We did not want to leave beautiful Casa Coco and come home to cold weather! We had an amazing week in Paradise.
The house is so perfectly laid out for 5 couples--all the bedrooms with views of palm trees and ocean--and so beautifully and tastefully furnished. It is nice that every bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is enough room and many quiet corners to enjoy. We appreciated your eye for detail--it was simply gorgeous.
We also appreciated to have conveniences such as the I-pod dock (perfect for music to dance under the stars), abundance of outlets, lighting, nice dishes and glassware, and wireless internet.
We could have not dreamed up a more perfect home for ourselves.

Dear Karen and David,
We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Coco in February 2008. The weather was fabulous and the accommodations were great! We had so much fun spending time in the house's many places to relax. We loved having breakfasts & lunches under the palapa looking at the ocean and beach. We usually had happy hour up in the open-air 3rd floor with the handy wet-bar available there. The high-speed internet was useful to keep up with activities back at the office. One morning I was working on my laptop outside on the 2nd floor terrace and I watched a group of dolphins jumping around directly off-shore from Casa Coco. My friend took the kayak out to get a closer look!
In Bucerias, we scheduled some adventures - 1 day of 4-wheeling and 1 day of deep-sea fishing. Both were great! The fishing worked out well and the Puerto Vallarta-based boat picked us up on the docks of nearby La Cruz. We finished the day catching a 102" sailfish that weighed over 100 lbs! It was a catch of a lifetime for me.
What a trip! We'll be back.

| we had the privilege of staying in this beautiful home for 14 days in March, 2008....it was awesome...Karen and Dave are easy to get along with and everything was as promised...my only regret is that I can't find enough people to go every year....loved it...thanks Karen and David.... |

I was responsible for making the arrangements for
a two-family gathering over the Christmas holidays
2008. We had decided on Bucerias, Mexico as our
destination and were so very fortunate to find Casa
Coco on vrbo. We've rented homes and apartments
all over the world and by far working with Karen
and Casa Coco was the best experience we've ever
had. From the initial contact and emails to the time
that we arrived at the casa, it was all positive. She
even offered to have a Christmas tree set up
complete with Mexican lights and decorations. And
the house itself: where do I start? It's an incredible
home with every amenity imaginable; it sounds trite
but truly the pictures don't begin to do it justice.
The location is perfect-on the beach (and what a
beach it is !) in a quiet part of Bucerias yet walkable
to all the many interesting features that the town
has to offer. The only downside of staying at this
property is that you'll be forever spoiled when
staying at future rentals elsewhere. All of our family
members (4 parents, 5 adult children) are so
grateful to have had the chance to spend a week at
CasaCoco and would LOVE to make more memories
there in the future. |

| I have stayed at Casa Coco with my family 6 times and it is our favorite vacation spot. It has truly become a second home to our family. Words cannot describe the utter tranquility we have experienced. Our quiet evenings staying in and cooking in the charming and well-appointed kitchen, and then eating under the palapa as the sun goes down. We easily fall into a wonderful routine while at Casa Coco. The Colwell's have done such a beautiful job making Casa Coco inviting to everyone. Karen went as far as to put a Christmas tree up during the holidays one year to make my little ones feel as though they hadn't left Christmas behind! Thank you for always making us feel welcome. |
