We had a fantastic stay in this apartment.
Our family of 2 adults and 2 children were very comfortable, it was home away from home.
Anna was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The apartment was very clean, modern and well presented.
The location was convenient, under ground station next door, good family friendly pubs close by and the super markets were also very close.
Highly recommend this apartment. |

| Stayed at this terrific property 9/28 - 10/4. It's perfect. It exceeded our expectations, even with all of the other glowing comments. The location is great. There are 3 tube stops within a 10 minute walk. Lambeth is just next door. It was great to be able to do some laundry after being in Bath for several days. The M&S Fresh Express at the Waterloo station had all kinds of prepared foods and sandwiches. We got a Pay as you go Phone and Minutes for 15 GBP at the Carphone Warehouse and used it to contact Anna, make theatre reservations, and phone the US. This place cannot be beat!!! |

Wonderful stay! We stayed here with 4 adults and 1
child and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this
apartment. Well furnished and very comfortable
with a great view of the London Eye. The front desk
was very friendly and helpful and the underground
was just steps away. The refrigerator was not
working but Anna let us know before we arrived
and provided a plug-in cooler for us. We would not
hesitate to recommend this apartment. |

We will add our voice to all the previous comments
and agree that Anna's flat is a perfect "home away
from home" while in London. The flat is spacious,
clean and bright and has everything you will need
to make your vacation enjoyable and relaxing. We
loved the view of the Eye from the flat and the
building's location makes it incredibly easy to jump
on a bus or the tube and get wherever you are
planning to explore in the City. We have three
children (6, 7 and 9) and the size of the flat allowed
everyone to have their space - whether in the
morning allowing the children to watch their
favourite TV shows while we prepared breakfast or
to decompress after a busy day visiting the sites of
London. It was a fabuulous week and we definitely
recommend staying in this flat if you are planning
to visit London! |

| My wife and I and our 4 children (12,10,9 and 6 years of age)stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. It is fully kitted out. The location was superb - right beside Lambeth North Tube station which we used daily as a direct line into either Picadilly or Oxford Circus. We also had a 5 minute walk to Waterloo Rail station where we were able to get a day trip to legoland. This was my first vacation rental and a friend recomended VRBO, I was a bit apprehensive, but the experience has been a very positive one. You will not be dissapointed with this accomodation. |

Opening the door to our new "home" for 2 weeks was a pure joy! With great anticipation, we perused our new surroundings and with a knowing smile said=" This is perfect".
There was an immediate, warm, welcoming presence that seemed to emanate from the walls of the immaculate,well appointed rooms.
This flat offers easy accessibility to all that this magnificent city has to offer.We found peace and quiet inside the apartment. The view from the roomy terrace, especially at night, was breathtaking.
I particularly appreciated the workable,fully equipped kitchen, and a very inviting comfy leather lounge chair.
I am pleased to say that this flat surpassed our expectations!

There was lots of room for my wheelchair in the master bedroom. I am grateful for your kindness for supplying me with a shower chair to help with my balance issues.

It is in a great location, very short walk to most major sights including a stop for the Hop-on Hop-Off Bus tour which I recommend. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable and very convenient to the Tube station. We will recommend it to friends. |

| The flat is as advertised--no unpleasant surprises. Excellent location next to tube station and you can also walk across the bridge to get to central London. All the main rooms have a view of the London Eye--fantastic. Nice little outside patio, plus great seating in living room and fully functional kitchen. Perfectly comfortable for five people. We had some friends over for dinner and they were truly impressed. I have stayed at four other VRBO properties in London and this one is my favorite. Good value for money. |

It's an apartment my wife is still talking about. In fact, the website photos don't do justice to how terrific this property is. It's always a crap shoot when your trying to rent vacation accomodation. Believe me when I say you will not be disappointed by this comfortable and perfectly located flat. Our family of 6 stayed here in April 2009. My youngest is 5. My eldest of four kids is 12. When we arrived at the apartment to begin our exciting vacation in London, I literally couldn't get my 5 year old to leave. She was so enchanted by the apartment she wanted to just stay there. The apartment building is located immediately next to the Lambeth North tube station and a relaxed 7-8 minute walk to the London Eye. It is spotlessly clean, modern and spacious and has every amenity you could want on a vacation trip including a washer dryer and free broadband internet access. Within a short distance of the apartment are grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and pubs. Also, it's important to point out how safe we all felt at this location. At no point did we ever feel concerned about our wellbeing. We would return to this apartment in a heartbeat.

