy and communication always prompt. We can't wait to go back to Chicago and will definitely want to stay here again!

I visited Chicago this weekend with my husband and two cousins to see a Cubs Sox game. I bought my plane tix and tix to the game, but when i looked for a place to stay, I was disappointed to discover that all the hotels were booked except for a few hotels charging over $500 a night. Then, I came across 30 E. Huron. What a great alternative to the traditional hotel room! The condo unit had two bedrooms, windows galore, flat screen tv, internet, full kitchen amenities (including fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, plates, cups, flatware, pots, pans, coffeemaker and even wine glasses) and full bathroom amenities (including towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer, curling iron, etc...). There was a gourmet deli on the ground floor and both a Trader Joe's and Whole Foods only 2 blocks away. The building also had a fitness center (which was more impressive than those provided by most hotels), outdoor pool (with lounge chairs) and bbq area (with several grills and tables), theater room (which you can reserve), and laundry room. The doorman was very friendly, and the look and feel of the place was contemporary and very well maintained. The management was also very accommodating in meeting our needs in terms of our check-in, check-out times. Then there were restaurants in every directions with all types of cuisine. Michigan Ave, the Magnificent Mile, was only 2 blocks away and the Navy Pier was about three quarters of a mile away. The walk there went quick because there was so much to see along the way. The red line was also only about 2 blocks away making it easy to get around. All in all, we had a great time and were so thankful to have found this very cool place to stay which was so comfortable and centrally located to everything we wanted to do during our stay in Chicago! We would definitely stay here again during any future visit to Chicago!
