| Thanks Gerry for the great rental this past weekend. The 1 bedroom was very spacious and accomodating and the balcony provided great views of the mountains. The location was ideal for visiting the Mountain Creek waterpark next door and we enjoyed riding the Cabriolet to the top of the mountain. We will definitely book this rental again next time we are in the area! |

We love Vernon! This is our first time staying in your one bedroom unit at the Appalachian, and we really enjoyed it. The unit is very comfortable and the view is beautiful. We enjoyed watching the mountain bike competition that was going on this weekend. For anyone visiting Vernon, take a short ride into Warwick, NY and you will find the most amazing restaurants (Chrystal Inn is one to try!), shops, and the Warwick Winery is superb for live music, hard cider or wine, and lunch on weekends. Each time we visit Vernon, we find something new. Enjoy! |

My wife and I stayed at the Appalachian for six week nights over a two-week period in June. Jerry's unit was perfect.
The unit was extremely well-maintained and everything we needed was available.
My wife and I visited Vernon primarily to play golf and it worked out perfectly. There are six courses at Crystal Springs available to the public and we had no problem scheduling tee times.
At the Appalachian especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, which overlooks the ski slopes. There was even some wildlife, including a family of bears that we could see in the evening. The swimming pool was great, although we thought it was a bit too hot and the like a warm pool.
The area was quiet, but it looked like the waterpark would be a lot of fun for kids. Some of the better restaurants were closed during the week in the summer which somewhat limited our choices.

This is my first time renting this beautiful condo and it won't be the last. The place was comfortable, very clean and everything u need for a perfect weekend. The bed was comfortable to sleep. No complains I am really happy that I rented this condo.

Our stay was great and the location of the room to the slopes could not have been more perfect for all the biking activities. I sent the keys back yesterday.
Also any word on the condo at snowshoe. I'm actually looking for 4 saturday stay overs for their mountain bike races. We usually stay two nights and I have been looking at cutting some costs due to a change in my employment status.

Hi Gerry -
This was our third year that we stayed in one of your condo's at Mountain Creek. The whole family thoroughly enjoys our vacation at the mountain. It is so convenient to ski in/ski out and have the locker room for storage of equipment. The rooms are always very clean and it is great to have 2large bathrooms in the 2 bedroom unit. Some friends have expressed an interest in coming along next year! We'll keep in touch! Thanks again |

| Thank you for renting out your condo. It was more than expected. The pictures on your website don't do it justice. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed every minute of it, although the mattress was a little hard for my tastes but everyone is different (a featherbed would be a nice added touch in the future). The view of the mountain was amazing and the luxury of not having to drive was terrific. I expect to stay again in the future. Thanks! |

| We had a great time staying at this property. Room was very clean and had fresh linens and towels. The view of the mountain was very delightful. The perks of having a locker at the bottom of the mountain was also great! I would surely rent from Gerrard again. |

I was pleasantly surprised with this great deal on
the internet - Room #324. I have no complaints
about the room and the service I have received.
Gerry was very professional and easily reachable at
all times.
The room was spotlessly clean - cleaner than your
average hotel room. There's a kitchen w/ marble
countertops, dining area, living room with a
fireplace, a fantastic view(skiing right outside your
window), enormous bathroom w/ 2 showers,
bedroom, 2 TV's...it was more than what we were
expecting. We adored the room.
We definitely recommend and will be coming back. |

My experience in your property was great. Your apartment in most that we expected, the view is beautiful, the area is amazing. All that I can tell you is less that we felt.
My kids didn't leave the hotel, they want to stay more.
I want to confirm something w/ you . Do you have more apartments in this property? How many peoples do you accept in the apartment ?
I ask you that because maybe I will travel again this year in the same time w/ my husband's family and I want to work w/ you again.
Polly was very helpful, she gave us all the hotel's information

Thank you for being flexible and very honest in representing the two bedroom condo we rented this past week-end. We were eight people and extremely comfortable. The place was clean and had a full kitchen which made it very easy and convenient for us. You are correct in that Mountain Creek is literally behind the condo-that was fantastic! We had the opportunity to utilize the fitness center and the pool with the hot tub....Phenominal!! Thank you again..will rent this place again and Highly recommend it to all!

I stayed in Gerry's unit for close to 3 months and the experience was fantastic. The suite is elagantly appointed,the pool and jacuizzi a treat, the deer loping across the ski trails and the occasional sighting of small bears was an extra attraction. Seeing the fireworks on July 4th from my balconey was a surprise.The price was very reasonable, the front desk helpful and the housekeeping service great. Why stay at an overpriced hotel when you can stay at "Gerry's Place".

| My friends and I stayed overnight for a snowboarding trip, and the accomodations were absolutely perfect. The condo is conveniently located just a short walk from the ski lifts, and it was great to be able to turn on a DVD and relax in the cozy living room after a long day of physical activity. I'm definitely looking forward to returning soon! |

Also, it was VERY conveniently located across the street from Mountain Creek Ski Resort. |

Stayed in the apartment in the Appalacian Hotel for 2 nights in March. The complex was decorated to a very high standard, and the apartment itself was pristine. The views from the windows and balcony were fab. Very comfortable living room and bedroom with a huge bathroom. The kitchenette was also useful for preparing snacks. Nearby restaurants (The Mixing Bowl and the Vernon Inn) also came in handy though.
A great stay- would definately recommend to friends. |

| My family of four stayed in this lovely condo for 2 nights starting on 12/25/06 and loved it! The view is excellent and includes the ski slopes, 1/2 pipe, the outside heated pool and SPAs and the grounds. The unit had 2 TVs and a nice gas fireplace. We used the kitchen to cook and it had all we needed to do so. We will 100% vome back this winter and rent this unit again. Thanks Gerry for letting us rent your wonderful unit! |
