Wow! The cottage is actually better than it looks on the website. I took my family of four and we had a fantastic time. I can't believe I almost settled for a single hotel room for the same price. The cottage is absolutely beautiful! Great beds, linens, full kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, nothing lacking. And to top it off, John was the ultimate host. He checked up on us, gave us maps, directions, pointers for "out-of-towners", and even charged my daughter's I-Pod nightly. My highest recommendation, I couldn't have been more pleased!

Randy and his family were in town for Spring Training 2009. The greatest moments were when his wife Carol told me they have been meaning to talk to the other family renting the house "Palm Tree Residence". She continues to tell me she met them at Roger Dean Stadium during the Cardinals game. AND most of all Carol and her Daughter are Artisits and drew me an awesome pcture of the Cottage and a Palm Tree. Both which are framed and hanging on the wall inside Palm Tree Cottage. Thank you Glenn family you all left an impression on me. :-)

| The cottage is a wonderful place to stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The cottage is close to the beach, shopping, and some good night life. This was my first time renting a vacation home, and John made the experience easy and enjoyable. He does a great job of making sure you are comfortable and having fun. I highly recommend this place. |

BETTER THEN THE PICTURES!
The cottage is a beautiful place to stay!. Close to Fairgrounds and the Convention center makes it perfect for business trips. It was a blessing to come home after a long day working to such a comfortable place. The patio was a perfect place to unwind and the beds were very comfortable. John was the perfect host and took the extra time to show us around after our business was done. He enjoys meeting new people and it was a joy to get to know him. We will be recommending John’s cottage to our company as a perfect place to rent for shows and conventions in Palm Beach area or if they just want a peaceful get away.

Rob and Briget were the super sweet and cool! They were here for business laying and selling flooring at the Barrett Jackson Show at the Americraft Expo Center. When they invited me over for dinner I knew it was the beginning of a wonderful friendship. I took them for a tour around town and stopped in for lunch at a local famous resturant John G's. Annually we take a trip to WPB to visit my in-laws for a few days. Over the years we have stayed in many different hotels & vacation rentals and have been very disappointed in the quality of the accommodations for the money we pay. This year however it was a different story. After countless hours researching where we were going to stay this year, I received a message from John. He had received my message and was calling to let me know that the dates I was looking for were available. When I called him back he was very nice & easy to talk with so I decided to booked the Palm Tree cottage. When my husband, son and I arrived at the cottage, it looked very cute and well maintained from the outside. When we walked inside it was the same and I just loved it! It was clean, it was cozy, it was decorated nice... Not only that, John was there to let us in and he shared his knowledge of some of the different activities in the area, where the closest beaches were, and told us the names of some good restaurants in the area. He truly wanted to make our experience there a pleasant one.
Our only disappointment was that our stay at the Palm Tree cottage was too short! When we left, I took a photo of John and his cottage so we could remember our first visit! Next year I hope John has the dates we need available... it certainly will be our first choice! |

We spent four nights in Palm Tree Cottage and I would like to take this opportunity to high recommend the cottage and John's hospitality. We found the accomodations clean, comfortable (loved the bed) and with any amentity you could want. The new gazebo and garden out front were an absolute delight, the location wonderful and John a perfect host. Our son has three more years of college in West Palm Beach and we will be sure to return! | What a wonderful discovery! We had a great week at the cottage. John was the consumate host, helpful and responsive from our first email contact to the morning we checked out. He clearly enjoys "hosting" his guests, not simply opening a back-room as a moneymaker. The cottage and property are beautiful, and we were just a 5 minute drive from the airport, beaches, and cultural center of town. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for walks to explore the houses and local park. I'd recommmend this highly to anyone looking for a south-florida vacation with a private, personal feel away from the other tourists. |

This lovely young couple was very happy to visit the tropical oasis at Palm Tree Cottage. During their 1st hour they were thinking about returning to this vacation home; Palm Tree Cottage (2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Cottage) and in addition reserving Palm Tree Residence (2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cottage). They enjoyed times outside grilling steaks, and relaxing under the gazebo while listening to the waterfall from the pond. Most of all I enjoyed the times I spent with them; talking and recommending places to go to make the most of their visit.

| We spent a week in Palm Tree Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is exceptionally well kitted out and has a very modern feel. The beds are very comfortable and the air con is a boon after a long, hot day out and about. We found the cottage is well located for exploring the coast. We loved the bustle and open air gigs in City Place in the evenings and the excellent shopping opportunities were an added bonus. John and his stepfather were extremely helpful in explaining the facilities of the cottage and recommending interesting things to do. The holiday exceeded our expectations. |

My husband and I arrived at the cottage for a 5 week stay.It was in celebraton of the birth of our grandson Jacob.The event was made that more special because of John's hospitality and the inclusiveness and friendliness of the other renters. The cottage is charming and and reminded me of a Hemingway retreat.
We felt as though we were at home
As an artist the location is wonderful and has so much to offer. We hope to revisit Palm Tree Cottage ,when in the West Palm Beach area.

This is our second New Year's Eve in the cottage and we were even more pleased this year than last with the accomodations. John has made some dramatic landscaping improvements and the gazebo is wonderful to sit under in the late afternoon. We found parking at the beach and on Worth Avenue very easy and called cabs when we wanted to go out for a night on the town. John has provided everything we could want-perfect for one or two couples.

| We all had the best time for Thanksgiving. I was lucky to find the cottage... we really needed the extra accomodations on our visit to see my West Palm family. What an ideal location. It is near everything you need. Everything in the cottage was perfect and could not have been more inviting. I liked the wireless Internet which is a must have for me even on vacation. | My husband and I stayed at the cottage during the Cardinals spring training. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do, from games to restaurants to beaches. We loved having the full kitchen so we could cook our own breakfast and pack picnic lunches for the games. John was always available if we had any questions or wanted recommendations but he was never intrusive. We had a lovely time and hope to return soon! |

| We were two 25-26 yr old couples meeting in West Palm for New Year's. We emailed over 40 rentals and this cottage was by far the best deal. The cottage was completely clean, with plenty of dishes, fluffy towels (dont forget to bring your own beach towels) and clean sheets on two comfortable beds. Plenty of space for four people. The neighborhood was very pleasant, safe and quiet. Both girls thought said the neighborhood and cottage were "cute." Cab rides to city place were about $7. The landlord was very nice and recommended nice restaurants. Overall, we were very happy and definitely recommend the Cottage. |

Dolores and her Family are very interesting, intellectual group. The first comment when they arrived was "We are so comfortable here, its like being at home away from home." I responded, "I reached my goal!". | This cottage is by far one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in! John is a great host and with my wife and 2 kids, we had a blast. The neighborhood is close to parks and things to do for both the parents and kids! I also have to say that John went out of his way to ensure that the cottage was allergy free from the cleanliness, to no fragrence cleaners, to sheets cleaned with scent free detergent! I would recommend this cottage to anyone traveling to west palm beach! |

They were friendly, fun and enjoyed everything that West Palm Beach has to offer escpecially Scuba diving in Florida's beautiful blue waters. Well the SOBE Lovebus was like no other. It is a 40 foot 70s style BIG green bus with SOBE all over and their company mascot. It was such a pleasure meeting and getting to know Keli & Neil.
