| Wow!!! Norm, we really had a great time, and staying in your home had a lot to do with that. As you know, a group of 9 family members, for 10 days, is not easy to coordinate. Because there was so much space for all of us, the kids had their television and DVD rooms and the adults had our patio and cocktail areas. We loved cooking in your kitchen: great cookware, plenty of dishes, and all nice stuff to boot. Like you, we prefer the beach to a pool, so every day we packed up and enjoyed a few hours there. As you said, the parking was very easy, and cheap. We did take a day to tour the Everglades, and of course the ladies (including the younger ladies) had to check out the Galleria Mall. There were wonderful sales and the variety of shops was good for our group. As you can tell, we had a wonderful time. We will certainly tell our friends about your home, and for sure, we will be back. Thanks for all your help and suggestions, too. |

| Thanks for sharing your beautiful vacation house--it was fantastic ! The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from Los Olas Boulevard where all the restaurants and boutiques are. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us, we could not have asked for anything more. Fantastic location, close to shops and eateries. Only a few minutes from the most beautiful beach in South Florida (for us) , it was an ideal location, and it truly was one of the nicest homes we have ever
stayed in. We were a family of 9 and we were never on top of one another; there was plenty of space for everyone.

Having a wonderful house goes a long way when traveling with children. Add on to that a very accommodating and helpful owner and you get spoiled and do not want to leave. That was our experience staying at this property. Our extended family (my husband and me, our children and their grandparents) couldn’t have chosen a better home. The layout of the house allows for plenty of privacy when desired. The 1st floor open kitchen/dining/living room was great for ‘family bonding’. stay in Ft. Lauderdale, and were more than
impressed with the cleanliness of the townhome,
the spacious and luxurious accommodations, and
the location of your home in its proximity to
shopping, dining, and the beach. Your home is
nicer than what we saw in the pictures; the pictures
do not do it justice. The townhome is incredibly
spacious and beautifully decorated. We could not
have been happier with our stay, and would love to
return to Ft. Lauderdale and stay in your home
again. You both were a pleasure to work with, and
we plan on booking our next trip to your townhome
as soon as possible!

Wow! What a wonderful, spacious, and luxurious
home. As members of the traveling cast of “Mamma
Mia”, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this
pristinely clean, well decorated and conveniently
located Ft. Lauderdale home. The house
comfortably fit all of us and even provided a great
deal of privacy.
We enjoyed the large bedrooms (all with TVs) with
very comfortable king sized beds. Our schedules
during our stay were quite packed but Norman had
taken care of so many details that our time there
seemed effortless.
We performed at the Broward County Performance
Art Center which is quite close to the home. During
our off time, we enjoyed the nearby beach and
strolling along Las Olas Blvd.
Thanks for everything!. Can't wait for our return.

This wonderful apartment provided such an amazing retreat from the fast paced, hustle and bustle life of NYC. We enjoyed the stunning views of downtown, the Statue of Liberty., and the Empire State Building, day and night.
The owner of the apartment provided us with a list of restaurants, attractions, out of the way places, grocery stores, shopping etc. We saw a number of Broadway shows in the theater district, which are all within blocks of the apartment. We also dined at many great restaurants such as "Esca," a few blocks from the apartment. The food there definitely lives up to its reputation and was one of the many great recommendations given to us.
The apartment's central location and proximity to transportation to anywhere in New York City made getting around town a breeze.
We travel often and always stayed in hotels; we now, however, choose to stay in an apartment. This apartment is better than any apartment we have taken in cities such as Paris, London and in the South of France. It is better than an oversized suite in a top hotel. We will definitely recommend this gorgeous and conveniently located apartment to our friends. |

Dear Harry and Norm,
I wanted to thank you once again for the wonderful
week we spend at your Victoria Park Townhome in
Fort Lauderdale. Norm was there to welcome us and
give us a tour of your property and was very sweet.
Congratulations on such exquisite decoration of all
the home. The house was spotless clean and the
linens and towels smelled great! The kitchen was
fully equipped with the finest details, the china was
spectacular.
We were a group of eight friends who take a
shopping trip every year and this year we decided to
stay in Fort Lauderdale. The home was just right
because we wanted to be all together and enjoy
cooking and relaxing when coming home from
shopping. We could not have a better place. We
definitely want to return next year.

From my family, friends, and me, I just wanted to say thank you very much for letting us rent your property for this past week. We had a wonderful time and it was spacious enough for everyone and very clean. The appliances were excellent and made our cooking and washing that much easier. We enjoyed the convenient location to everything and there was already talk about coming back next year 2 hours after we'd settled in!!
Oh! my thanks to Norm too. He was helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately the elevator light was not replaced while we were there but we hardly used it except to transport luggage up or down.