| My husband and I along with our three children stayed in the aparment for 4 nights and we had the most wonderful time.The apartment was like home from home with all the necessaties(including a travel cot for our youngest member of the family)It was lovely and clean and so relaxing to stay there.We were able to connect to broadband which was important for my husband with work.The apartment was very central and we walked to most of the tourist hot spots.Waterloo station was just next door and a local supermarket across the way for any little few bits you needed.The view of the London Eye at night was just georgous.The Parking area was great and very safe.I have to say it was one of the best places we have ever stayed at as a family.We'll be back! |

An absolute perfect apartment for staying in London. Modern, clean and spacy. We
visited our daughter for an autumn week and the apartment was the perfect home base
for our family fo five people. The location, next to a small underground station made
everything easy from going from and to the airport to reaching museums, shops and
other points of interest in London. The contact with Anna was friendly, speedy and
without any complications. The twentyfour hour service in the building with a friendly
staff at the front desk made it even more easy to feel both welcome and secure. We can
recommend this apartment to everyone!

| Our family of five adults had a most pleasant stay (Sept 2008) in this lovely apartment which is exactly as protrayed on the VRBO website. After busy days sightseeing, it was a joy to return to the comfort of our "home". The apartment is centrally located with tube access right outside your door. The beds are comfortable, showers are great, kitchen fully equipped and the concierge was most helpful. All in all a great facility and highly recommended. Thanks Anna !! |

This apartment was wonderful! It is spacious, safe and so convenient! Everything we needed - washer, iron internet connection etc. was available and the beds (including the sofa sleeper) were very comfortable! The concierge was very helpful and there are some great pubs/restaurants close. I recommend the Slug and Lettuce (odd name but you will pass it when walking to St. Paul's Cathedral) for fish and chips and a place called the Tankard for the best pizza. Take the street by the church steeple and it's on the other side of the park. You really can walk everywhere. The London map in the hall- in much more detail than the one I have -shows streets that cut a lot of time and distance to landmarks. The tube really is next door and the train is very close. They are running 2 for 1 specials (after 9:30) now and have 2 for 1 coupons to Hampton court and a lot of other places if you take the train. I think you have to Que to get the ticket special and coupon book but it is worth it for the huge savings! This is a wonderful apartment and we will be back!

| We has a great time exploring the sights of London. The flat was the perfect place to start and end each of our adventures. Despite the proximity of the tube we took taxis everywhere. As there were four of us the taxi was often cheaper than the tube. The flat had wonderful views and was nicely appointed. I would not hesitate to rent this flat again or recommend it to a friend. |

| I would highly recommend this apartment to friends visiting London. Great location! We took the tube from Heathrow. Lambeth North is only steps from the apartment. Within easy walk of the London Eye, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. Safe Neighborhood, my daughter jogged at the park around the Imperial War Museum a block away. The apartment itself is like new. It is very clean and well kept. Great views of Parliament and the London Eye at night. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Anna was great to work with. Wish we were there now! |

| The flat was in a great location - being adjacent to Lambeth North tube station was wonderful. We did little more than sleep in the flat as we were so busy touring, but it was well done. The concierge at the building reception was a welcome help. Anna was receptive to the few questions we had during our stay. Having high speed internet enabled us to keep in touch well. The kitchen was very functional for breakfast and snacks and overall the flat was comfortable. Definitely recommend it after looking at many other rental flats in Central London. Don't let the location across the River be any factor - very convenient to anywhere we wanted to go and made max use of our limited time in the city. |

We visited London in October 2007.The location of the apartment and facilities were excellent.Staying in apartment of this calibre was certainly a great way to start our holiday.It also felt like a home and not just a serviced apartment or hotel.The view was a bonus and proximity to major sites and river as well as supermarket restaurants and transport all made our stay enjoyable and worth a return visit some day.

| We stayed at the apartment October 19-22. I recommend it very highly. The location (close to 3 tube lines and Waterloo train station, and an easy walk to many prime historical and cultural sites) is unbeatable. The neighborhood is real, with a lot of young professionals and other living in the buiilding and nearby. The pubs and restaurants are lively (we were there for the rugby World Cup championship game). We always felt safe. The apartment was very comfortable and well-appointed. The views from the bedrooms, living room and 9th floor balcony were great. We liked having the fully stocked kitchen, the cable TV and high-speed internet, towel warmers, excellent selection of travel books, plenty of space for 4. It sure beats staying in a hotel - both in accomodations and price. |

