Our family of 4 adults spent a wonderful Paris vacation together and apartment living made it all possible. We could not have afforded 2 hotel rooms and dining out every meal. The apartment itself was less expensive than a hotel but having the kitchen save countless Euros. The location & housekeeping were excellent, however it was a bit cozy for four adults and the stairs are narrow. Pascal bent over backwards in providing advice and lined up our taxi from and to CDG airport. We would happily rent from Pascal again and indeed this apartment. |

I was very pleased with my stay at Pascal's apartment. Everything was friendly and professional. Pascal made all aspects of the process as easy as possible for me and I greatly appreciated it. I have visited Paris many times and I must say that this apartment is a great value especially for the price. I loved having the computer at the apartment to communicate with family and friends. I did not have to go to the internet cafe or transport my lap top!!! Good location I felt safe! Close to bus ( which I love ) metro and grocery store which was great since I stayed for 2 weeks. Highly recommend dealing with Pascal and his people. Geat experience. Will do again, anxious to try one of his other properities, this one went so well.

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment on a grand Blvd neighboring on an intimate neighborhood to suit all your needs. The metro stop is very near making easy connection with all major lines. I have stayed in many of the landlord's properties on several trips per year to Paris for business and pleasure, and have never once been disappointed in a property. They are more than convienently equipped and I like to cook. Pascal speaks perfect English and is so helpful in facilitating your stay with little known facts to make life in the city easier. HIGHLY recommend.

Having stayed in various accomodations throughout Paris, this was certainly the utimate Parisian experience without the ultimate expense. The apartment is very clean, very well appointed and very French! The two bathrooms are cleverly done and the shower is absolutely divine. You won't find one to rival it at any hotel; you will definitely find yourslef lingering there after a day of shopping business or seeing the sights. The neighborhood is very convenient and makes for excellent walking/browsing.Thanks Pascal

Having stayed in many apartments all over Paris, I can say that this is as good as it gets. It is beautifully and tastefully done, the equivalent of others which cost more than twice as much. It is new and spotless, but with a warm feel and a perfect floor plan. The area is safe and convenient. The bed was very comfortable, with a Tempurpedic mattress. Everything worked well, the convenience of 2 baths was a plus. The neighbors were friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is quiet, bright, beautifully equipped and Pascal thinks of everything. I highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is so much nicer to stay in than a hotel. The location is perfect, near all the department stores and the Opera House. Having a kitchen came in handy when staying a week in Paris. The washing machine was a little difficult to operate. The corner bakery had the best croissants and olive bread. I will recommend this apartment to anyone staying a short while in Paris. Pascal was very helpful and understanding answering all our questions about the apartment and Paris in general.

My husband and I spent one week in February at this flat. Everything is faithful to the descriptions provided by Pascal, the owner who is very professional, easy to work with and most congenial as a host. The apartment has everything one needs for a comfortable stay, the kitchen area is spic and span and equipped with brand new appliances. The phone with minitel email set-up is useful for reading email. We love the quietness of the place and its charming location inside a grand building! If you are looking for a clean, quiet, safe, charming and centrally located and an upscale environment this place offers it all. We are New Englanders and appreciate the quaint narrow, fairly steep staircase, the charm of the second shower with toilet. |

I had a lovely stay at 75 Bd Malesherbes! I found the apartment to be a quiet haven after busy days in Paris, and the amenities were just right -- cable TV, Internet access, a functional kitchen and (best of all) a full-size bathtub! Pascal (the owner) is very hospitable and professional, and I would highly recommend renting an apartment from him.

My mother, sister and I spent a wonderful 7 nights at the apartment. The unit was spotless, very quiet, safe and charming. It was much roomier and more comfortable than a hotel room, having two baths, (tiny) a fridge, washer, microwave, etc. The "throne" at the top of two stairs is good for a smile in and of it's self. :):) The unit is close to a yummy bakery, groceries, (Monoprix) and great crepes just down the street near the Metro Station. On the down side, it has no view, and is up some steep steps, but if you can handle some stairs, I definitely recommend this apartment to those looking for a pretty little place of their own in Paris.