The town home was the perfect alternative to the hotels listed in the convention materials... we were a group of women traveling together to attend a convention. Staying here, we were able to all have privacy and our own bathrooms but still have a central gathering spot. The house was very clean and comfortable and wireless internet worked great. The elevator was a huge bonus for hauling luggage! Norm could not have been nicer. Since we arrived at night, he was kind enough to stock some starter groceries (coffee, milk, etc) for us. Then when I called him with a coffee pot issue - he was right on it for us. Great service, great location, and somewhere I'd return to stay in Ft. Lauderdale.

As they say, better late than never. We really enjoyed our time at your home in Ft. Lauderdale. We liked especially the 5 TVs (you know how kids are) and the king-sized beds. And Norman was very helpful. He offered to pick up my brother and his wife, which was very kind. Because we wanted 2 rental cars, we declined. Your home is great for large groups. We loved the Ft. Lauderdale beach, (easy and inexpensive parking), and we liked the close proximity to Las Olas Blvd. We would not hesitate to rent from you again. You have a great place and should be very proud of it. (Did I mention how squeaky clean it is).

Wow, what a place! I was visiting Fort Lauderdale during the Christmas/holiday week and we stayed at this lovely town home. With 2 master bedroom suites, it was easy to share with family. Also, 2 additional bedrooms, both with king size beds.
The location was great, close to everything.
The kitchen was such a dream that we wanted to cook in a few nights. Plenty of room to spread out in the place (or get lost!). Nicely appointed.
Will be back for sure.... |

Kitchen is great (we have been disappointed when we have rented other homes). Your kitchen has what it takes to prepare a nice meal at home. Next year, we would like to stay for more than a week. We enjoyed our stay in the Town House. All of the bedrooms are spacious and very nice. The two largest bedrooms are exceptionally nice. The beds appear to be very high quality. I certainly slept well.
Most important to me was the fact that the place was very clean.
Norman was very responsive and easy to reach. We didn't have any problems, but it was nice to know that it was easy to contact him.
It is a pleasant walk from the Town House to the Los Olas district, and we enjoyed walking there each day. |

| We just returned from fort lauderdale and stayed at the townhouse. This is truly a beutifull home with great attention paid to every detail including how well the kitchen is stocked and the extremely comfortable beds. The location is great, it is in a very clean, safe neighborhood within easy walking distance to las olas blvd were you will find numerouse shops and restaurants. You will definitly not be dissapointed with this house, we all travel a lot and all agreed that it was one of the places we ever stayed at. The whole experience was excellent including the booking process and dealing with Norman who could not have been more helpfull and profesional. We would definitly stay here again and would recomend it to anyone. Thanks for allowing us to share your home. |

I noticed the Metro family's comments and feel badly that I didn't write a review after our family stayed at your beautiful property. You had told us over the phone that the town home was great; it was better than you described. We enjoyed the luxury of the town home (my wife said she slept better here than she does at home), and we enjoyed all your wise suggestions: a walk on Las Olas Blvd, a swim at the beach, great restaurants...and we always enjoyed coming back to the comfort of your home. And last but not least, thank you for picking up my sister and brother-in-law at the airport; that was above and beyond the call of duty. We will be back, and we will recommend your place to our friends.

What a great place! Thank you for providing us with a home that suited all our needs. It was great to be together as a family. My son and his wife, and our grandchildren, loved all the room we had. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the terrace is great for late afternoon cocktails. And, as I mentioned to you on the phone, the kitchen is nicer and better equipped than my own kitchen! We will be back.

am told that these guys recently purchased this town house, and that it came furnished. We loved it. All the bedrooms have king-sized beds, there are two terraces off the top floor master bedroom suite, and the kitchen is great for communal cooking (we like going out every other night). And access to Pineapple Point is great. After dinner and some TV, we would socialize in the hot tub, where we met guests of Pineapple Point. At one point, we entertained some of the guys in our place; it is great for that. Highly recommended, and the local manager is a great resource for Ft. Lauderdale and the area.

Last month, at the last minute, a group of my friends and I decided to spend a week in Ft. Lauderdale . We found this beautiful town house through a friend, who had stayed there with a group. We all felt that this place was fantastic. It is spacious, beautifully furnished, and for us the access to Pineapple Point was great. We also went to the beach a few afternoons, which is only a mile from the house. I would highly recommend a stay here.