My family and me enjoyed the apartment from 6th to 10th September. It was simply great to be a stone's throw away from the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye area. It was a nice walk to Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden or Buckingham Palace, or even Tate Modern and the Globe! And if we were too tired, we went downstairs and into the tube or crossed the road and take the bus!
It was thrilling to discover how cosy and comfortable the apartment was. Thank you for such a special "touch" in our London experience!! |

Our family of 4 (wife, me and a 7 year old and 4
year old) stayed from Sept 1-5. The flat was perfect
for our family. There was enough room to play
cards and watch TV in the living room without
feeling we were cramped. The boys loved the views
of the London Eye especially at night when it was lit
up. Speaking of the London Eye it is only a quick
10-13min walk from the Flat. Each morning, I
would walk to Starbuck's right near the eye to pick
up a latte. The area is safe and the location can't
be beat. It is a quiet area with little tourist traffic,
yet the access to the tube can't be beat. Just outside
the flat. There was a 3 day tube strike on the last 2
days of our stay. We were not affected much since
the bus stops are just outside the door. Bring a
laptop if you can, since the appartment has high
speed internet access I was able to plan bus trips
easily using the london transportation web site. I
could not have been easier. You can buy tube and
bus passes at the Lambeth North tube station just
outside the flat. If you are looking for an authentic
"chippy" there is Master Super Fry on Waterloo,
short walk from the flat. It was rated very high . We
went there and had great food an service. If we
come back to London, we will definitely rebook

We stayed here the first few days of june. We met
my best friend from France here at it was very
convenient to Eurostar and the tub. Great location
close to everything and we really loved the
boroughs market and restaurants on the cut. Cafe
paradiso is great, went back twice. the apartment
was clean,comfortable and very convenient. Anna
was really wonderful. I would highly recommend to
friends and family. I would return tothis apartment
for our next trip to London. |

Lovely place to stay! Has everything you need plus tons of space (spotlessly clean, too.) Super convenient to tube (Bakerloo) and within walking distance to London Eye, Parliament/Big Ben, Waterloo Station (Eurostar) etc.. Our family of 5 was very happy with the extra space this flat provided. Concierge advice was invaluable. Anna (owner)was very helpful and gracious with her assistance. | This is a great flat! We are a family of six and the flat offered us plenty of room. The beds and sofa bed are comfortable. The flat is bright and well equiped. Two bathrooms one with a great shower. The location is very convenient close to tube, bus and walking to major sites like the london eye, big ben, buckingham palace and piccadilly square. Restaurants close by.Definitely a great place to stay when visiting London. |

This flat was the perfect place to stay in London--clean, comfortable, and so convenient! It really is next door to the Bakerloo tube line, which makes getting around and seeing the sights so easy.
The apartment itself is so comfortable and welcoming. It was so great to be able to come "home" at the end of a busy day of touring to a place where we could spread out a little and relax, rather than in a cramped hotel room. There was plenty of room for the four of us, and the two baths made getting ready for touring in the mornings much faster. The beds were really comfy, and the apartment was quiet, so we got great sleep. There's a very nice selection of books and London information as well.
We just loved the view of the London Eye and the skyline, especially at night.
The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. It saved us so much time and money to make our breakfast there in the mornings, and we stopped at Marks & Spencer a couple of evenings and brought home takeaway food & pizzas.
We felt so at home here, and the concierges were very helpful. They always had a kind word when we were coming in or going out.
We just can't recommend this place enough. It was the perfect place to stay in London. |

My family very much enjoyed our stay in your lovely flat .
It is beautifully decorated and the well equipped kitchen made cooking easy .
Our week stay was very comfortable with the 24 hour concierge being very helpful with information and directions . Having the tube station and bus stop right outside the flat was wonderful .
The renter was also very helpful with information about points of interest and directions.
Close proximity to major attractions was an added benefit and there are wonderful street vendors just a few blocks away that offer fresh produce on a daily basis.
Highly recommend !!

close proximity to some of London's major
attractions to be invaluable. Public transport is
practical. Convenient nearby shops make cooking
easy and a washing machine is a real plus. We also
