| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris. The apartment was small but sufficient and very clean. The location was fabulous. The neighborhood had everything a tourist could need and was close to attractions, the Metro, good cafes, fruit stands and grocery stores. And, it was safe. Very enjoyable time. I hope to return for another visit! |

| My family stayed here from July 12-23, and had a wonderful time! The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. We fell in love with the neighborhood. When we return to Paris we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you, Pascal, for this wonderful flat. |

| We stayed in this apartment from Feb5-Feb13,09. We loved the location. This area is very quiet and lovely. Just across the street you enter the park surrounding the Eiffel Park. Mr. Pascal is so accommodating and helpful with every detail for the visit. He was extremely dependable. We were greeted at the airport by the charming, Serge. Our trip was wonderful. The most pleasant ever spent in Paris. This apartment is a real charmer! |

We stayed here for 1 week (August 30 - September 6, 2008)and it was glorious! The location is perfect, each morning we jogged around the Champs du Mars and each evening walked over to watch the Eiffel Tower light up. The apartment is very comfortable and the bonus of having a kitchen is great when there are so many boulangerie's, fromagerie's,boucherie's, and fruit & vegetable stands with in a very short walking distance from the apartment. Access to the Metro was excellent as you have several options and you are with in walking distance of many of the major sites of Paris.
Thank you Pascal for having such a quaint apartment in Paris!

I stayed here in November 2007 for a week. It was a great location, just a block away from the Effiel Tower and park. The apartment is small-ish by other countries, but it's standard Paris size. Kitchen had enough in it to cook up a couple of dinners there easily enough. A couple of supermarkets are close by. There's also a few nice restaurants and bars in the area. Not as busy as somewhere as Bastille but enough variety for a week. Metro stop is a short walk away. There's even a neat shop down the road that sells fake flowers with sweets/chocolates built into them. (Le Fleuriste du Chocolat) Safe area and very quiet at night time. |

| Just returned from Christmas week at the property - exactly as described, a perfect transaction. As previous posters mention, Pascal and crew are as easy to work with as can be. The apartment is very nice, great location and ideal for a quiet week in Paris. |

We just returned from a late June stay. The property looks exactly like the photos and is spacious... for a Parisian apt. We were able to have another couple over for dinner- the small side table transforms ingeniously a card-table, but we are glad there were only 2 of us, rather than 4, actually living there.
The neighborhood is wonderful. You look up at the Eiffel Tower when you leave. We had several picnics on the Champs de mars, along with other Parisians. Be sure to be closer to Ecole Militare, and not the Tower itself, to avoid being harassed by beggars.
We could not have enjoyed our stay more. Pascal and his team were very friendly and helpful.
More advice (aside from RENT THIS!) *Get a Carte Orange pass for the bus and metro. Buying tickets by the carnet is nice, but doesn't give the same flexibility with the buses. *Rue St. Domenique has some marvelous shops, and rue Cler is a bit touristed, but still worth it. *don't miss the Sunday and Wednesday market on Blvd Grenelle near Dupleix metro. *The supermarket ATAC on rue Dupleix is open Sunday morning. *Be warned that you may only be able to withdraw 300Euro at a time from a bank machine. So if you need to pay for the apartment, you might consider building up your cash reserves, or seeing if Pascal will take more of the payment upfront. |

My family of three stayed at the Ave de la Bourdonnais apt for a week and we loved it! At first it seemed a bit small but we soon learned that it was typical of Parisian apt size. It is a very pleasant apt with a nice kitchen, separate bedroom (very comfortable bed), sleeper sofa, extra pillows and blankets, bath towels (love the towel warmer in the bathroom!), closet space. Very nice to have the internet, cable TV, DVD player too. It was very quiet each evening, the building seems to be mostly tenets and not renters. It is nice to stand in the courtyard and smell all the dinners cooking and hear the sounds of families - which you can't get in a hotel. Pascal was great, very nice and speaks perfect English. He is honest and trustworthy, no surprise charges.
What can I say about the neighborhood?! It's fabulous - walk straight out of the apt, cross the Ave and walk one block - you will be in the Eiffel Tower park which is very nice with gardens, lawns, etc. Bring a blanket and some dinner and you can stare at the Eiffel Tower for hours! Le Dome cafe is half a block away - great little spot. Walk down to No. 29, the most beautiful building on the avenue! Bring your camera.
Be sure to let your bank know you are traveling abroad: when I tried to withdraw cash two days in a row the ATM kept my card! It was a security measure from my bank and they said I should have alerted them that I was going abroad. I did get the card back but it took 2 days. (Two days of no shopping - nearly killed me!)
We certainly hope to return to Paris, and would not hesitate to rent from Pascal again. |

| My family and I loved the apartment and neighborhood. It was close to everything. Lots of shops and cafe's in the area. We walked everywhere. If you need a ride from the airport ask Pascale for Serge's number. He will get you to and from the apartment with no problem. |

| We were absolutely delighted with this apartment. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood with shops and cafes and one block off the Champs de Mars and the iconic Eiffel Tower. The flat was immaculate, charming in its decor and very quiet. The concierge was a gem and Pascal could not have been more accommodating. Renting is absolutely the best way to experience Paris and we highly recommend this realtor! |

| In December 2004 I took my first trip to Paris and fell in love with the city. I knew I would return but the next time I returned I wanted to be a resident and not a tourist. This was achieved by April 2006 rental of Pascal's apartment. It is a giant leap of faith to rent sight unseen and this apartment lived up to all my expectations. The neighborhood is safe and quite. You are close to all the shops that you would ever need and what could be better than being in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment has all that you need with extras such as cable TV and washing machine. I would rent from Pascal again and would recommend his place to anyone looking to truly experience Paris. |

This apartment is very well located in a great neighborhood. Delightfully furnished....so much nicer than staying in a hotel. Great beds and immaculate. Live like a real Parisian and even after a few days the shop keepers know you and appreciate your business. I have rented often from Pascal who is the consumate gentleman and great host. Honest to a fault and dependable, he will always offer his best kept secrets to make your stay in Paris just that much more special. Feel free to call or email.

| I had a very enjoyable two week stay at this apartment. It is newly renovated, nicely decorated, and all the furniture is very comfortable. There is plenty of storage space. Flat screen TV is a treat and the cable is incredible with channels from all over the world! The DSL works well with laptops. The location is excellent with Rue Cler and the metro nearby and steps to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of shops nearby including bakeries and grocery stores as well as cafes and restaurants. This was my second time renting with Pascal who is very professional. I highly recommend him and this apartment. |
