We greatly enjoyed our visit to Figaro the week of June 27th, 2009. My two teen-aged daughters and I were very comfortable in the apartment, and enjoyed our visit. Fabrice was very cordial and gracious, and everything was exactly as promised. The location is PERFECT! You can walk everywhere, and the neighborhood is wonderful. We enjoyed going out early to get coffee, pastries and fruit to enjoy in the apartment each morning, and felt comfortable returning late at night. The AC works great, and it was nice to have a washer (dryer???). All-in-all a wonderful experience and highly recommended! |

| We stayed in the Figaro apartment in June 2009. This was a delightful apartment to stay in to tour Paris. The location was outstanding, close to museums, cafes, restaurants, the Seine and the metro. The amenities of the apartment were wonderful. It was very clean, with a small kitchen great for a quick breakfast or small meal, a living room, nice bathroom/laundry, and a delightful loft bedroom. Fabrice was a gracious host who made us feel very welcome to Paris. We would definitely stay here again! |

This is a fabulous apartment in a fabulous location! We loved the neighborhood, which has some of the best food in Paris (De Rosa and Laduree), there was an amazing Patisserie right across the street), and we were a 10 minute walk from all of the major sights -- including Notre Dame, the Louvre, Luxemborg Garden.
Fabrice was an excellent host. He was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived (even though we'd been unable to call him from the airport) and he made us feel very welcome. The apartment also had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, laundry, and free internet and phone access.
This was the best place we've stayed in during our trips to Paris, and we hope to secure it for future trips as well. |

My husband and I stayed in the Rue Dauphine apt for 10 days in October 2008. The location is excellent, close to Odeon metro, lots of shops/patisseries/cafes around and a very short walk to the Seine. The apartment is well furnished and we enjoyed the local food markets and making use of the kitchen a few times. The area has a good buzz at the weekends. We've also stayed in the Rue Seguier apartment in the past, which is not far away, although not quite as central as Rue Dauphine. Both times Fabrice has been an excellent host, waiting for us when our flight was delayed and welcoming us with a bottle of wine. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in either apartment again. Many thanks Fabrice. |

| My husband, our 12 year old, and our baby stayed at the Figaro apartment for a week in June. Fabrice greeted us at the apartment when we arrived. The neighborhood was great and an easy walk to Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, and the Louvre, although we walked to much farther-away places to see. There are two Metro stops in a short walking distance and a main taxi stop. There are lots of markets, coffee shops, gelato shops, clothing and shoe stores, and restaurants nearby. We made dinner at "home" several nights with food from the nearby markets. The kitchen has everything you need for a stove top meal. It was great to have a coffee pot in the mornings, too. In the living room, there was some street noise in the evenings, but in the back loft area where the big bed is, it is quiet. The apartment is huge compared to a hotel room, and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. The apartment is super clean and looks exactly like the pictures. I was so happy to find a non-smoking place to stay. The air conditioning (much needed in June) in the living room worked great. It was convenient to have a computer to look up directions, restaurants, Metro info, etc. It was also wonderful to have a washer/dryer, because we pack lightly. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends. We had a wonderful stay in Paris, and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Fabrice!! |

| I rented the Figaro Apartment for two weeks. The apartment was exactly as it is described and pictured on the Internet site. It is located in a wonderful and safe neighborhood in the central part of Paris. I walked everywhere but could have taken the Metro or RER with stations right by the apartment. Everyday I would shop for fresh produce, French bread, grocery items, and shop in gourmet food stores that sold delicious prepared food; all located within footsteps of the apartment. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. I saved a fortune on food. The bed was ultra comfortable and had a flat screen TV in the wall at the foot of the bed. Having the computer was very helpful so I could check my emails, check the weather, and look up information on the things to do in Paris. There is a washing machine/dryer in the apartment and a laundry mat one street over. It is much better than staying at a hotel. Fabrice was at the apartment waiting to welcome me. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or long stay. Enjoy Paris; I did! Valerie Becker |

What a fantastic apartment in such a central location. In close proximity to many of the big sights and great shops.
The apartment itself was beautifully kept and well and truly met and exceeded our needs.
Many thanks Fabrice! |

| We stayed in this beautiful apartment after having spent 3 days at a hotel when we first arrived. Forget the hotels!! The feeling of independence and immersing ourselves in the Paris lifestyle is second to none. The apartment is in a fantastic position - a stones throw from Pont Neuf. It is cosy, modern and extreemly well equipped and furnished. Thank you Fabrice - The website is an accurate portrail of what to expect. We will be in contact when we return to Paris! |

We have just returned from a month in Europe and Paris was a big highlight, due mainly to our fantastic apartment. Its location is wonderful, only a couple of minutes walk from the river and right in the middle of a vibrant boutique, cafe and gallery district. Fabrice (owner), was a perfect host and met us at the door to settle us in. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough, we loved it and will stay here again if we have the opportunity. | We stayed in this appartment in mid August of 2007. We were very pleased! The owner is very nice. He greated us with a bottle of wine and explained everything to us; at the time of our departure he returned security deposit without any problems. The neigborhood is great. Hard to imagine any better place to stay in Paris! Highly recommend!!! |
