Hello Mike Heard and Staff of Miramar Beach Villas. We really enjoyed our stay! The family did not want to leave.
Your premium 4 bedroom and 4 baths greatly accommodated all ten (10) of us with ease and comfort. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The children enjoyed the fact that their rooms and bunks were specifically for children. They were amazed when we had movie night and the surround sound made them feel as if they were in the movies!
The Villas landscaping and planning made the whole package worth every penny. We enjoyed the pool and was grateful for the short walk to the beach which we enjoyed both morning and night.
We will return and share our happy experience at Miramar Beach Villas with the rest of the family and our friends!
Mike, thank you for helping us to feel welcome. From my initial inquiry through our arrival and departure, you have been a gracious host. Good people are hard to find ...

| Miramar Beach Villas-what a great find as a vacation destination! The unit was lovely and so very quiet.No busy worrisome streets for the little ones; and so close to shops, grocery, restaurants,with side walks, that one could really walk for any given need. The beach is beautiful and clean. We would defintely return to these villas. Mike was both visible and receptive to all of our needs and comments. Thanks for a great time! |

This was the perfect spot for us to stay. We had 4
couples and 3 kids and there was room for everyone.
The villa was very comfortable and beautiful. Easy
access to beach. The pool was very close. All in all we
had a great time at this villa and will stay here again.

| Our stay at Mirimat Beach Villas exceed our expectation! Our villa was in prestine shape. Our walk from our front door to the beach was less than 3 minutes (with children, you tend to notice those things). The access to our Villas upon arrival was effortless and we recieved our return cleaning deposit within 2 business days of departure. I recieved return correspondence from Mike on all questions regarding our stay; usually the same day. I would highly recommend the Mirimar Beach Villas and we plan on returning next year. |

The décor and floor plans for these villas kick beach living up a couple notches. You know you’re at the beach, but it feels like a luxury home (which, in a sense, it is). And bring the family. ALL the family. At any one time, over several days, we had a dozen folks in very comfortable accommodations with full baths on each floor. A washer and dryer on the second floor make the inevitable washing of beach gear an easy chore.
For beach/salt-water lovers there’s a great expanse of sugar-white sand with dedicated beach access that’s an easy (VERY easy) stroll across the road. One-way in/out from the main road and security code for the gate keep things quiet even during party seasons.
I was pleasantly surprised that I never heard my neighbors, and their entourage included several small children. Mentioning this to the owner I discovered they had taken extra pains to provide additional insulation in adjoining units. And it works. No TV noise late at night and no pot-clanging noise from the kitchen, which in our case, as much cooking as we did in the well-apportioned kitchen, was a real blessing for OUR neighbors.
The large pool is a great hangout for families and kids when the beach proves too much for the youngsters, with plenty of lounge chairs to relax upon. Don’t bother bringing one from your unit; there’re in abundance.
The area itself is tops. Proximity to Destin and all it has to offer including shopping (even for the guys at Bass Pro) and great dining, from tablecloth-and-silverware restaurants to fish shacks that probably go back to Destin’s early history. There’s a big-box grocery store less than a mile away, plus pharmacies and trinket stores (as only Florida can provide!) that’ll have you buying alligator-head backscratchers without batting an eye.
We will definitely return. With a little luck we’ll get the same villa. That way, it’ll feel like coming home.
